Your food will be cold, your donuts will be wrong, your coffee / drink order will be incorrect and inedible. You won't be greeted at the window, instead they'll shove everything at you and slam the window shut.. strangely a more polite experience than what you experience at the speaker. You don't have any better luck stopping inside the store, it may actually be more of a headache per experience. It's clearly filthy inside and the employees have far from professional conversations at max volume. A building full of incompetence would be a kind way to describe Canton's Dunkin Donuts. read more

They were out of almost every donut I ordered online so they had to replace them which I wasn't too upset about. The donuts barely had any frosting on them so that made me pretty frustrated. The manager just called me to tell me she's sorry and there's nothing she can do. But that's how all their donuts are made even though I've ordered them before and they have never looked like that. And our drinks were not even completely full. We also waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes. Hopefully they get a different manager that deals with people a little bit better. read more

Dunkin' - $17 for what?!?!?! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Canton, Illinois

Came to visit relatives 9/22/2022 from california, where I get my coffee on a daily. My first visit to this location was great coffee was hot and delicious, unfortunately they have to fill up another small cup for creamer giving way to much, no stirring sticks, no cup sleeve for hot cup... and I asked for 4 Splenda and received a handful.... The next morning we ordered 2 medium hot coffees with 4 cream/Splenda and some munchkins, coffee was cold got another small cup of creamer and another handful of Splenda still no stir sticks. Then again we order the same order today our coffee was warm but so strong we could not drink it I have plenty of creamer/ Splenda and my munchkins had blond hair. Unfortunately this store need a lot more training to make it work. Also cups should not be filled to the rim. I still have 5 more days on this trip. I will hitting up Elm St. Cafe for my morning coffee. read more

Been awhile and mobile ordering still is slower than ever. They claim to have a place to pick up your order, but they don't have it, and god-forbid-you order donuts they run out of before they deign to get to your order, the blonde manager there will literally YELL at you for it, like you did something wrong by ordering from them. She didn't just yell at us, she also yelled at the poor kid working for her, like he was doing something wrong by getting a bag to put the donuts in. Here's the thing, Casey's donuts are better than this flown in and not cooked fresh crap, and Hy-Vee's are the best and both options are WAY cheaper than this place. Order donuts from either of them and get your coffee at Black Maple where they actually KNOW how to make coffee, rather than giving you burnt coffee grounds. read more

I'm a regular Starbucks and craft coffee drinker at home in Cali. When I come back to see my parents here, I go to this Dunkin. The lady I see working all the time is super friendly and courteous. I've not had anyone from there be rude at all. The coffee has been good but what I found is you must be specific if ordering certain things. While there are similarities between some drinks at Starbucks and Dunkin, they are not the same and neither is the coffee they use. With that said, if you're looking for something bolder, bitter, or stronger, this may not be the place. If you're looking for smooth, creamy, and on the sweeter side, they absolutely have those menu items. read more

Love Dunkin' Donuts beverages, but there is a 50% chance that this one will get your coffee right. I have been giving it a chance because it is a fairly new business, however, several months should be enough to work the kinks out. Donuts are as you would expect them to be but service and wait time is terrible. They refuse to open 2 registers no matter how long the line is, and they aren't quick enough to prevent drive-thru build up. If you visit, plan on a lengthy wait time. read more

Worst customer service I've experienced in town. My fault for giving this place another chance. You'd think after over a yr of being open they'd have better customer service & know how to properly make drinks now. They almost ALWAYS get your order wrong. Had it happen to me well over a dozen times. No exaggeration. Came in today after not going for 6 months & asked for a cold latte with liquid sugar & vanilla. Instead got an unsweetened iced coffee. Not to mention one of the workers had an attitude as I was ordering. Apparently a vanilla latte is too complicated for the workers at Dunkin in Canton Illinois. read more

Over 50% of the time the coffee doesn't taste right. But once in a blue moon it will be very tasty. However I thought happy hour was 2-6 (or that's they claim) so someone tell me why when I showed up at 6 and asked if it was still happy hour they said no. I use this location regularly and I have essentially since it opened. I keep hoping it will somehow improve in terms of food/coffee but never seems to. The coffee always seems so weak, especially the iced coffee. Yes I realize it has ice in it and that waters it down some but it shouldn't be difficult to even find the taste of coffee. I typically add a turbo shot just to find some coffee flavor. The customer service is top of the line. There are people who work here that you recognize at the drive thru just by their voice because they are always seemingly so happy and personable. The food is mediocre at best which I honestly rarely order because of its lackluster. My order is nearly always correct and as I stated the staff are all outstanding. The wait in the drive thru is out of control at times. For instance, today I was In line for over 25 minutes and that was with a app order ahead in advance. They apparently need more employees. I typically only come here out of convenience and it's on my way to work. If Black Maple or Starbucks were along this same road I wouldn't stop here just due to the lack of kick to the coffee. If the coffee improved along with the sandwiches this would be my first CHOICE not just my stop because it's the only thing I have time for that isn't all the way across town. Whenever I've got the extra time I definitely go to the other coffee shops in town just for the better coffee. Work on that coffee and this location could be great! read more

The customer service is lacking something terrible. They need to hire more competent workers to handle the orders and the registers. We like Dunkin' Donuts but if we must repeat a simple drink order 5x (3x at the drive-thru) and 2 more times at the window then someone needs to go back to school. read more
