This place takes FOREVER on a good day. They seem to run through people and have nearly no idea what they are doing 90% of the time i come. Used to come everyday but have to switch because 20 ( had to edit now its been 30-40) mins as a usual wait in a drive thru is completely unreasonable. Pls hire functional people. Okay so, there's a lot to say. I usually had no problems with this Dunkin and I go here often but today I went there and it was the worst thing. First of all, there was a man with a yknow staring at teenage girls and no one was doing anything. He didn't order anything he just sat in there right when the school got out when the most teenagers are in there. Next, when I ordered my drink I got charged an extra 80 cents which I thought was fine at first bc maybe they upped the prices but nope, the prices were the same they just charged extra. When I got my drink it was watered down and gross. It also took 30 minutes for me to be able to order, which is okay because it was crowded but still fd up. I would rate it a 0 if I could. read more

I'll get the grumpy part out of the way first. It was probably obvious to the lady behind the counter, based on all my questions, that it had been a while since I was last at a Dunkin'. I'm bummed that there's no onion bagels or breakfast combos. It feels like both the size of the bagels and cups for coffee are smaller yet again. The coffee didn't taste that strong, but then I did realize they put more cream in it than I usually do. In other news, get off my lawn! But what's good here is the layout and especially the customer service. The parking lot is quite large, with plenty of room to navigate and park without getting in the way of the drive-thru lane. There's a variety of choices to sit inside, including a couple of comfy chairs, several tables, and 2 booths. The staff are very friendly, and your order comes out really fast - so fast that if there's a line in the drive-thru, you might actually get your order sooner if you park and walk inside. If you want a little more distinction with your meal, you can consider a bagel shop or a cafe. But if all you want is basic Dunkin' products served quickly and with a smile, you'll be fine here. read more

For a place that makes its money selling to people on their way to work, this is the slowest service imaginable. Easily a 15 minute wait if there are 5 cars ahead of you. If I didn't have 2 toddlers in the car, I would have gone down to front street to iron roost, which has much better coffee and eggs, waffles, cookies, etc. In the 4 minutes it took to type this review, I've moved up ONE car length. Go to Iron Roost, Coffee Planet, or Nomad Coffee for quicker, better, more local coffee. read more

This morning, as we do most mornings, I put in an order using the app for two Medium sized Iced Lattes.  We always request less ice. I placed the order as a walk-in and went to this particular Dunkin', one we normally do not go to but was the most convenient.  The establishment was bustling.  I was helped by an older woman with a long gray braid and white pants - who was EXTREMELY rude.  She was making our lattes and had both cups filled to the brim with ice.  I pointed it out to her and asked her to eliminate some of the ice.  When the lattes were finished, the medium sized cup was literally only-half filled.  When I said something to her, she said, "you wanted less ice, that's what you get." We always order the exact same order and this is the FIRST TIME that this has ever happened and the FIRST TIME I was ever treated so rudely.  I know it's not an easy job but if one cannot deal with the public, then this is not the right job for them. This was a very disappointing experience and the first time this has ever happened.  We travel quite a bit throughout NY and Massachusetts and always get the same order.  This has never happened at any other Dunkin'. read more

This Dunkin' is on my way to work and I often stop to get my daily coffee. I've noticed the past couple of months the service has been terrible. I'm talking late to work, 10+ minutes in the drive through for a mobile order pick up terrible. Ive learned to place my orders 10-20 minutes and expect them to still be late. Today, I decided to go in to pick up my coffee. The coffee was ready but my wrap was not, it took an extra 7 minutes for the wrap to come out. Once I reached my destination, I opened my wrap and found it was completely wrong and thrown together. Super bummed about my recent experiences here, they used to have it together read more

I went through the drive thru this morning. i ordered 2 coffees and 2 iced coffees. They handed me the drink tray with one of the hot coffee lids not on correctly. As I placed the holder on my seat the lid popped off and spilled everywhere including on my shirt. I turned and told them what happened. I am sure i was a little frustrated when i spoke because i just had hot coffee spill down the front of me. There was a heavier set woman that turned and raised her voice to tell me to stop screaming at her employee. At this point no one had apologized for what had happened. The heavier woman continued telling me that I cannot yell at her employee and that the coffee spills through the drink hole. That was a ridiculous statement considering I handed the half empty cup back to them with no lid attached. i asked her name and she refused to provide that information. I was told that she is not a supervisor. I realize that I may have been angry and spoke with a raised voice. The best way for them to handle it would have been to apologize and try to diffuse the situation. This employee actually escalated it. *ONE OF THE WORSE DUNKIN DONUTS TO GO TO IN BALLSTON SPA* I'm rating this place with one star because I dont have the option to do otherwise. Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, they never get my order right or the meat is under cooked or they're limited on something. It's like they're too lazy to do their job. Hell, I know they're lazy. When u order donuts, they're so minimal in their selection; only three types of donuts. I tried getting munchkins for my nieces and nephews and they gave me in a paper bag. It's like the economy is hitting this dunkin donuts worse than anyone else. Well, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and because they're close by, I went back and ordered coffee, needless to say, I shouldn't have. I ordered a Hazelnut coffee, instead I got something completely different. To this day I don't know what flavor they gave me, but I know it was something that I hated because I only drink regular coffee and/or Hazelnut. When I do get a Hazelnut coffee, they never get my cream and sugars right. But at least I don't mind that part. I've even ordered that new spicy apple breakfast sandwich and that was raw. Who wants to eat that? DISGUSTING ! People spend money for their coffee and whatever else they buy there, the least these people can do is get a order correctly and give them properly cooked meat. I'm positive it isn't all of the staff, but whoever it is, I'm determined to find out as I plan to raise all nothing but hell the next time I return and they screw my order up. NOTE: They don't let you leave reviews on Google because they know their service sucks, but I hope most people know to pay close attention to your order.
