Starting with the negative, the service is so bad and seems to be getting worse. I've gone in…read moremultiple times without being greeted or waited on. I understand if they're busy but I've stood at the counter waiting and no help so I just walked out. The problem is that there were plenty of staff, but some of them were just standing there, doing nothing just talking to each other. The worst of them all is the woman with tattoos on her face. But my biggest complaint is the salsa. It's disgusting! It doesn't matter if it's red or green; it tastes old and grainy. Someone needs to change it. On the positive side, the rolled tacos are delicious, and the donuts are fresh!
