This is one of the many fast-food restaurants in the Cleveland area including BURGER King, Zaxbys, and McDonalds just to name a few visible from this location. It is located on the south side of W Kytle Street and on the east side of S Main Street. It is easy to get to and appears to be relatively new in appearance. Both the outside and inside were very clean. It is a stand-alone building with a seating area to the left as you enter, the drinks directly ahead, and the counter to the left. They have many good dishes but some of my favorites are their biscuits, tea, chicken sandwiches, rice, and beans. The staff was very nice. Friendly and professional. My food was prepared quickly and was their delicious "Louisiana-style." flavor that I enjoy. The prices were very reasonable. The food came out quickly and was excellent. I would recommend this to my fellow travelers craving a good meal at a reasonable price in the area.

This was my first experience with this chain as I live in California. Upon entering the restaurant, I took some time to look over the menu and waited at the register. There was no one at the register but a flurry of activity in the kitchen. I had seen a line of cars at the drive through so I just figured that it was busy. It was almost noon. I wasn't in a rush. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. Soon was a line of about 5 people behind me. A woman from the kitchen yelled, "Be with y'all in a second." Then a woman came out from behind the counter and went over to a table where, I assume the manager, was sitting (older gentleman, in a Bojangles collard shirt sitting at a computer). There was another woman sitting there and the woman from behind the counter said, "I just had to come out and see you." They began talking and the woman who'd come out from behind the counter hollered over to us waiting at the register, "We'll be with y'all in a minute." And continued to talk to the manager and this other woman. Finally, someone came over and took my order,I gave it to her. A Bojangles Sandwhich Combo with Bo-Tato rounds and a water and a Sausage & egg Muffin. I paid and moved to the pick up area. She then proceeded to take the rest of the lien's orders as well. I watched at the pick up area as 7 receipts piled up on the printer. After taking the orders, she came down to the pick up area and started sorting the receipts. As I waited, the woman who'd come out to talk to the manager, returned to the kitchen and, without washing her hands, began putting on gloves to start serving food. A few of the people behind me got their orders before mine, no worries, again I wasn't in a rush. Then someone from the kitchen yells, "There's no Bo-Tato Rounds ready." So Mrs. No Hand Washer turns to me and says, "Did you order Bo-Tato Rounds?" I said I did. "Well they just put them down do you want to wait or do you just want to take your sandwiches and go?" (Huh?) I told her, I'd ordered them, so I'll wait. She scratched her nose with her gloved hands and nodded. As I stood there I watched as a new person came up to the kitchen area with no gloves and began unwrapping all the previously prepared sandwiches, lifting the buns and looking at the contents before rewrapping them. WITH NO GLOVES. They then began wiping the counter down with their hand and then rubbed their hands on their pants and started making new food. WITH NO GLOVES. I decided then I would cut my loses and just leave. I glanced at the 'manager' who sat typing away on his computer with this chaos going on behind him on my way out. He could have cared less. I will be writing to Bojangles Corporate HQ about this visit.

The restaurant is typically full of local high school kids, college students, and families. It isn't far from Babyland General Hospital aka Cabbage Patch Kids and Helen is just a hop and skip away! They offer seating inside but if the weather is nice, I would recommend sitting outside!
