This is the worst Dunkin location. I made a valid order using the app, and when I arrived to pick it up, the woman yelled at me that my order was discontinued. I was further berated, disrespected and treated like garbage when I told them, they should let someone at corporate know that the app is out of date. I was again yelled at saying that it wasn't their problem. I will never set foot in this location again. I am tired of them yelling at me and their general poor customer service. The initial bliss of having the DD blocks from my house has passed. It's still nice to be able to walk down the street and get a cup of Joe or a quick breakfast sandwich in a pinch, but overall it's just another Dunkin Donuts and is A-OK. Limited bar seating inside, the place can get packed at peak times. I have found this location often closes before closing time (10:00). The gas station is fully functional, they sell lotto tickets and the donuts and coffee are what you would expect. I do not think they make the donuts here, but will ask next time I'm there. I'm going to echo what a lot of other people have said. They are extremely rude here, specifically the woman cashier. I understand being busy and needing to move the line quick, but you still must have good customer service. The one star is because the coffee is decent, but then again I've never been to a Dunkin that truly messed up the coffee it's pretty standard to the company. Now I order through the app so I don't have the converse with the staff (bonus!) and they're pretty good with having the items out at a fast pace! The one in Ardmore down the street is 1000 times better so if your heading the way anyway just go to that one, save yourself the frustration of bad customer service. read more

Tough Dunkin but gets the job done. However, they change the prices daily. The gas station/smoke shop is also famous for shorting people on change. Whether it's $1 or $5 they will fight you on it because they can and NEVER give you all your change. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is seriously efficient! After work, I ordered a coffee and they already had it ready before I could walk over to the pick up area! It was also the correct order. I love Dunkin coffee because the cream makes it taste so good. I have been here once before and I was pleasantly surprised that they put cream cheese on my bagel, instead of on the side. I don't know why some locations in Philly put it on the side. If this location wasn't out of the way I'd come here all the time. There isn't a drive thru, which since this was built not to long ago, doesn't make sense. The location obviously doesn't fit one, but it would have been more convenient. read more

This location does not deserve one star. I placed an order for an iced coffee with little ice. The lady came back and it was full of ice. I politely reminded her that I asked for little ice. These Indian people who work in the morning are RACIST to you unless your white. They are rude and don't even listen to your request before telling u to move out the way for the next customer. One man doesn't wash his hands or use gloves I've seen him take out the trash then go right back to work. Rude disgusting people. In the afternoon it is better when shift changes but wouldn't you think during their busiest times they would use those better at customer service?? The store had no customers and we walked to the counter. The woman at the counter continued to carry on a conversation with another employee (in an unknown language) and ignored us. Oh god, I love Dunkin coffee, but is it worth it at this place? I really have to say no... I mainly go here when the Eagles actually win a game and I get free coffee. The staff here are among the worst of any service industry in the entire world. I've seen the same staff members work at the Dunkin that used to be a block or two away. That place closed and these people spread to the Dunkin in Ardmore. Then this current location opened and the horrible staff weren't here... Until they showed up two weeks later. The cashier lady will yell next and expect you to order while a customer is putting their change away in front of you. If you don't respond, the man who pours the coffee will yell at you and ask what do you want. Sometimes this man without a cash register will ask for your order, just for you to have to repeat it to the horrible woman cashier again. These people clearly have to be the owners or family members. There is no reason they should be allowed to work in any service industry. read more

I stopped in on a snowy workday. The streets were empty and the snow was white and I felt like bringing in some donuts for my workmates. I walk in the door and two clerks scream at me..."You can not park there!" There's no one in the store but me and them. I say, "ok." Can I just order a couple of dozens and then I will move as you get them ready? They scream at me, "No. Move your car now. You have to move your car!" My car was parked right in front of their store. Who knew you can't park in front of a STORE! There were no no parking signs. The parking lot was empty. "I finally yelled back, "You either want my money for five dozen or not!" They were the rudist ill-mannered people I have ever met. Life is what you make of it! If you act life is rotten, it's rotten. You would think they would at least try to make a donut shop a warm and inviting place. Instead, they are miserable and their store is miserable. Stay away. I don't necessarily think that Dunkin needs any reviews because it being a huge chain and all I don't know that people decide to go here dependent on reviews of specific locations. That being said, this particular DD deserves a rave review. I am from NE philadelphia and go to all different DD's near me and when I travel, this one has seriously made an impression. The employees are so friendly and they remember you when you go in to make it a pleasant experience. Today I went in and ordered my normal Lg. Black iced coffee, and when I received it, the employee said "here try this one, it's like the one you always get but it's cold brew, I think you'll love it" and I DID! People are rude and try to rush you ordering and do not get it correct after saying it 5 times. Then The same lady everyday takes your money with an attitude and a person behind the coffee pots aggressively takes your order. Then when you correct them they give you an attitude. There was two people in the store and the way they acted and treat people were as if they were in a morning rush. I go to a college around the DD and every teacher refuses to go there because of issues and ignorance. DD is a great coffee chain however I would suggest they carefully choose there owners of their franchises. Not one smile hello or thank you was said. it's 9:15 on a Saturday. they are supposed to close at 10 every night. lights are off, food thrown out, staff clearly unhappy they're there. sorry, but if you're supposed to close at 10, then you start the closing process at 9:30, not 9. only reason people are going here is because it's really the only close one on this part of the main line. hopefully the franchisee will realize this kind of stuff, along with how much money he is potentially losing by hiring these people, and change things. otherwise, I'm going elsewhere. read more
