First of all there is no ice cream, contrary to google maps. Secondly the cold brew is 4.69 for a large, almost a dollar more than the iced coffee. Why? Finally, I got the iced coffee instead and was terrible. I asked for less ice but it tasted super watered down. I'd avoid this place. The worker was very nice though, so 2 stars it is. read more

Absolutely horrible service, no employee there cared about getting the order right or being in any hurry at all. When the wrong order was brought to their attention they still thought that they were right. Their iced lattes are delicious, and so are the items on the breakfast menu. The line moves fast and my order is always correct.

We came into the store and placed an order of 3 donuts, 3 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. The cashier took order seeming overly confused the whole time. Our drinks came out quickly, one by one through the pick window. There was one other customer in the restaurant ahead of us who received their food and left. We continued to patiently wait for our donuts and sandwich. The sandwich was called out at the pickup window when a man came rushing through the doors, grabbed it and ran out. We then told the cashier who took our order that we think that was our sandwich. We were the only ones waiting. A woman with blue hair came out of the back and basically claimed it was our fault for not running to the front of the restaurant to get the order. We still had no food, not even our donuts. We had to convince her and the cashier we never received our food when we were the only ones in this tiny little place. Good thing we had a receipt because she was blaming us for this man who obviously ran in to steal food. Overall very rude, oblivious and unkept looking employees. I came here for the Baskin Robbins, so this is not in relevance for the Dunking Donuts! The lady was so rude as soon as we walked in an hour from closing. I asked for a sundae with hot fudge and she said it's not ready. So I asked for multiple other toppings to substitute and each of them are "not ready". I asked her if there was a way to just get a regular chocolate milkshake and she also said no and nothing is ready.. I'm very disappointed in this since it's an ice cream place... the lady that was serving me at the counter was also talking to another team member about us in front of my mother and I saying she's taking care of two "annoying customers". The best customer service I've had in a long time. The staff was fast and courteous. The line moved quickly. If you join the DD app, you get discounts and a free drink during your birthday month. I redeemed a coupon for my free drink and the cashier even told me Happy Birthday. The donuts looked and smelled fresher than those at the Altama location where I normally go. Three stars because one of the two young women working was very nice but lacked menu knowledge. They both had no clue about any of the "new" items so they called them but there were signs all over the store about the featured sunrise batch coffee. I also asked which coffee drinks were apart of the $2 drinks and she said they didn't do that there (???) again as I was leaving it showed "$2 sunrise batch coffee" probably won't come back to this location. read more

Pretty bad. Extremely slow service. They asked repeatedly about our coffee orders and had to remake them. The sandwich order took so long we asked for our money back to which they only replied 'so sorry, it'll be right up'. Asked a second time fora regions and very shortly after got our sandwiches. The staff is very loud and negligent. They lack supervision and they talk during the shift. The bathrooms are nasty. The counter work and cleanliness is substandard. Went to this Dunkin two days in a row. The woman who made our coffee the first day (a tuesday morning) genuinely made some of the best coffee I've had from Dunkin. The second day (a Wednesday morning) one of our coffees was made incorrectly. We ordered a Charlie cold foam and they gave us a drink with no milk in it, it was just cold brew with cold foam on top and no cinnamon. When we told the workers it was missing milk the lady working argued that it was not supposed to have milk even though the Charli definitely has milk and definitely was not just cold brew as in all pictures on the menus, with advertising, ect. has a light brown/tan color. (We all also drink dunkin at least once a week and have ordered the Charli remix multiple times.) She also asked if we actually wanted her to remake it which was incredibly frustrating. In conclusion our coffee and experience were perfect one day but then the next day it was one of the worst Dunkin' experiences we have ever had. read more

While I will say this Dunkin Donuts, does have better coffee and food than the Dunkin on Altama. However customer service is lacking. 90% of the time I speak with a rude, short employee. As I come here in the mornings, it would be nice to begin my morning nicer. read more
