Husband and I are traveling through New England and have been amazed at all the Dunkin Donuts throughout the four states that we have visited. We live in Idaho and there's maybe one in the Boise area. Anyway don't think I've ever been to a DD and finally after a week here decided to cave in and get one. The main dining area was not open--only drive thru. We ordered one glaze to share. All I have to say is that it was a pretty decent donut, especially mid afternoon when donuts aren't as fresh. We were the only ones there and ordered one donut. We were in and out in 30 seconds so service was fine. Not sure why the low ratings. read more

Wish I could give zero stars, very rude staff, a woman with dyed red hair was talking on her phone and using profanity while working, when I asked who the manager was, and that that is unacceptable, the other girl said "she is the manager" Great example to set. Won't ever be back. read more

I visited the Manchester st location on December 9th. I ordered a large, coffee, med coffee, small donut holes, avocado toast with bacon. I received all but the latter so pulled to the front and went in. I did not get a receipt so don't know if I was charged for avocado toast with bacon. Went in and reordered. The manager (young guy, long dark hair) was out front socializing and smoking while his staff was slammed. No wonder the order was wrong. Every time I go there he's outside smoking while his staff does their best to try to keep up. I hear from the staff that he does very little actual work in the store. Anyway my avocado toast ended up having no bacon. I was charged for bacon. I know keeping employees is difficult. But they're paying this guy and being taken advantage of. They always get my coffee right and they're fast. The store is really clean too. Bathrooms are always clean. I don't understand the review about getting yelled at at drive through and having to pull up is weird . . . isn't that how drive throughs work everywhere? Everyone is always nice when I go. I just remembered why I never go to this location - they can't seem to get an order right. I ordered 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese and a small frozen chocolate. I got 2 bagels, not toasted, no cream cheese, and a large frozen coffee beverage of some sort. Now I wished I had asked for the receipt. read more

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! I have been going here for months, not sure why i keep going here after multiple chances. They are all crackheads who do drugs behind the dumpster. They get my orders wrong all the time. They give me the wrong orders. ETC. Today was my final straw after hearing the man who takes orders mimic other customers orders in their voices. I have been going here for a while, I don't understand how you can order the same coffee over and over again and the coffee is different Everytime, it even has a sticker on it that tells them how to make it. This is the worst location I have ever been to!! I went because it is near work for me from no on I'll go to the one near Pembroke a mile away. Usually they screw up black coffee with sugar (but I carry sugar because of that) or the coffee is old. If you like the breakfast sandwiches the English muffins are never toasted and flip a coin to see if the meat is cold. Service is questionable there are few that are good the majority hate their jobs and take it out on customers. Now today all I wanted was a French cruller (it's the only donut I just have to have) so I ordered my coffee and crullers what I got was luke warm burnt coffee and 2 stale glazed donuts. When I called the manger didn't really care bring them back and get new no apology or anything. I told her I was working and wouldn't be able today and it would be a couple days before I could be back. She said she had to have the donuts back today get me new! I'm not going to keep 2 stale sticky donuts in my car to get crappy service and stale donuts I just won't go back. read more
