Someone set down two coffees on the counter so I took a step forward but they yelled "Large (*not sure what was said next*) and Large 1/2 (sounded like half caff), well I wasn't sure what exactly had been said but also I had ordered medium and she said large so I took a step back. We got the hash browns and almond croissant we had ordered then waited a while longer. Folks had kind of cleared out at this point so the gentleman who had taken our order asked what we were waiting on so we told him frozen coffees and the medium regular and medium Midnight Dark coffees. He prepared the frozen coffees but we were still waiting on the other while at least 5 employees buzzed around working on orders. Finally my husband said excuse me to the woman behind the counter and said we had been waiting a while for our coffees. She said what did you order and I told her and then she grabbed the two coffees that had been sitting (they were toward the back of the counter, behind a cup dispenser, not where we could reach them or see the ticket number on the sticker) and said with attitude, they're right here, a regular and a half espresso, that's what the Dark is." I was excited to try the Almond croissant since Starbucks no longer has one on the menu. It was OK, I doubt I will order another. Husband used the restroom during our visit and reports that the soap dispenser was empty and there were no paper towels although there was an air dryer.
