Stopped in last night as we have for the last 4 Monday's prior to Bible Class to get coffee. Order one regular and one decaf hot coffee's and they have been spot on and hot when they were given to us. Some times the coffee is not so hot so it is not worth it. This store has done well in all that we have asked. Went in side last night and the two young ladies and a young man were the servers. All were working and cleaning up and setting up for the morning shift. A pleasant surprise to see this normally when associates have down time they are on their phones. Glad to see them working and maintaining the store standards their manager expects of them and to help out the staff that starts early in the morning. Keep up the great work will be our go to place for coffee. read more

After swearing never to return, I figured I'd take my chances on getting a box of coffee using a $15 Gift Card. The young man at the counter took my order and I handed him the gift card. He gave me the total ($24.99) but didn't discount the card. When I asked him why it was $24.99 when I gave him the gift card, he replied that it was only a $15 card, not enough to pay for the coffee. I then had to explain that he could deduct the card from the total and I would pay the difference. He then cancelled the purchase and started over. A few days earlier I tried to get my favorite ice cream there (world class chocolate), but they were out. I guess another 2 years will pass before I try them again, or maybe I will just go to the one in Dahlonega. read more

Their customer service sucks. They never make our coffee right. Who puts granulated sugar in cold coffee they do. Order cold brew and get it half the time. This is by far the worst dunkin we have ever been too. They wont answer the phone so you can voice your complaint. This store and the employees are garbage I will never go back again. read more

Felt so bad cause it was my first visit so I did not know that the doughnuts had different prices. So had to pay cash for up charge. That was no big deal I had no problem with that. So now the problem......the up charge was 1.61 and I gave cashier a five dollar bill she gave me 4 dollar and change. I am no math genius but I had to put 2 dollars in tip jar so at end of day they where no short on draw. It was clean inside and not to loud. read more

service is good, and the drinks/coffees are awesome, but most of the food is never cooked decent even with very simple special requests. for example, i love the "snackin bacon", i've asked for it to be "well done" on multiple occasions, and not a single time has it been even close edible in my personal opinion. moral, this locations is great for everything but most of the food. read more

The coffee was ok. The service however was horrible. The guy working behind the counter acting like he seriously could not understand our simple request for donuts. We ordered three donuts he put two in the bag and said that's it when I clearly had already told him our whole order. Then he acted like he couldn't understand what was going on like he wasn't even in the same place as we were. I had a wonderful experience this morning at Dunkin' Donuts I was grabbing a coffee and a quick breakfast and some donuts for my store team and I was treated very well through the drive-through and on I was blown away by their customer service. I did not catch the gentleman's name that helped me at the drive-through but he was wearing a GEORGIA football Jersey. If you need coffee in the morning you should definitely go here!! read more

This is honestly the worst Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin I've ever been to. I drove 20 minutes to come get a milkshake from this restaurant, and was so disappointed by the lack of customer service and the product. I spent $15 on milkshakes and was given the equivalent of flavored milk. The consistency was that of milk and there was hardly any flavor. When I asked if there was any way to mix in more ice cream to get a consistency and flavor of the milkshake that I ordered, I was told there was no way they could correct this because there is a strict "book" they have to go by. I understand this, but I also feel like if I'm ordering a product being advertised as a milkshake it shouldn't taste like 2% milk from the gas station. Products are overpriced and overrated. PLEASE don't come here for milkshakes. read more

Have not been to this store in many months....bad service every visit before. Stopped in Valentine's evening for some heart shaped donuts. They were out..of course. So I ordered a dozen mixed donuts. Get home to try them...they must have been 12 hours old. Over $12 for stale donuts. Terrible. read more
