I ordered a strawberry coolatta, took a sip in the parking lot, tasted it was expired/definitely NOT a coolatta, walked in for an exchange and waited 5 minutes of four employees avoiding eye contact while walking two feet away, back and forth past me. Finally, an employee from the back noticed me and stepped forward to address my problems. Ten minutes later, after eating my sandwich, I get to my "strawberry" donut (it was gray, not even pink) and find a piece of metal on it (pictured). I am just passing through and not able to go back to this store to show the manager. So this is a warning to NOT VISIT THIS TRASH LOCATION. Thank you. read more

I ALWAYS, get the same order at this location, Iced cappuccino with almond milk. Today I placed my usual mobile order for the same thing, as I get to the window they hand me a blended version of my drink. Blended ice isn't my thing, so I handed it back and asked them to please pour it over ice, as usual, the staff insisted they can only serve it blended. Which makes no sense, I've always ordered it this way (I go here once a week). After several arguments, I parked my car and went inside to show them my receipt and even their menu option for what I got, the woman argued with me once more until I showed her the menu as well, eventually they stopped arguing, corrected my drink & finally handed me what I ordered. Not sure who runs the afternoon staff in a Saturday, but I miss the morning staff, never have this issue at this location. Pretty frustrating. Never received an apology for their mistake. read more

To be quite honest, I really don't care for their donuts. I tried a chocolate donut ($0.99) and it was tasteless and I threw half of it in the trash on the way out. I also tried the French cruller which was better, but still below par. The thing I notice is they serve their donuts/pastries cold. It's not even warm and kind of unappetizing. I'm not sure how long they've been sitting out there, but we came here around 7:00AM each time. 1.5/5 for donuts 4/5 for customer service 4/5 for coffee drinks ================= 3.17 Stars overall Anyway, the high marks go to their coffee! This morning I thought I would be nice and grab some donuts for work. I went to the drive-thru to place my order, only to be told that if I wanted to purchase 6 or more donuts I would need to place my order 24hrs in advance. I was shocked and confused by the comment and asked the girl to repeat it, because I was certain I didn't hear her clearly. She once again told me she could only sell me 3 donuts and if I needed more than that, I would need to place an order 24hrs in advance. My response to her was so you can sell me 3 now but not 6 or more. She said yes. So I asked her if I bought 3 now and drove around got back in line and order 3 more, what's the difference? She couldn't answer that. I told her that I have never heard of this, there is absolutely nothing on the billboard stating this at all. I couldn't speak to a manager as there was none there available. If this is in fact true, they certainly have gone down hill in customer service. You sell food and someone is trying to purchase said food and you want to deny them this? WOW!!! Long time customer gone for good. I will not support a company with this backwoods logic. read more

Went into Dunkin in Bryant before work to grab breakfast and asked for jelly filled donuts and a coffee. The donuts had zero jelly in them and the iced coffee was almost white and tasted like watered down sugar. This Dunkin Donuts location is fairly new. I had never been to any Dunkin Donuts previously, so I cannot compare to other locations. With that in mind: The store itself is small, but lovely. It opens really early--we stopped for a study break around 6am and grabbed doughnuts--and everything is brightly lit and smells divine. The staff there was average. The cashier didn't seem to particularly enjoy her job, or life in general. She just stood there and watched me look at the different doughnuts, even when I told her that I'd never been there before. We didn't stay to dine in, but everything was clean, though there were likely few customers who had eaten that day. The doughnuts themselves were pretty good. I particularly liked the blueberry cake, and (I think) sour cream glaze. The latter sounded so odd I just had to try it, and it was really good. The original glazed and vanilla frosted ones were just okay. The doughnuts kept well for a couple of days, which is always appreciated. All in all, Dunkin Donuts was fine, but I strongly prefer Krispy Kreme, for both service and quality. read more

This place is terrible. As a former employee, I know what it's like on the inside. We have an adamant amount of workers to start with, but the mid shift and late shift only has two workers. I was a mid shift worker and it was not efficient. We have to take care of front counter, drive thru, and sandwich stations by ourselves, which makes our drive thru time and order accuracy terrible. Management is a joke, and they are heartless. It's just drama on top of drama and it's extremely frustrating. This place needs some serious work. It isn't the workers fault, either. We try our hardest to satisfy the customer, but sometimes that just isn't an option because of how short handed the place is. It's a simple fix, but they aren't willing to do it. read more

The owners must be very proud of their drive thru otherwise why would all the patrons get to spend such an obscene amount of time there in the morning rush? All of the coffee is prepared fresh, obviously, again because the wait time is ridiculous what else could delay an iced coffee? You are sure to come back...mostly to retrieve the correct order (which sometimes even the second go round is still incorrect). I've never ordered a donut from this location, even when it was free on national donut day, it's highly probable I would've gotten a bagel instead. Le sigh. I'm a glutton for punishment. I have been there several times since they opened, and been pleased. But on 2-26-13 I bought a Dozen Donuts, 4 glazed, 2 french curlers, 2 barvarian cream, 2 nutty, 2 chrused coconut. The glazed & french crulers were good. However the 2 barvarian cream didn't have any cream in them, the 2 nutty & the 2 coconut were supposed to be plain cake donuts with the coconut or nutty topping on them. I just don't get it. I had heard so much hype about Dunkin and thought it was great to see Bryant expanding and getting some better quality places, even if it was fast food. Wrong, Dunkin Donuts is garbage that is so far away from the original food it intends to be it takes on a new disturbing form. Their breakfast sandwiches have this egg patty that looks and tastes like it is rehydrated paste in the general shape of an egg.. Seriously look at your egg people. The bagel was hard and flavorless, the donuts are equally as terrible. The coffee is better than most gas station coffee, but everything is overly syrupy and sweet even if you ask for little sugar. Dunkin Donuts' existence and hype is the perfect example of how terrible our collective tastes have become as we move further and further away from real, whole foods. Save yourself some time, money and unnecessary bullshit and just go home and fry an egg or go to Arkansas Fresh Cafe a few blocks down Reynolds and at least know the food is actually food? I ordered a smoked sausage biscuit. When my order arrived, I had a smoked sausage biscuit with egg and cheese! I also had a small drink-sweet peach tea- and paid the combo price because I was told it was cheaper. I returned the smoked sausage biscuit and told the worker I wanted just the smoked sausage by itself and the biscuit. No problem order corrected and returned. The sweet peach tea was AWFUL! I returned it once and the worker prepared another only for that one to taste the same-horrible, like it was mixed with coffee or something. I finally asked for a sweet tea which was much better!! I got home(10-15 miles away) only to see that the workers simply removed the egg and the cheese! There were remnants of cheese on my biscuit and smoked sausage. This may mean nothing to you, but I was so so disappointed. Especially, when I have ordered smoked sausage biscuits before and NEVER had this problem at the Dunkin' Donuts located in Little Rock, AR (Kanis/Shackleford Roads location and the Cantrell Road location). read more

At 3pm today we came in and waited in line as the kid behind the counter moved incredibly slowly to take and fill orders. When he finally finished ours we went around to the dining room to find a place to sit. Every table in there was dirty and a few had trash on them. All the tables had food underneath them. The trashcan on the napkin station was overflowing and they were completely out of napkins. When we complained one of the other kids came out and wiped down one table with an incredibly wet rag. He did not wipe off the excess water he left, and since there were no napkins neither could we. When he went back around the counter he made a very exaggerated face at the first kid who was supposed to be making my coffee, but was instead poking around on his phone. His phone was out on the counter in plain sight. When the kid finally did make my drink (which tasted pretty lousy), I said who's the manager. They said Trey and I asked which one was Trey. They said he wasn't there right now. So there's your problem Dunkin' Donuts in Bryant. You have a bunch of young, unsupervised, kids in there, playing at having a job. When I said again that the store was a mess and that the one kid was on his phone texting instead of making my coffee, he said "I wasn't texting, I was counting down my drawer to leave." The other two just wandered off. How about I'm sorry I had my phone out at work instead of doing my job? How about I'm sorry the dining room was trashed? How about you all hire some people who can manage to give the slightest impression that they care about being there? There are a lot of nice kids in Bryant who deserve good jobs. Oh and yeah, it would probably be a pretty good idea to have a manager, or a supervisor, or someone who is in charge in there at all time, so they can motivate the rest.
