Quick and efficient, this full service Dunkin is located inside the BP gas station. Yes, it's a Dunkin' with the coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Every DK is different but this is one was pretty nice. They are very kind and take care of business. Once at the counter, they are transparent that they if they have a large group in store that could impact your wait time. And even then, they don't make you wait too long. The only annoyance I have is that there is an influx of whether they have oat milk or not. But they can't control that. read more

I genuinely wish I could offer a better rating for this Dunkin' Donuts because I am a huge fan. Overall rating is a 2/5. Their coffee and other drinks are definitely a 4.5/5. The reasoning for the two stars is every time I attempt to order anything they are out of missing a component from that order. For example, I buy their bags of coffee to make at home and they will be out of coffee for weeks. You're a coffee shop how are you out of bag coffee. Another occurrence, i attempted to order a Turkey sausage breakfast sandwich and they were out of turkey sausage. The list really goes on. The managers are always rude compared than the other employees. The manager was very snappy while the other employee was very apologetic and patient. I wouldn't discourage anyone from going but I would definitely have low standards. I will continue to support the local DD but I wish they would step it up. read more

I have hit my limit with this place. If i could take stars away i would. First off, you can't order inside. They have signs up all over saying you have to go thru the drive thru to order. And I said a new bagel not cooked so long a 2nd girl takes my bagel walls away and then a 3rd girl walks to the counter throws some money down and goes "there" really rude and nasty. I go no I'm sorry she was just going to remake my bagle. The girl goes "they are all the same. Its a bagel it's gonna be the same" I asked you can't just lower the toaster down one or 2 and she just goes "no we wont" and walks away. She was so rude and awful. This place needs to have better management and staff. It is hard to understand the feedback/responses because the quality of the mic or headset is poor. The wait is long for every visit. There is no urgency to take and complete orders. Been here twice now. First time, got a frozen coffee drink and a chicken croissant. The croissant was amazing. So good, but the drink was too sweet to even have more than half of my small. Went back again this morning to treat my team at work with some donuts. The donuts were okay at best. The filling was about the size of a quarter and my latte was pathetic.
