Rude-rude employees. Hot coffee spilled all over me due to top not being fastened correctly. Then after having been burned, I got no help with a towel or anything. Three days later I tell the drive thru older man to hand me the hot coffee one cup at a time. He has three cups in two hands trying to pass them to me. Is it the fastest Dunkin in the world? No. Is it the tastiest Dunkin in the world? No. However, I can say it is definitely one of the best when it comes to customer service. Now, perhaps I am just a tad too used to being treated terribly at fast food places. In my current city, getting fast food often comes with a slight verbal abusing. When I went through the drive-through here, I was pleasantly delighted by how kind the workers were. Not only were they kind when taking my order, the kindness continued through a different person when I got up to the window to pay. Two different people going out of their way to be kind and go beyond the pleasantries really stood out to me. Three strikes and your out! It applies to baseball, some prison sentencing guidelines and my visit to this particular Dunkin location. I'm a long time supporter of DD, but this location is a mess! Three times I have ordered from on the go (from the mall area none the less) and still had to wait on my drink to be prepared. On all three visits the iced coffees tasted TERRIBLE! This last drink really was horrifically bitter and unsuitable for consumption. The visit before this one was supposed to be a hot coffee, but it was some odd flavored iced drink. Location: 2435 Nashville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101 This place has gone down steadily. It used to be good and then it became hit or miss and now it's just awful. I used to go at least 3-4 days a week and but I have to call it quits because it's just a waste of money, time and expectation. Twice now they've either not gotten the order correct or things missing from the order. Kaitlyn, the so called mananger, doesn't know what she's doing. Her solution to missing items or incorrectly made drinks is for us to drive back with all the items to replace them. You'd think you'd train your staff to do their job correctly instead of teaching them to steal from patrons by not giving them what they paid for. It's understandable if it happens once or twice but when it becomes a regular occurence then it's poor management and staff. I'd rather make the sign of the cross and take my chances with a gas station or hobo with a coffee stand on the side of a freeway LOL. At least I'll know what I'm getting. read more

I'm a fan of Dunkin. I got this place before my drive to Louisville. It's hard for me to be critical because at certain times this location is spot on with service and product. On the other end of the spectrum sometimes they are so understaffed the drive thru person will tell you they are alone and overwhelmed. I've gotten to the point at the drive through that I need to visually check my order before I drive off as they have handed me the wrong stuff. Once the person verbalized the right stuff but had the wrong stuff in the bag. I really want them to do well. They mean well and I'm okay confirming my order but sometimes it's easier to skip this place and hit up the one in Louisville when I get there. read more

Tried the drive thru once before but took nearly 29 minutes (not exaggerating) so went inside this time. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being helped. Only got two donuts and bottles apple juice because I think if I had ordered coffee or hot food it would have taken forever (based on number of people waiting in coffee drinks). They weren't perfect by any means, didn't answer the phone a lot, but when they do they're very kind.

The employees are lazy. The past three times we have been through the drive through we've asked for a dozen glazed chocolate iced. They are always out of them or they might have a few. If the employees had common sense, they should keep making their best selling donuts. When asked if they can make more the employees have responded, "Well we're all out." Came in for breakfast this morning, associate had to ask my boyfriend to make sure his milk from the cooler was in date, gross. A few of the lady's in the back didn't have proper hair restraints and hair was down or falling down. They must have forgotten we sat down to eat, they were in the back having very loud conversations with curse words and yelling them. Very disturbing. The donuts were cold and rock hard. We were road tripping up to Indiana and went through here, we hit it for a late breakfast as we hit the road early. Nice and clean inside standard DD quality on breakfast sandwiches, etc. As someone else said, I prefer DD coffee over starbucks as well...just a perfect blend. Easily the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I don't normally leave reviews like this, but since I've spoken with the owner of this location and nothing has changed, I just want to give a fair warning to others. The employees here do not care about what they are doing, they don't pay attention when taking orders and often get the order wrong, they effectively throw your order at you when you get to the window, and (shocker here) they're always understaffed. I did send an email through the company website at least a year ago and all that got me was a 30 minute long phone call with the owner who did nothing but make excuses about how hard it is to find people to work, how hard her life is because she owns this and other stores and has to commute nearly 2 hours to come to this location, and about her personal life. Now while I get it, food service is a frustrating place to work (I've done it, it sucks at times), the service at the ONLY Dunkin' in the 3rd largest city in the state should be better than this. read more

Went to this dunkin donuts, ordered ab ice coffee with caramel swirl and double skim milk plus a water. Iced coffee didnt have skm milk or caramel in ot, we had to remind them twice to give us the water as well as a straw for the iced coffee. The place wasnt busy so not sure why they couldnt do the only job they are paod to do. read more

I work next door to Dunkin' Donuts, so you would think I would go here practically every morning because of convenience. But both times I have gone, I have had the WORST customer service. The person who waited on me not only made me wait (I could see he had other orders at the drive thru, that's fine), but walked up to the register and just looked at me. Didn't even say "What can I get you?" I told him what I wanted, he went to get it, rang up my total, and looked at me again. I'm sorry, do they not have voices at Dunkin' Donuts? And the time before this experience, there was definitely a booger in my coffee. I've never been more grossed out in my life. This place has the worst service out of any restaurant in bowling green. They never get an order right. We went in on a sunday to order some vanilla chai and there was no one behind the counter. When we finally got our drinks, they tasted like regular coffee with vanilla flavoring thrown in. Then as we were leaving, one of the employees was taking a SMOKE BREAK right outside the front door. I went through the drive thru at this location. The signs posted all over their store and signs and app all day $2 iced lattes. When I asked why they didn't give me the discount on my order the employee kept saying no it's only the iced coffees. I had to go into the store and open the app and show pictures of their own signs that say iced lattes before the manager would even give me the refund of the money I over paid because their employees don't know how to read their signs and give the proper discounts that are advertised. This first order I had a problem with was for a friend, or I would have cancelled both orders.. On top of that I had a second order that I ended up cancelling because they refused to take $1 coins, that I received from my bank, as a form of payment. After telling them multiple times it was the only source of money I had for that payment. And since they refused to take my hard earned money I ended up cancelling that order. I have never been that appalled by a night time manager that just seemed to not care about her job or the customers. She would rather be on her phone than talk or take care of customers. read more

We go here several times a day and keep going back despite the poor customer service, rude managers and lack of consistency but not anymore. 2 days in a row of incorrect drinks that we ordered daily and rudeness when we ask for them to be adjusted. They don't even give us new drinks but request to adjust the old ones. When I politely ask for a correction, I'm treated as if I'm the rude one. I can see and hear them speaking to each other about how the drink was made correctly despite the fact it was not. The attitude is disgusting and the rude treatment of our constant support is ridiculous. They say "my pleasure" and it's as if they're gritting their teeth to spit it out. The drinks are wrong more often than they're right and never the same. Talk about your customers all you want after they're gone but swallow your pride and provide polite customer service.
