There used to be amazing service at this location, but recently they got a new crew & it's absolutely awful. I made a mobile order & walked in to get it to find staff fulfilling their own orders to go on break (my coffee still wasn't done) 2 staff members sitting near the mobile order waiting area eating on their phones (didn't think to sit further away in the eating area so it didn't feel so crowded) a second staff member had his headset on but went & sat to eat with the other members by the ordering line. There are brand new ovens sitting in boxes in the main area that have been there for MONTHS & MONTHS. My coffee sat behind the counter while I listened to the staff members joke & talk. It was a coffee that was supposed to be hot, that was served COLD. I waited for about 15 minutes & I was the only one there. As a local who lives near this coffee shop, I want this place to improve so much & hire people who care about their customers!!! I'm easy to please, but this place? I used to go to this dunkin all the time because it was a drive thru so it was very convenient but I went last week because I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and they told me they weren't doing food. I thought it was just a one time thing so I got my coffee and went somewhere else for food. Now fast forward to today, a week later, and they said they weren't doing food again. While I traditionally enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, the one in Auburn is just meh. While most of the staff are friendly, the service is slow. The wifi is usually terrible. If I need to get any type of work done, I bring my hotspot. To address the slow service: I've been to this location at all different times of day, not just the morning rush, lunch hour, or afternoon rush. The temperature inside recently has been too cold to be productive. One morning, the outdoor ambient temperature was 47 degrees and the indoor temperature inside Dunkin Donuts was 58 degrees. I'm from Massachusetts, birthplace of this holy establishment known as Dunkin' Donuts. It's literally one of the only things I couldn't get over once I moved to Auburn. I even was keeping in the back of my mind how far apartments were from this location before I would sign or renew a lease. I imagined that perfect satisfaction with my quick and delicious coffee/breakfast before work. Boy, was I wrong. This has literally got to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts to exist. (I thought it couldn't get any worse than Columbus, GA) This location LITERALLY does not know how to make a coffee. They kept referring to my coffee as tea. I had ordered a couple donuts and 2 iced coffees with LITTLE cream. After I pulled up to the window, payed for my items, and waited... they decided to inform me they were all out of donuts. I was fine with that. I don't understand how the 10 people working there couldn't have figured that out before but, that's okay. I really just wanted my coffee. I then waited another 5 minutes for them to figure out how to refund the money back to my credit card. (Do they not have an experienced MANAGER working here?) They then handed me a CUP OF CREAM. I can't imagine there was any coffee in there seeing how it was full of practically white liquid. I handed it back and asked for less cream to only watch the workers point and stare.The coffee, or should I say "tea", came back even LIGHTER! Well I've been going to this location since it opened at least once a week for a Friday ice coffee, sometimes more often depending on what's going on. Anyhow, it is always a roller coaster experience depending on who's working but today really ruined it for me (since the last time I went they also butchered my coffee). I ordered a medium caramel ice coffee with skim/sugar/turbo shot. Nothing really complicated in my mind considering I order the same ice coffee practically every time. I pay, get my coffee drive off and go to take a drink and get a mouth full of sugar granulates. There was about an 1/8" thick layer of sugar at the bottom of the cup. The previous visit had barely any skim/no sugar and this time I get an overkill amount. Star bucks is a longer drive for me but I have yet to have a bad ice coffee from them. read more

Drive-thru service is abysmal. Attitude of employees is even worse. I agree with many of the previous reviews about the staff and poor service. In the drive-thru this morning, I ordered a coffee. The car in front of me ordered a sandwich (?) that took over 12 minutes to make. Instead of moving the car forward to or a parking spot, the entire drive-thru line was captive while they prepared the food. I told the employee that they needed to move cars off to the side in these cases. As I drove away he shouted that "it takes time to make food." I found the slow service and the attitude of the employee unacceptable. I would not go back to this Dunkin' Donuts. read more

This place is a joke. It's been open for two weeks at the most, and I've never lived anywhere with a DD so I was pretty excited. I checked this page last night to find the hours and excitedly the hours said they are open 12am to 12am, 24 hours. Great! So I drive up at exactly 9:18 pm and told through the drivethru that they are closed til 5 am. A little confused I asked what time they normally close and the only response I receive is "Uhh.. This time." Seriously? You close at exactly 9:18 pm every day? No. You have no idea what you're talking about. And you're rude. So I came back today and ordered a donut and asked for a chai but I wanted to know if I could get it over ice. The girl at the register told me it was just a hot drink but the guy at the next register said to just ring it up as a hot chai and put it in a cup of ice. The girl at register understood and rung it up that way. Makes sense right? Easy enough, that's usually how coffee shops make iced drinks. How do you get this wrong? Some girl walks up from the back of the shop just to tell that it's only a hot drink and I can't have it iced. Are you kidding me? The guy stated what needed to be done again and a completely different girl rolls her eyes and glares at me and says scoffing "well.. That's not how we normally do it." Seriously, are you kidding me? You've been open for TWO WEEKS. You don't have normal! And even of you do, how hard is it to put a drink in a cup of ice and not be rude about it? I get the feeling that the people who did the hiring for this location had no care for giving customers a quality experience with quality employees.
