The bread is always fresh, and everything is made to order with real care. The staff is wonderful friendly to both locals and folks visiting from out of town and the steady lines just prove how popular the place is. While you're there, take a moment to check out the local artwork and stickers. There are some surprisingly interesting pieces. It can get a little noisy when the blender kicks on, but the back section stays nice and quiet. If I really enjoy the cup of coffee I'm drinking, I'll pop next door and buy the beans. I will say it was slightly busy when we came in but our server took about 25 min to get our drinks in. It took over an hour to get our order (4 people). In between that time our server did not check in on us at all and didn't apologize about the wait. Several people that came in after us got our food before us. 2 out of the 4 things we got were not hot at all. On top of that 3 of our items came out at the same time and the 4th came 20 min later. Additionally, we had a baby with us who was getting fussy since we had been there for over 2 hours. When the waitress came with the check, we told her that the food was very late and cold. We asked for some of our entrees to be taken off. She never apologized but took 15% off as well as beverages. Disappointing experience for such a highly reviewed place.
