I wish I could leave negative stars or no stars. I'm working in the area at the Army Depot and wanted to get donuts and coffee for my coworkers. I wanted to be respectful and decided to call ahead to place an order. The lady answered the phone and said "who is this?" I told her who I was and asked if this was Dunkin Donuts and she replied yes. I told her that was very unprofessional for a business to answer a phone call that way. She was rude and disrespectful. Friendly service from a young lady with a badge that said "manager. The coffee was perfect, the donut was excellent, the breakfast sandwich took a bit. I sat in the dining area for a little bit to enjoy the coffee. This seems like it would be a good spot to complete with the *$ folks as far as getting some "work" done. There'sa good flow of customers and the staff do not seem to spend much time kibbitzing. Good stuff. read more

I was staying at the Red Roof Inn right next door so walked over for breakfast and thankfully they accepted the DD App for payment. The store was very clean and well stocked with all kinds of goodies. I placed my order and stepped aside for others to place their orders. The employees were busy so not much time for chatting. Never again! Not this Dunkin! My blood pressure can't handle it. I really wanted to leave a 1 star review but I couldn't do that to the but most employees were great, my donut was fresh, my drink was delicious, and my wrap was decent when I FINALLY got it. Never in my life have I met someone SO slow! In fact, I'm almost certain she was actually a snail. They have a snail working food prep and that can't be sanitary. I actually felt the need to add a video to demonstrate my wait time. I was very tempted to hop behind the counter and snatch the tortilla out of her hand and make it myself! I could have driven to the next Dunkin 24 miles away, ordered, received my food, and driven back to this Dunkin by the time she managed to slap a piece of sausage and cheese on a tortilla and put it in a bag. Stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts on donut day where they were giving away a donut with the purchase of a beverage. The employee taking my order said they weren't doing that anymore because they were running out of donuts. Then he said he could get me a coupon for a donut tomorrow. Even though there were signs everywhere that said free donut. The manager then came over and corrected the employee and gave us the donuts for free. read more

Even on a Sunday afternoon they can't get the order right. There's better coffee at the gas station...because you make it yourself!!!

There is literally no way this place doesn't buy good reviews. The drinks are trash, the employees are rude, I think these people would mess up even if you ordered water. Never had a drink made correctly. My spider donut didn't even have legs on it. And the roll ups are folded over like a wrap. They rush you while you are ordering and I can tell they don't stir their iced coffee or cold brew. They don't even stir the drinks they just slap the lid on and swirl it. Literally get an iced macchiato once you're gonna be drinking straight swirl the first 4 sips. They don't stir it into the milk. Disgusting. This place needs to be audited. read more

My iced coffee from Dunkin' Donuts has always been perfect. Until today. People, if you drink iced coffee you know that granulated sugar will not dissolve in it, so go back to the liquid sugar. Not sure if this Dunkin is under new management or if it's just because I came at 11 am but I always seem to get great service. My order is always correct and I never seem to have to wait more than 2 mins even when I get food. The (who I assume is) manager always greets us with a smile and always asks how my day is going. my go-to drink at Dunkin is a medium hot coffee w/ sweetened french vanilla swirl, cream and little sugar. I have no problem at any other dunkin' i've been to except this one--my coffee NEVER has french vanilla swirl in it!! it tastes like an original coffee w/ cream which is obviously not what I want. it's literally on the paper label they print out. Since the new manage took over the place has been going down hill, went in today to get two coffees - it took them 22 to get to my order and another 12 to make it. I was pissed!!! And to top it all off the coffees were totally wrong. read more

So hit or miss. Some days my order is right and some days it is completely wrong or something is missing, or a different price, and I pretty much get the same thing every time. Random things are wrong, like missing egg on sandwich or getting a hot coffee instead of cold, wrong size, wrong donut, missing hash browns when ordered frequently. Never see the same people in there through the week, the employee turnover rate is extremely high. Management must be doing something wrong to not be able to keep employees. Most of the time employees are young, which is not the problem, they are normally more worried about talking to eachotherand carrying on rather than guest satisfaction. Mistakes happen, I get that. This, however is almost every time I go. Unfortunately I don't like Starbucks like Dunkin and it's the only one within a 15 mile radius and it's less than a quarter mile from my house read more

Wow....way to go Dunkin' Donuts....way to really show how you treat your customers. I walk in the "fine" establishment on Lincoln Way East-in Chambersburg PA. There were two employees behind the counter and no one in the store. It took about five minutes before I was even acknowledged and when I was-I was told that they would be right over. Waited a few more minutes and still nobody was there. It took two different families to walk in before I was take care of (and believe me-I use that term lightly). I asked if there were any donut holes other than the one kind shown out front. The girl waiting on me said no and walked away. I'm typically not one to complain-but working in customer service for over ten years-I was appalled-how in the hell can you treat customers so disrespectful and expect to stay in business. They are polite & fast. They aren't always 100% accurate with my drink order (because they are human) but the select few times I do need to go back in they always fix it right away. I usually only need some French vanilla added to my coffee but they still always offer to make me a new one which is always a nice option to have if I need it. I appreciate how quickly they have the coffee ready for me after I order it. This business has really improved from where it was a couple years ago. read more

My husband and his friends stop in at Dunkin Donuts on Lincoln Way East in Chambersburg, Pa., on a daily basis! They have been doing this ritual for around 5 years... this year the owner has been promising to get the heat repaired in the restaurant but has not--it has been terribly cold in there! This morning it was 28 degrees, there is NO EXCUSE for this as the owner will be losing patrons, as there was talk of this... it was the straw that broke the camels back! What is going to be done about this? If Dunkin Donuts can not provide heat for the comfort of their paying customers, perhaps they should shut down until they can do so! read more

This Dunkin Donuts is the worse. Went there at 9:15pm to get a coffee the place closes at 10pm so I pull up to the drive through and waited for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I love the Dunkin Donuts brand of coffee. It is the only kind we will drink. However, when we purchase the bagged coffee at the Lincoln Way East property near Wal-Mart in Chambersburg, PA, they charge us sales tax. In December 2013 I had a copy of the Retailers' Information State & Local Sales, Use and Hotel Occupancy Tax booklet, which is their guide as to what items are subject to tax and what items are not subject to tax; if you look on page 19 you will see that the bagged coffee is not subject to sales tax. They have continued to charge us sales tax and every time we go to purchase bagged coffee we continue to tell them that it is not subject to PA sales tax; they then return the sales tax (or a portion of it) to us. My concern is for all of the other people who do not know that the bagged coffee is not taxable. Today, we purchased 9 bags of bagged coffee and again, they charged us $3.60 in sales tax. My daughter in law advised them, again, that the coffee is not subject to sales tax. They gave her $3 of the $3.60 back. I want everyone to know if you are being charged sales tax on the bagged coffee you are being ripped off. I have been working with them on this for over 7 months and still have not received any resolution. I have contacted the PA Dept. of Revenue to notify them of this practice. I hope they can bring this to resolution. Dunkin' Donuts - you are doing a great job but you have to follow the laws of PA. read more
