I was so disappointed and even when I hesitantly tried to eat them, they were inedible. Very upset and hungry. I put in a claim to Starbucks' customer service and after sending a picture of the box, they refunded me for my entire purchase. The reason why I am giving 4 stars on this review is because even though Starbucks can't see every product that goes into their stores, they definitely work to fix any customer issues as quickly as possible. Initially, I wasn't expecting anything crazy but boy was I surprised when I tried their double steak burger. First off, the steakburger was flat and crispy. They had pickles cut the long way so better coverage and taste, with some fresh onions. Had to say it was well thought out and then finish it off with their signature burger sauce which is similar to the "other guys" but has a bit more of a balanced flavor and tang. I only tried the steakburger at this point and I will absolutely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Mustard spewed out all over our hands and onto the tray. The cook must've slabbed on about 8 tablespoons of mustard or something. He probably threw the meat on the grill and didn't smash it or wait til it got crisp. The fries and onion rings were normal. I'm assuming they must've had a new cook back there that didn't know anything about how to cook a Freddy burger. I mentioned it to the guy walking around picking up stuff. Attention to the management...you need to check your cooks. I"m thinkg this cook must be very new or hasn't been trained. First time I've ever had to give them a bad review. It really should be 1 star based on this past experience.
