The only thing I can have at Dunkin' is the iced coffee. This is a Dunkin' x Baskin Robbins ice cream shop. We came here daily while in Branson for iced coffee thanks to some app deal my husband had. They have a drive-thru but it was never busy and they do mobile ordering so we could quickly pre-order it and pick it up inside. As locals we were thrilled to have a DD back in town. We've been several times and....this DD has one of same downfalls as the one that was here years ago. Almost all the donuts we've had felt like day-old donuts. The French cruller is one of my favorites and the three or four times we've been they were crusty and not soft. Disappointing. This Dunkin Donuts is a combo Restaurant with Baskin-Robbins inside it as well. It's right along the highway 76 and easy to get in and out of, We got the Vanilla Cream donuts since the one in Arkansas didn't have them. ‼HAIR IN FOOD!!!‼ If you want a real honest review read everything!! This location has been shut down for many many months so I was super excited when it opened again. Only to be disappointed & honestly disgusted. I used to love dunkin. The first day I went from them being back open they were a little slow but I assumed they were training new employees & getting back into the groove (no big deal). The second time I got my usual coffee with my add ins & left. I went to try my coffee only to find it was not made with any of my add ins but the sticker & receipt had them printed onto it (again giving them the benefit of the doubt). The third time I went I got my strawberry dragonfruit refresher (always good!!) & a strawberry glazed donut. I left & took one bite of my donut to find a long dark brown/black hair in the glaze of the donut. I did not eat the rest & wasted my money. That incident has me very skeptical about what really happens in that kitchen!! I even went back a few days later (I shouldn't have) and they forgot two items in my order. They were also veryyy slow. I've been drinking for at least 20 years, so I know the taste very well. Please teach your employees how to make one. That being of 'always a limited selection'. While I would understand if it were the end of the day and limited selection for food waste. This was our first visit to this Dunkin store and it was okay. It is a dual Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins. We came for the former only, but from what I could tell they do serve ice cream at any hour. Coffee was good and donuts were standard. Nice spacious interior although you can tell from the outside of the building it used to be a Mexican restaurant in a former life. The lady working the counter was a little abrasive but she seemed to be doing her best. My husband ordered some food and we didn't hear them call our number so it was just sitting in a bag for about 10 minutes while we waited. It would have been nice if someone called it out a couple more times as they weren't very busy at all. However, the food was good and stayed hot enough so no real harm done. read more

The donuts of course were amazing. They probably come frozen? The lady that waited on us was impatient and seemed in a hurry ( we were the only ones in line). Ordered a coffee and a glass of water - .25 for the water. Coffee - when was the last time you did not get a refill of any drink in any restaurant. This would be one.
