Zaxbys is one of the top fast food spots that features chicken, hands down. Between the perfectly fried tenders, the zax sauce and seasoned fries, I'll always be up for it too if I see it nearby. We both got different boxes when we ordered. I usually get a cobb zalad (+ fries, smh) or a chicken finger plate tossed in wimpy sauce but figured I may eat at the track so I kept it light, getting a kids meal with wimpy sauce and zax sauce on the side. We ordered in the drive-thru and our food came out incredibly fresh, like they had just taken it out of fresh grease and tossed them in our laps. The only good part about this location is the store has all the fun goodies to browse and shop in and the decor is still the classic Cracker Barrel theme. The service was fine - got the job done but nothing exceptional. The food portions for the take home meal is sad but I get it if it's just $5. But other restaurants do have decent portions for the price compared to here. My husband and I got take-home meals and when we got home, found out that his burger was missing the vegetables when we didn't ask for it to be removed. My chicken tasted like it was a generic seasoned frozen chicken patty and the meatloaf was pink and raw in the middle. The mashed potatoes tasted like bland water was mixed with dehydrated potato flakes. We had to add butter and salt to doctor it up some lol! It was a disappointment but this location is the only bad one I've been to. I really enjoy all other locations besides this Braselton one and hope food supplies haven't just been cutting corners from the corporate level. There is room to improve here
