I'm a pretty big fan of this Dunkin' location. It's located across from UB South, corner of Main and Bailey. They actually let you go inside to pick up your coffee. And since I don't love sitting in Drive Throughs that's much nicer for me. Still can't sit inside there so that's unfortunate hopefully that'll be back soon but for the moment you can go inside and I recommend that. Drive lines at all Dunkins can get fairly long. I'm not sure that there are enough stars available for this new roasted tomato hummus sourdough toast! It is delicious and affordable and while I really should learn how to make it myself there's is so on point I'm afraid to even try. The zaatar spices on top of juicy roasted tomato full of concentrated flavor on top of a bed of creamy hummus is more than I could have imagined for a breakfast drive-through. Their coffee is always consistent fresh and delicious however the lids and paper cup combination really could use some help, but this seems to be here and a Tim's also. I just bring my own insulated coffee cup and pour it in so that I don't have a leaking all over my hands walking into work. They have a double point special on the roasted hummus toast right now on their app and I strongly suggest you try one today because you'll come back tomorrow and the next day! This Dunkin' is located across the street from UB South. I have come through the drive-thru here many times, as well as dined in. My lone bad experience with this Dunkin' was a shoddy DoorDash delivery, but that was a couple years ago now. Since then, I have been entirely pleased with my visits to this Dunkin'. Being in a busier location in general, they seem to do a great job training staff to both keep up with the pace, and be very friendly while doing so. They also keep the dining area very tidy. Dunkin' was one of the first chains to offer plant-based milks, and this Dunkin' always gets it right when our vegan teen is ordering one of her decaf oatmilk iced concoctions. I am a BIG fan of Dunkin' regular black coffee. It is hands-down the best good ole' reliable regular coffee blend out there at a chain coffee place. This Dunkin' does not disappoint with a solid cup of black joe' that is always hot, fresh, and smooth, never old or burnt. My kids are fans of avocado toast, and Dunkin' was one of the first to offer that vegan-friendly option, too. It's a bit pricey, almost $4 a slice, but even so I appreciate it is an option, and we are used to being up-priced on vegan-friendly foods anyway. The final frontier request for a Dunkin' menu improvement??? ... Please add a low-carb Keto-friendly food option!! A Keto donut or Keto bagel would ROCK MY WORLD, Dunkin'!! Very upset by dunkin for removing their iced lemon loaf and replace it with banana it was never the same.

The service is HORRIBLE! They have people working who cannot take orders, ask you to repeat yourself several times and takes FOREVER to then get your order. I've tried going inside as well as the drive-through and there is no difference you will still be waiting forever for your order while they all wanna argue behind the counter as to what's going on. Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Their hot chocolate is THE best ever. Just let it cool for about 15 minutes before drinking so you don't scorch your tounge like I did. they have a drive thru too. Yay! My only complaint is that the parking lot is not the most convenient. It's only really accessible by right hand turns. I can't imagine trying to make a left onto Bailey and you can't make a left onto Main. Not my first choice of location but it's workable. read more

Sometimes the lines are really long here but they tend to move fairly quickly. The workers at the window are always so friendly, in case there's nobody at your home to wish you a good morning with a smile then go here!!! I just wish they got some soy or almond milk! Constantly the worst service at any of the local Dunkin. You end up either waiting at the speaker in drive through, not being acknowledged, or when you do get your order it's wrong. Going inside isn't any better as the employees enjoy hiding in the back area unseen. Hit another location in the area if you're in a rush. read more

i am not usually one to complain or write reviews, but i go to this dunkin quite often since it is the closest to my house and no matter what time i go or how busy it is there there is always half of my order that it wrong. i usually just brush it off and go about my day since i'm normally in a rush but it has become a theme every time i go there that it is wrong and i am overcharged for something that i don't even receive/ receive something else. the main street location is a very popular place due to many college campuses surrounding it and i don't think i am the only one who has had this issue. i love dunking but please do better. read more

I went to Dunkin yesterday with my friend and daughter who is less then a year old. While we were there we had several bees flying around inside, I am severely allergic and not sure if the baby is.
