We came here yesterday. We ordered what we thought was an Oreo milkshake and did not see that there was no Oreo milkshake it was a Sunday. The cashier did not correct me so i had no idea. We were surprised by not getting a shake, but then realized what happened. Also it says they are $21 but we got charged 21.73 plus tax. And I would have paid $22 for it, however the hidden price change is very unsettling. Oreo Sunday was ok, nothing to come back for. read more

My milkshake was delicious! I got a birthday cake shake and it was so good! It came with all the fixings plus a cupcake on top. There were all kinds of combinations you could try. The service was friendly and they let us try anything first just to make sure we liked it. Restaurant was very clean and kept together. Great place to have a fun shake for kids too! read more

Well, I really wanted to like this place. We went here for Father's Day and probably won't be back. We ordered fairly quickly, but had to wait more than 45 minutes for our ice cream to be prepared. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to who's getting their items first, for the most part. I got the cereal killer specialty bowl. The rice crispy treat tasted old, but the cereal on the actual dessert wasn't bad. The ice cream itself was pretty decent, but there were probably two full cups of whipped cream on top. Most of the dessert was whipped cream actually. The entire time we were there, I did not see a single table, get bussed or cleaned in any way, unless the patron cleaned up their own mess when they left. All in all, I give this place a C. Save your money and precious time and just go to Sweet Susie's instead. Sweet Susie's has better quality treats, a cleaner facility, their staff is much more friendly there, and they actually have restrooms in the shop. You don't have to go next door. read more

However, the service was atrocious. We waited over 40 minutes for one milkshake and one cup of ice cream after we ordered. The workers were working hard, but they only had two people working on a summer afternoon. Had we have known that was going to take so long, we would've went elsewhere. We each tried something different. The shakes were adequately sized and the flavor was there. However, you go here for the experience and novelty of it more than anything else. These shakes came to $21 a piece (you get to keep the mason jar), and they do charge a service fee if you pay with something other than cash. Would I make this a weekly stop? No, of course not. However, simply put, it's a fun place to come with friends or family. The ice cream is Blue Bell, you're not getting homemade, you're getting the presentation. Don't get me wrong--the presentation is beautiful and worth a photo op--but it's absolutely not worth the wait or the price. Their specialty desserts cost around $20, and you're basically paying for the souvenir mason jar, because it's definitely not $20 worth of ice cream. The concept itself is great, but the operation is not efficient. I honestly don't know how they haven't figured out a faster production process by now--it's ice cream! Compared to other specialty ice cream shops, the wait here is ridiculous. Honestly, you could order drinks and entrees at a sit-down restaurant and be served faster than this place. We constantly see people walk away from their orders because the wait is just that bad. And yes, they're open until midnight, but that doesn't help because the line stays long all night thanks to how slow things move. If you're in a hurry or hoping to get in and out quickly, do not go here--it will just frustrate you. All I'm saying is this: if you want ice cream while you're in Branson, go to Andy's, one of the other local shops, or even grab something at Walmart. Was really hoping this place lived up to the hype. The presentation was beautiful and I got the most expensive thing on the menu, the brookie something or other. It was chocolate combo overload and ended up tasting like chemicals. The cookie dough chunks clogged the massive straw and really there was very little milk shake. Also the beautiful decorations were just pre fab cookies and brownies from a big box store. Servers seemed overwhelmed and in need of a break as it was quite busy. There were several signs that said to tell the employees about any allergies. So I told the employee that my daughter has a tree nut allergy and I asked if the cookie dough was made with any tree nuts. She just shrugged and stared at me. I said, "well can you find out?" Elon, Kylie, and Belle are the most awsomest people in the world and there super nice and if you ask Elon he said he owns space x and can take you to space. Kylie is very extremely nice and cool and really knows how to make ice cream.
