DRIVE RIGHT ON PAST THIS LOCATION. Went in and ordered from kiosk to eat in store. Order was nothing special just egg McMuffins, coffees, and OJ. After 23min of waiting, went to the front counter to cancel order and get refund. Employees were openly bickering with each other and rude to other customers waiting to fix their incorrect orders. I believe it was the manager also actually hollering at people in the back. After several minutes of standing there without being acknowledged, and being in the restaurant for over 30min since ordering and paying, I left the receipt for my $28 order on the counter and simply walked out..my time is worth more than dealing with their circus for a refund. I'm happily writing this review down the road at Cracker Barrel waiting for my food and coffee to cool. read more

COMPLETE DISASTER. Me and my family walked in and there were no one in the drive thru and no one at the counter. It should have been easy process order food cook and exit in less than 5 10 mins. What happened was the complete opposite. First of all the employees were standing around talking while we standing at the counter presumably arguing over who was going to actually DO THEIR JOB. Nevertheless an employee finally takes our order which wasn't complicated at all. As we wait for our food we notice that our burgers were done but they kept them I'm the bag for over 15 mind while waiting for fries I presume. There was miscommunication between them obviously because as more customers came they kept switching out burgers between our bags. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but all i heard was attitude and horrible service. After 20 mins of waiting for simple order after being the ONLY customer in the store I asked for my money back. SIMPLE. I don't have time to argue I just asked for my money back and called it a day. As someone who was visiting family from out of state, this was definitely THE WORST experience I ever had and if THIS is the employees Mvdonalds chooses to hire I'll just never go again... read more

Me an 3 friends are headed to north west arkansas, one of my friends said look for a mc Donald's so we went through the drive thru they have 2 which seems confusing. Waited in line. We ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets that came with 2 large drinks an fries. I was going to drink a diet coke because 3 of us are type 1 diabeties and the 4th person is type 2. At the pickup the lady handed me a small dr.pepper. I said I can't have this an it's suppose to be 2 large diet Cokes. She said sir please pull up by the door. She handed me 2 large drinks they were Regular Coke. I got my food we asked for 2 ranch an 2 sweet an sour an ended up with 1 buffalo. Wait out front for 20Mins. My 3 friends got pissed off because 40 cars went by an then there's no cars an were still waiting there. We walked in an the lady said "here take it" It was a dr.pepper regular. My friend yelled "ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME" She just said nothing. He said " give me the cup an ill go get it myself " Sir I can not let you get your own drink You need to pay for it. Showed her the ticket an she said I have you your drinks"YEA YOU TRY-ED TO POISON ME" .... So we left an she gave us sprite an never gave us our sauce. WARNING- DO NOT EAT HERE! The food was typical McDonalds, I got what I paid for. Service was extremely slow and the employees seemed very disorganized. This is an older McDonalds and is not being kept very well. Flys everywhere; we took our food to go and sat in the parking lot. What really disturbed me was watching three employees emerging from the kitchen area with plates of hot food; all three had a plate of chili cheese dogs. Obviously this is not a menu item so I wondered how these food items where prepared; likely using the same utensils and appliances used to prepare the typical McDonalds menu items. This is in violation of health code and needs to be addressed immediately. I recommend not eating at this McDonalds. We were lucky and our meal was fine and we have not gotten sick. However the probability is high. Corporate McDonalds needs to step in and either resolve the issues or remove their logo. read more

For years the start of my weekend has been to get a Big Breakfast on Friday mornings. Contrary to the website they do not open until 4:30. Up until a few weeks ago you could pull through the drive through at 4:30 and it was order, pay, get food. Just about that quick. I have timed it. 3 weeks ago I waited 7 minutes to get to the pay window. Had to pull out of line so I wouldn't be late to work, Last week after waiting 8 minutes from order time they stuck their head out the window and asked me to pull up while they cooked the eggs. Don't bother. Our usual drive-thru for ice cream was closed. We decided to give this Mcdonald's one last chance. There were only 2 cars ahead of us in the drive-thru. We ordered ice cream cones and asked if they could put them upside down in a cup. We were told this wouldn't be a problem. Made it to the window after about 7 minutes. The employee tried to give me someone else's order. I told her that we ordered ice cream cones turned upside in a cup. She had been engaged in a conversation with another employee when we arrived at the window. Instead of going to make our cones, she turned around and continued talking and laughing with the other employee. I thought maybe someone else was making our cones. This, of course, is me being optimistic. By now, I should have learned. We sat there watching them chat and laugh for a few minutes. Then the manager walks up to the window, looks at me, turns around, and walks away (passing the 2 girls engrossed in humorous conversation). She said nothing. Meanwhile, cars are backing up behind us. Finally, the employee turns back around to the window and, upon seeing me, remembers that she still needs to get our order. She brings 1 cone back to the window and I have to tell her again that the cones are supposed to be upside down in a cup. Only 2 cars ahead of us when we got there (They had already placed their orders. We saw them when we rounded the corner after giving our order) and it still took 15 minutes to get 2 ice cream cones. This is the typical level of service you get at this McDonald's. On my previous visit, I sat for almost 10 minutes at the drive-thru waiting for a voice to come through the speaker to take my order. They were clearly open. I noticed a car in the other drive-through lane was also waiting to give their order. I drove up to the first window. No one was there. I drove up to the 2nd window and sat there for at least 5 minutes before flagging someone down. The manager came to the window and when I told her that I had been trying to give my order for 15 minutes, she yells at all the workers to come up to the front. I had the pleasure to listen to her rant about how this was the 4th customer complaint she had received that day. Only after her chat with the employees did someone take my order. The level of unprofessionalism at this store is mind-boggling. At this point, you couldn't pay me to eat anything coming out of their kitchen. Management is practically nonexistent and their employees care so little about providing quality service that I can easily see food being dropped on the floor and still being served to guests. If I was given the choice to rate a zero it would be it. This place has some very rude nasty people working here. They do not go above and beyond for their customers and they don't do their work correctly. As well as her having to keep asking us! Got to window and told her the volume was low. She had a bad attitude the entire time, like it was our fault. Stopped by McDonalds in Arkadelphia heading home after a late football game. We went in. Ladies' restroom was out of toilet paper. I went to order my food and the girl acted like she was aggravated that I was even there and told me that they weren't taking any orders at this time. Now people ahead of me were getting their orders. After a wait of about 20 minutes (with my family waiting for me in the vehicle outside) they finally took my order. I come here often to drink coffee, sometimes eat different things from the menu and use the internet. These people are very friendly and helpful. They often have to deal with customers that have attitudes. I am thankful that I didn't have to deal with those kinds of things in my career(now retired). Today, I had a lot on my mind. I was thumbing through my wallet, paying what I had thought was a $5 bill and 2 $1 bills. As I waited for my order, the lady who took my money came to me with over $18 in change from my payment. As it turns out, I had given her a $20 and a $5 bill. Isn't it refreshing to know that there are still honest, decent people in this world! Critism is cheap, easy to pass out. How about folks giving a compliment when it is due? Some of these comments are so harsh. I don't have any connections with these employees other than as a customer, but they are people too. How would one of you critical people like it if your son or daughter worked here and was subject to the harsh attitudes that they face daily? Maybe we should just take time to realize that we are all human and all of us make miscues in life.
