If you've ever wondered what it feels like to sip pure magic, let me take you to Ross House Coffee…read more I'm convinced they've cracked the code to the perfect cup of coffee here--and I'm not talking about the usual good-enough brew. No, this coffee? It's like a hug for your soul wrapped in a cup. From the first sip, I knew I was in for something special. The flavor hit with that perfect balance of boldness and smoothness--like Jarrod had a secret handshake with the beans themselves. The roast? *Chef's kiss*. Deep, rich, and complex with just the right amount of sweetness, this coffee tastes like it was crafted with the care of a seasoned barista who knows that a cup of coffee is more than a morning ritual--it's an experience. Every sip was silky and luxurious, and I honestly felt like I was siping a beautiful dream as I stood atop the mountains of Columbia. Ross House doesn't just make coffee--they craft an experience. The atmosphere? Warm and inviting with just the right touch of quirky. It's the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, savor every moment, and just be. So, if you're a coffee lover, drop everything and get yourself to Ross House . I don't know how they do it, but it's clear they've figured out the secret to making the best cup of coffee you'll ever taste. It's not just good--it's *legendary*.

In town for graduation & chose Ross House after another place was way too busy. So cute here!! But…read moreafter 15 minutes of ordering & only my sis/BIL oatmeal bowls came out, another 10+ minutes for their coffees to come out & my hubby's sausage biscuit & lemonade, I still had to wait nearly 10 more minutes for my latte & cinnamon roll. My sis/BIL loved their oatmeal bowls. My hubby's sausage biscuit was ok but the sausage had def been juiced so it was hard & my cinnamon roll was a little dry. So it took 4 trips from inside to bring us our orders. I guess that could be why the other place was super busy & Ross House isn't.

Why are the portions so huge in this city? Haha. Had I known... I would have ordered only one…read morething. The Margherita pizza is a great size. The crust is good and it really had great sauce/cheese ration. The fries we got could have fed a whole squadron of humans. That was obnoxious for one adult and one tiny human to have placed on the table in front of them. Literally had the pizza and swimming pool of fries taking up the whole table. Our drinks were smooshed in between. Had to make sure my duckhorn didn't spill. Our waiter was fantastic. I wish I remembered his name originally from Texas. Young college student that helped me the night before in the bar area too. He was very friendly and gave me some good insight on the college, food options for my son (groceries and fresh meats, etc) and just felt like I was speaking with a friend of my kid. His service and personality made the restaurant top notch in my opinion.

We had breakfast there each morning for 4 days and when I mean breakfast, it was a full breakfast meal and not a quick grab and go or small buffet. I tried the ham and cheese omelet and added bacon, the Americano with bacon one day and the next day with sausage, and my breakfast the last day I chose the french toast. Everything was delicious. The bacon was cooked nice and crisp, and the mascarpone was the perfect match for the french toast. My eggs were always cooked the way I requested, over hard or over medium. Our service was actually quick since we usually started first thing right after they opened, however, service was just kind of slow on one of the days. We didn't understand how since we were the only people in there, maybe around 8 of us at that time. The ambiance was really nice and cozy. You wouldn't think you were inside of a hotel. It felt very warm and the decor was just lovely. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely go there again.
