This is a DD-Baskin-Robbins combo. Fairly small interior/seating area. Tables looked clean. Place was pretty busy but not packed when we arrived. Waited a few minutes to order but that afforded a chance to decide. Placed our order then things got rather chaotic. I had ordered a medium Midnight Dark Roast (how it appears on the menu) and. Medium Regular Brew coffee. Someone set down two coffees on the counter so I took a step forward but they yelled "Large (*not sure what was said next*) and Large 1/2 (sounded like half caff), well I wasn't sure what exactly had been said but also I had ordered medium and she said large so I took a step back. We got the hash browns and almond croissant we had ordered then waited a while longer. Folks had kind of cleared out at this point so the gentleman who had taken our order asked what we were waiting on so we told him frozen coffees and the medium regular and medium Midnight Dark coffees. He prepared the frozen coffees but we were still waiting on the other while at least 5 employees buzzed around working on orders. Finally my husband said excuse me to the woman behind the counter and said we had been waiting a while for our coffees. She said what did you order and I told her and then she grabbed the two coffees that had been sitting (they were toward the back of the counter, behind a cup dispenser, not where we could reach them or see the ticket number on the sticker) and said with attitude, they're right here, a regular and a half espresso, that's what the Dark is." I was excited to try the Almond croissant since Starbucks no longer has one on the menu. It was OK, I doubt I will order another. Husband used the restroom during our visit and reports that the soap dispenser was empty and there were no paper towels although there was an air dryer. read more

Stopped in on our way out of town. This is a very clean location convenient to I-85 north. The donuts and croissant were great! Service was spot on too. This locale handles a lot of drive through orders. One pet peeve here is that every time a car drives up at drive thru an annoying loud alarm plays so it's not what you want to hear whilst dinning in. All in all a good Dunkin Donuts to dine at. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Waited 15 mins to order and then another 20 for the food. Had to repeat my order 3 times. When I got my order the bagel was rock hard and had tiny amount of creamed cheese. When I went to the girl they argued about miss reading the order. read more

Absolutely disappointed with this location. I ordered a matcha latte and asked for half ice, but it came full of ice. When I brought it up, they told me I'd have to pay extra--just to have less ice! I asked to speak with a manager, and the young lady told me there wasn't one. As someone who genuinely loves Dunkin' and has worked in management, it's clear this location needs serious help. Poor customer service, lack of leadership, and no accountability. Sadly, I'll have to say I'm never coming back. If I could give it a 0, I would. read more

Placed a mobile order, it was ready when we arrived. 3 iced coffees and two grilled cheese. Service was quick and we were able to pick Up in drive thru. I am a new fan of Dunkin' and I can say the coffee is consistent across different stores. read more

Dunkin was just ok it was my first time at this location and i had to return my food after almost on my way back to work I'm giving this location a 3 because they ladies were nice enough to fix it without any issues they made my food over this location is also a little bit busy in the morning so be ready to wait a little . read more

I stopped in this morning to grab a dozen of my favorite donuts from Dunkin! The restaurant wasn't super busy this morning but still pretty full considering what time it was. They greeted me at the door and took my order almost immediately even though the drive-thru was packed. I' have to say this visit made my morning very memorable, if I wasn't an out-of-towner I would most likely visit this store everyday before work. We have been looking forward to having a Dunkin Donut open in our neighborhood. We stopped by Thursday evening at 9:05 but they had already closed. Last night we decided to try again a little after 8 and the staff was so busy cleaning up to get out the door that no one spoke to us. The manager was mopping the floor and we did not see any donuts in the case so I asked if they had any donuts left. The manager never acknowledged me. The staff seemed very confused and in a hurry to close for the night. My husband asked for Bavarian cream and the your lady gave him white cream filled. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I'm not sure we'll even go back. Very, very disappointed! read more

The staff were super nice, the food was good as well. However they had run out of my favorite donuts but that's alright.

On more than one occasion we have gone to get donuts and they have been out of all donuts and munchkins. We went today (6 pm on a Sunday) and this was the case. The clerk told us that they had a busy day today and had been out since the morning. Wth???? If ur not gonna stock what ur #1 selling item should be then PLEASE change ur name to something else. I'm giving them 3 starts but prior to here recently it was always 5 starts excellent drinks. Ever since I've seen the new morning people I've noticed they don't make the drinks right. I don't know if it's them not doing the correct amount of what they charge me for or if it's the coffee machine I don't know. But ever since I've seen new people my drinks taste so bad. I always ask for the same thing everyday sometimes twice a day so I know exactly what it should taste like and i wish i would try my drink before pulling off. It's been 3 times now this week (and it's only Tuesday) that my drinks have not tasted the way they are supposed to. I'm very disappointed for paying and then having to dump it out. Wasting money. 0 stars. Both DD in Braselton are awful. The management bully their staff (no training on how to manage people), they don't know how to speak professionally, or how to address them individually. Mgmt sits in the back and does not come to help, they try to force employees to work sick; even though sick employess should never serve the publix. The store manager is not much better in dealing professionally with staff. The young kids they hire work hard, but the door will continue to revolve unless the store owner steps in. read more

I've been to this dunkin more than once and today i ordered my usual and when i go to pay with my giftcard the young employee tells me they can't accept it because it was a dunkin/baskin robbin giftcard and they're apparently not a baskin robbin. and i looked at her confused and said, "oh that's weird because i've been here several times before and they accept my gift card no problem" and she rudely said, "WE CANT ACCEPT IT" so i paid with my credit card instead. it's not that big of a deal but it was overall just very annoying. read more

Where is Dunkin I've ever been to. I've been there twice in the past week. The first time I had to pull off from the drive-through because after sitting there for 10 minutes at the ordering station I notice they only had one car pulling off at the window. I just went back today and it was A completely horrible experience again. I ordered a caramel cream cold brew and they gave me a caramel iced coffee. When telling them that this was the wrong order they looked at the sticker and said "no this is right" and handed it to me. The employees don't even know what drinks they have. This place gets worse everyday. It used to be run by a lady a couple of years ago who ran a tight ship. Employees were courteous, dressed appropriately , and efficient. I have no idea who runs it today. It's a Jew crew every time I go in and they ate incompetent and slow. We need a local coffee shop to open around here so we have a real choice. read more

Order in the drive thru and was told to pull to the second window to wait for my order. Then I was given only half of my order and when I went inside to get the rest, the employees proceeded to tell me I was wrong. This dunkin is literally the slowest dunkin ever. We waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes and still didn't get service. Some management needs to be done here to speed up service because we were not the only ones who left the line. About 4 other cars did while we were sitting there, and the customer inside was not receiving service either, the employees were taking their sweet time on the drive thru orders even though the line wasn't moving at all. This is the closest dunkin to us but it is the worst dunkin ever and don't enjoy going here. read more

By far the worst Dunkin experience. Waited 20 mins in line. Ordered a cold brew, munchkins and a bagel. Got the first window paid for my order and was handed the cold brew. The employee told me to go to the 2nd window for my munchkins and bagel. Okay fine. I got my munchkins but waited at least 15 MINUTES for the bagel. They seem to have forgotten I was there because another employee asked if I was waiting for anything. Not even 10 seconds later she comes back with the bagel and a donut "for my wait". read more
