Superb place in downtown Concord. Whenever I'm in town, I try to come here to support this business and its business model of acceptance, toleration and safety of every human being. And besides, the coffee is always good and the sandwiches are enormous. Service is always awesome here. No pretenses, just good food. I had their BLAT sandwich. Bacon, lettuce, tomato...and avocado. Delicious! Served in a recyclable container. Ambiance is also superb. You can catch them with a line or the door or with only two tables busy, which was my case this time. In all cases, congenial and genuinely personal. Yes, this is not your regular coffeehouse. It's better. It's different. A bit bohemian and a bit upscale and a bit granola. But it's as safe and accepting as it could be. They get my vote

I'm going to give this place four stars because I like the staff and I like the layout of the coffee shop. However, this is not the place to get boba/pearl tea. We haven't found in New Hampshire that can do the tapioca boba correctly. The ones we've tried, including this place are much too soft and gummy. No firmness. Also, and this is for the boba tea, there's no options for sweetness and for ice. You have to tell them ahead of time. This might be a better place for coffee and normal tea with breakfast items.

Cute place. Vietnamese iced coffee is meh (the condensed milk is also... clumpy? Had to mix it really really good) but can't expect too much from Concord when it comes to that type of stuff. Definitely will try more things though! Boba was good texture so there's that!

As I wondered the shop after the half marathon, the best way to describe this place is "Hip." Not sure of the exact definition, but instincts went with that. Came across it during my hunt for boba tea nearby. They have a small option for it, but I went with the Thai Tea. It wasn't sweet, almost like the flavor was watered down. Wasn't too interested in the breakfast menu, but settled with the Jonathan Seagull. It looked healthy enough and came with bacon! The food overall was okay and gets the job done. The extra rating came from the quick service and hip environment. Also, I guess tables are designated by celebrities. I got Kelly Clarkson!

Not a bad place for a pit stop with your buddies but definitely not quite the standard one would expect from a finer or craft bubble tea cafe in a major city. I do appreciate the effort in being different and providing seasonal specialties, e.g. Shamrock Bubble Tea for St. Patrick's Day. However, the execution of everything varies from pedestrian to slightly below average. There are enough elements, complexity, novelty, and quality in the items I ordered to warrant an occasional return out of availability and opportunity; but it is not something that I would go out of my way for; or personally and intentionally elect to do. Service is good, courteous, and fast. Ambiance is cute and comforting. Music is present and lively but not too loud, allowing you to low key jam out while holding a conversation. On the other hand, I would say that the venue could benefit from a better sound system; more surround and immersive speaker capability; and slightly higher volume. Having very quiet EDM, techno, and pop is not commensurate with the vibe those genres project; nor the rhythm and mood of the particular songs. Likewise, maybe this is the big city Asian in me, but I think this would be a perfect venue for karaoke. Whether they will take this recommendation, let's see.

Love this place! We stopped by while on vacation to grab some lattes and they were amazing! I had the french toast latte with oatmilk and boy it was DELICIOUS. so good i ended up getting another to take on the road with me! fiancé got the caramel latte with oatmilk and he enjoyed it. we also got an order of waffles with fresh berries which was such a yummy mid day snack! definitely will be back next time we're in the area!

They offered to put them in now, but we decided to decline. Server came over to apologize in a very casual way, like maybe she forgets a lot of things through out the day (I could never be a server, so I get it) but she did write down our order and she verified dipping sauce, so I don't really know how she forgot to put our order in correctly. I honestly just chalked it up to us being fat so we didn't really need them anyway, oh well. This location is convenient, so we will be back, but I do prefer the Portsmouth location, or even Bedford. But this one is good too, it just seems like on the days they are open later, the staff is a little less... helpful. Maybe we will stick to brunch hours and see how that works. The menu here has also changed, and we really miss the old menu. The selections are now mediocre, and things you could get anywhere else. I miss the unique menu of things that were creative and layered, and just different. The menu now consists of 2 small pages, with pancakes, omelets, eggs Benedict, burritos, and a few lunch options with burgers. The hot chick sandwich is really great, but it was better before when it was called something else. It feels like the menu went a little *New England white tastebuds* instead of keeping the flavorful, unique items. I'm only taking away one star for the menu change. Our server not putting our order in correctly was annoying, especially since I only order apps because my blood sugar was low and thought they'd come out quickly, but it wasn't enough to keep me from coming back. I just hope they will bring back the old menu.

I loved the retro phone booths for people on Zoom calls, the vintage mechanical adding machine built into the wall, and the cool lithographs throughout the space. Most importantly, the coffee was excellent. An added bonus was that they carry delicious doughnuts from a local bakery. I had the butternut crunch doughnut--it was enormous, light rather than greasy, and the crunchy topping had a wonderful hint of nutmeg that paired perfectly with the coffee. If you're passing through Concord, New Hampshire, it's well worth a stop. It's conveniently located just off I-93

Was lucky to have found a parking spot, cause it's on Main Street, but it was a busy and hot day outside so not their fault. The inside reminds me of "chic retro" vibes- pretty chill- there was some sort of cool printer on the wall that drew pictures which was interesting, and there was a clock on the wall that was made up of different moving parts that was pretty cool! The server was super nice, and I ordered the "Salted Honey" latte- ($6 for a small 16 oz iced- but I get it's more fancy ingredients which taste better so I don't mind) sea salt with fancy honey whole milk latte-absolutely loved it! I completely forgot to have them put sugar in it as I like my latte with a ton of sugar, but they have a bar there with lids and simple syrup so I just added some which was also good! :) sat for few minutes- went around 1 pm there was only like 4 customers which was nice- I'm not a fan of loud spaces. there are a good amount of chairs and tables so I was able to find a seat- I will definitely be coming here again! just will get here early to find parking!

Wonderful little lunch stop!…read more It was full of locals and regulars and on a wait for lunch. At that moment I knew I had picked a good spot! We chilled with the folks up front for a good bit before getting a table. It seemed we were the only people that had not been here 30-40 times before. Most people didn't even want menus and the sweet server ladies just brought them food without conversation at all. It's kind of old school feeling inside. It's an open kitchen and you can see all of the action. Inside is all wooden and rustic. It reminds me of my grandmas house in Camden TN. Not sure why. It's just really comfortable in here to me. The tile and fireplaces make super cozy. This place has some of the best chili that I have had in a long time. I dig the fact they give tortilla shops automatically with the chili. Win!! Thick and meaty and oh so filled with spice and love!! Cheese on top was a nice touch too. Really liked it! My French dip was fucking killer!! So damn big too! I could only eat half of it because of the the fire ass chili I had already eaten. French fries were battered type. Nothing wrong with that!! I drove around with this sandwich for two days of travel and ate it on the road later. Stupendous French dip!! C had an open faced roast beef sandwich. FIRE!! The green beans were so pretty and fresh too. She could barely get 1/3 down, lol. It was a ton of food. Economical! Hometown feel! Good people working and eating here! I love it!! I'm not even sure I could find the place again. I sure am glad I did the first time! '26 -39

There were approximately 5 other customers in the shop. Woman at the counter was welcoming and accommodating. We ordered 2 egg, ham and cheese sandwiches. One with Swiss one with American. A 12 oz mocha and a 12 oz maple latte. The woman at the counter inquired if I preferred white or dark chocolate for the mocha ( nice touch) and what type of milk. They do offer real maple syrup. The sandwiches took about 7 minutes to appear. The cook ( rather rough ) put them on the counter and turned away in one motion. The coffees took another 4 minutes after the sandwiches came out. If the place had been busy I, of course would understand the wait. However, it was not. Once I finally joined my companion to being eating ( I was delivering items to the table as I received them) he was done with his sandwich as I was beginning. The sandwich was a huge disappointment. Yes, the order was made correctly. The bread was toasted as I requested, bone dry but toasted. My dissatisfaction came from the lack of filling in the sandwich. One egg, one small slice of cheese( not covering the entire slice of bread ) and one paper thin slice of deli ham. I do realize that food costs are up, I also realize that will not have return customers if they do not feel like they are getting value for their dollars. The service was slow but mostly kind. The coffees were very good. The sandwiches were a disappointment. Two 12oz specialty coffees, two breakfast sandwiches just under $30.
