We travel lots and stop at Dunkin's in Texarkana and Hot Springs and just recently in Clarksville, TN. At every Dunkin our iced drinks were filled to the top. Except every time we order at the Arkadelphia store they are always an inch or more from the top. I asked one time and they said they use less ice. Just wondering why. read more

By far the worst Dunkin I've been too. I'm in town with my husband for a short work trip. First, I was glared at, no greeting just stared. The person was annoyed and rude and I ordered simply, nothing complicated, just coffee and stuffed bagels. His response is "what else" and then glared at me more. Then sat there a long time waiting on the stuffed bagels. I finally asked and they told me they already gave them to me. After explaining I've been sitting here I think I would know if you gave me my food they finally tossed some to me that was sitting in the corner. Won't be back. read more

Wanted a coffee. I had no idea there were so many selections. jasmine and Claudia were very friendly, helpful, and even laughed at my bad jokes. I wasn't sure what to get so Jasmine explained what the difference between the styles of coffee were and Claudia suggested some of her favorites. I just wanted a coffee but we left with a Carmel macchiato and a dozen doughnuts. We will be back for the great coffee, food, and service. Thank you, ladies!!! read more

The employees are not masking . I went through the drive thru and no mask today at 415 pm. I thought, maybe it's an Arkansas thing as I'm just passing through from California to Georgia . Now I'm at the Walmart and see their employees are masking. I'm a critical care nurse who has seen many Covid related deaths so the no masking at a business with food is beyond ridiculous . read more

This location is only half ass good for drinks, they still mess them up half the time. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely the worst service ever. They forgot my order multiple times and served everyone else but me, currently still waiting and it's been 40 minutes for two tacos. This was the most disgusting dunkin that I have went to. We waited in line for 15 minutes and then the Kolache we got were still raw and the sausage in the middle was still cold. The sausage biscuit was gross but the hash browns were good and the coffee was okay. A waste of $2o and we had to go to another place to get breakfast. read more

I recently moved to a new location and away from my usual (and favorite) coffee shop. I was glad to know that I, at least, had access to Dunkin. I've gone 4 times. The first time I went inside. I wanted to check out the menu and try to determine what I needed to order to replicate my favorite iced coffee beverage. That was a mistake. Right away, it was obvious that the employee was bothered by my questions and had no interest in answering them. I walked out with nothing. The 2nd time I went through the drive-through and asked if I could get a certain iced coffee beverage but with half the normal sweetness. The response was "I don't know." followed by silence. I left again with nothing. The 3rd time, I went inside and decided to make it easy. I ordered a flavored ice coffee and 1 donut. I should have known where this was going when I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while the 2 employees ignored me, standing by the drive-thru window engrossed in conversation. They looked at me a couple of times but kept chatting. A woman walked in that apparently worked there and asked me if I had been helped. That worked to at least get someone to take my order. The coffee was horrible and I suspect made incorrectly. The donut was surprisingly very dry. I've never NOT finished a donut. I didn't finish this one. Very odd but I hoped it was just a fluke. On the 4th and most recent visit (and my last), my son was visiting and wanted donuts for breakfast. I bought a variety of 6. Only 2 were edible. The others were too dry. Even my son said they were the worst donuts he had ever tried to eat. How is this even possible with Dunkin? This has been my only experience with the company because, until now, I never lived close to one. But I thought this was a popular and reputable brand. The owner of this one needs to make some serious changes. I won't ever go back and when family and friends ask for recommendations, I generally say, "Anywhere but Dunkin." read more

Went in after being on the road for ages and gps said Dunkin' was up ahead. It was a gas station that had make your own iced coffee. Or we would have had any been there. Container empty. Asked the store manager about it and he said he'd "fix" it. Two minute later as we were standing there waiting, there goes the same guy who said he'd fix it , walking out the front door. We waited thinking he must've had to go to some secret coffee storage location on the lot. We waited some more. It had been hours since we started looking for a decent iced coffee by this point. We waited. Cup in hand. Premise with creamer and caramel. Waited. Finally realized he had left and wasn't coming back. Just terrible customer service all around, could've saved us some time to just go ahead and say "hey I'm not fixing anything, don't care about your coffee, it's time I check out and go home to my parents basement bc my world of Warcraft game was about to start" and we could've been on our way too.
