Decided to grab some donuts after getting gas. Almost fainted when I saw the price; but that's life now in 2024! I got the Boo Bucket filled to the top with Munchkins. The server gave us 2 regular size donuts for free. The donuts were still fresh and soft as it was later in the day, 5:00pm. Waste of time. Sat at the drive thru for 4 min nobody said anything. Also this is after I walked inside and I see a sign that stated drive thru only. Just a dirty looking store I wouldn't eat here or get coffee here. Just keep moving. I personally don't even know how dunkin operates. I haven't been to this location in some time and my attempt earlier this week reminded me of why I don't. I placed my mobile order to go shortly before leaving for work. I drove to the store and went through the drive-thru. It was raining that day, so had rain coming in while my window was down. I waited about a minute and a half with no answer, so proceeded to drive around to the pick-up window. It was then that I noticed the place was dark. I parked my car and went in (the place is shared with a gas station) and the DD side was dark. Bells and alarms were going off (presumably from all the on-the-go orders waiting). There was a tray of donuts waiting to be picked up. I asked the gas station attendant where they were and she had no idea. I left but had no way of canceling my order. I called the store throughout the day and finally got someone to answer in the afternoon. I explained the situation asking how I could get a refund and she simply hung up on me. At that point, I called the corporate offices, and they quickly refunded my money onto my card and apologized. I will never return to this location! read more

How is this hellhole open? The location isn't my favorite but that's not the issue. As soon as i walked in, the entire place reeked of Windex. I'm pretty sure the floor was wet, no wet floor sign. I looked up and noticed the nasty air vents. The guy at the register knew i was there but had me wait a short period of time so he could finish his text message. He was curt, not entirely unpleasant. My drink was made correctly and relatively quickly, so at least there's that. Definitely skipping this location next time. read more

I use to stop in every morning before work and now I do it once in a while. I stopped in today, well did the drive thru and it was a great experience. It was fast, easy and I liked what I ordered, a large hot pumpkin spice coffee, yum! Some days the drive thru line is super long but it's a small spot at the intersection of two busy routes. read more

Very friendly staff that works efficiently. The problem here is I've gotten multiple drinks here with spoiled cream to a point I messaged sent feedback about it so they can be aware to be more careful. Manager denied they had any problems and offered a gift card as a token of an apology. I responded just trying to explain that there was a problem and was ignored and was never sent the gift card. When I responded and even asked for the manager at the physical store just to talk about it, he refused to talk to me about it. I didn't visit this location for a couple weeks due to this and recently went and had the same exact issue with spoiled cream and it shows that something they are doing is a problem. Really rough experience.....slow service...were told that they didn't have half-and-half, which I'd think is a staple at a coffee place, and tried to get a bottle of water and was told that they "don't sell beverages." Bummer. read more

My new go to spot near my new job. Kind of disappointed in the service and the food. I ordered a medium coconut caramel iced latte and they literally gave it to me half full. When I gave it back to them to fill to the top they looked at me with disgust. Then when I got my drink and drove off, IT IS ALL MILK!!!!!!! no coffee taste whatsoever. I don't even drink cows milk I can only handle a little of it but the fact it's all milk made my stomach so upset. I won't be returning here at all. Horrible drinks and my croissant was not the best. If the Collegeville location wasn't out of my way, I'd go there on may way to work instead of this place in Rahns. As long as I just want coffee and nothing else, it's fine, but the fresh-daily(?) donuts I get here seem to be stale all the time. People will bring a whole box of DD to work for us that's not stale at all, but it didn't come from here either. And if you enter from 113 at the entrance you're supposed to use, you have to negotiate a sharp speed bump that is literally two feet off the edge of the road. When traffic backs up from the light, that makes it even worse. What were they thinking? They should put it at a minimum one car length off the road, it's common sense. As for the coffee, at least it's Dunkin' Donuts coffee, if that's what you want. But that's the only thing I'll stop at this DD for. read more

Not sure why the terrible reviews? We stopped here and got 2 breakfast sandwiches and an iced coffee and both were great. Service was quick and friendly and seemed clean from what we saw passing through the drive through. Food was exactly like all their chain establishments, but as an additional compliment they did toast the bagels very well for the breakfast sandwich. The people are rude, slow, and incompetent. I have presented my Septa pass for promotional pricing, and have been looked at as though I have 3 heads, despite the large advertisement in the drive-thru line. I have on occasion also received either the wrong order, or sour cream in my coffee. I will no longer be supporting this particular DnD. read more

I stopped at a Dunkin' Donuts on a cold rainy day. I had the hopes of getting a nice chocolate mocciato. Instead I was greeted with, well nobody for the first 3 minutes until the man on his phone came to serve us. After that he proceeded to patronize me, saying he was so busy that he could not show me the sizes of the drinks and as well as being extremely rude through every step of the ordering. He made a comment about my Choice of drink, saying "have you even ordered this before?". I was stunned by The incredible impoliteness and found myself unable to respond. This Dunkin' Donuts location is very convenient for me and my family since we are literally a one minute drive away - not to mention that it is located in a prime spot - between 113 and 29. I have been coming here almost weekly for five years now and sadly must part ways. I have had unsatisfactory customer service the majority of the time I have ordered there. 1. Orders have been made wrong, and were unapologetic when I returned 2. Was told to pay for an extra cup, at the same price as the drink (for my young children to share a drink) 3. Have never been told my total amount due after my order 4. Never given a receipt 5. Quality of food stale after 12pm 6. Majority of the staff seem unpleasant to be there (no positive exchanges as simple as 'thank you' or 'have a good day') Unfortunately, I plan on never returning to this location again. read more

We ordered an ice coffee with very light cream... and a chocolate frosted donut for our son. Well, donut was stale. Like 3 days old stale. My ice coffee was more like iced cream with a splash of coffee that if you really try you can taste it. Guy at the window was clearly High as well. Which explains the crappy product. Don't go here. Horrible service they are always slow almost never busy and yet I am stuck waiting almost 8 minutes in the drive-through every day they tell people oh please hold on and then they just leave them at the drive-through for literally ten minutes. they have made me late to work on so many occasions; I get there early enough to get my coffee, and get to school or work with time to spare but every time I go to this Dunkin' Donuts I'm late to work or I'm late to school and when I tell them you know you have been making people late to work because you're making people sit at the drive-through for eight minutes while you're not answering the drive thru, maybe you're understaffed? hire more workers and stop making people late to work the whole reason for Dunkin' Donuts it's for people to get coffee and breakfast before they go to work I literally just had to drive out of line at the drive-through because they were taking too long and I've been telling him you know I'm gonna be late for school and his response oh well there's nothing I can do about it, uh you could do your job? Language barrier is too much to overcome. They tried to argue with me at the window saying I said bacon, when I said steak. If you can't get someone who speaks English at your order window, then I just can't recommend your drive-through. They also don't have the selection that other DDs have. I will make the longer drive to the good one on 29 in Collegeville instead of this one. read more

I go through the drive through every tues and thurs mornings and the man who works is SO rude. never gets my order right, and is difficult when i tell them to fix it. Very impatient and cant listen. Management should teach their employees common manners and how to listen to a customer. It is 6 in the morning and I have much better things to worry about than a rude dunkin employee. I go to this Dunkin' because of convenience in the morning, but it isn't my first choice. The staff is sometimes friendly, but then sometimes doesn't speak to you when you pick up your order? I've also gotten a hot latte a few times and it has been ice cold. Other than that, they do always move the line very quickly in the morning, which is a plus! read more
