I requested a medium iced latte with no ice, full, add ice cup. Because I want an actual medium drink when I pay for a medium drink. I was told I would be charged an extra $1.00 to get a full cup and also the ice cup charge. I was already aware of the ice charge but to charge me an EXTRA $1 for a medium that I am already paying for.....DD/basking robins just lost a lot more than $1. I ordered a decaf latte only to be told that dunkin can't make decaf lattes which is strange considering i've gotten that before and google also says they can make them. Then they made the wrong drink (regular iced latte instead of a pecan vanilla iced latte) and when I told them this, they asked me what they were supposed to add (like how to make the drink?) and then either took it away and didn't put the correct syrups in/remake the drink, or just squirted a little flavoring on top of the cold foam. I couldn't tell because you couldn't taste the flavoring at all like you typically can with that drink. read more

Went to this Dunkin' for a morning donut before work! The staff was very friendly and there weren't many lines, but my jelly donut really had very little jelly in it. In the entire donut, I maybe got one bite of jelly, which was a bit disappointing. However, it's possible it was just one donut that turned out that way, so I would be happy to try again! read more

Not bad at all. I was heading to work and had an intense craving for coffee so I stopped by this one and a small french vanilla hazelnut dunkin coffee with a jelly donut. Somehow they either have me a large or a medium coffee but I didn't mind. I enjoyed it very much. read more

They also don't know how to make coffee for it to be a coffee house. They are serving cold bacon snacks and the store worker says they make them in the morning. So not only is the bacon cold, it is also old!! I do not recommend this store!! They need to get rid of workers that does not care about their brand. read more

Unless the hours need to be updated, this store is notorious for closing shop WAY early. I just passed 8:40p and it was shut down. I've tried to go for donuts at 8:50p a few times and they were already closed. Also, a few times that I have ordered hot lattes, I got to where I was going (2 min down the street) to find out that it was never heated to begin with. I've come to this Dunkin' Donuts location a couple times since moving to Augusta and it has always been a quick stop. Drive in, get my drinks and roll on out. It is reliable in that I know what to get, what I like and what the people I work with like. I've never had to wait to order or to get my drinks and everything always looks clean. There have been a few times that I've gotten cups filled only halfway though, so I've been trying to make sure that I check before I leave the location. One of the best locations that I have ever visited. Employees were very polite and my cappuccino was perfect. I had questions about some new sandwiches. The young lady working there also reminded me I could order in advance on my app. AND realistically told me that I need to be more than five minutes away for it to be ready when I arrive. The selection the 3 times I've been in is Terrible. I figured since the name said doughnuts I would find doughnuts inside. Other than 1-2 varieties it was a bunch of empty trays. When I asked why there were no doughnuts the employee said management. It really is a Shame I think they would have been a huge success if they had proper supervision. The egg in the breakfast croissant sandwich was not cooked all the way it was a weird slimy consistency. My coffee was very watery and the hash browns just did not taste good. On top of it all I had serious diarrhea about 20-30 minutes after I ate the croissant sandwich even though I removed the fake slimy egg. Very disappointed. read more

When my friend and I asked for ANY donut, other than a glazed, the manager responded that "those donuts are for tomorrow." We were confused about this, it's 8pm. I was counting the change out and I over heard the clerk/owner say to another clerk that I was taking forever to count out the change. I am sorry that I had change I wanted to get out of my purse. A pleasing Dunkin', I think. I stopped in on a sunny Sunday, and my experience fit this theme: a nice, clean building, lots of seating, cold A/C, fast and friendly service - sunshine inside and out, you could say. Once I had my coffee, I was delighted to crash in one of the big comfy leather seats scattered about, where I proceeded to drink and eat and read as the kitchen beeped and booped. The one thing this Dunkin' lacked was any sort of outdoor seating; but, thankfully, the fresh-cut lawn made a good substitute. In summary: good stuff here, and good people. Thanks, everyone. I usually drink coffee from Dunkin Donuts 3-4 times/wk. They messed up my coffee order, then refused to replace it with the correct order. The coffee is usually good, but the service is TERRIBLE. I have no plans to return to this location. read more

If you are in a hurry, avoid this Dunkin. I like Dunkin as a whole, their food is delicious, but at this location they just can't get it right. My order was wrong so I went back, and they handed me the other half of my order that they forgot, but when I got home it was not what I paid for. So I called and while they were telling me to come back again so they could give me what I paid for, they hung up on me. Now the line is busy. Forget it. read more
