We run on Dunkin'! This was an immediate and quick go-to before our drive to Des Moines. It's nearly 2 p.m. and we were craving some breakfast food. Why not quickly pop in. Our cashier was so sweet that my husband and I debated asking her if she wanted to be our friend-- crazy, I know. We each had a Long John and Sweet Maple Bacon Sandwich on sourdough bread. It was delicious and we had fast service. We sat in the store and enjoyed our food to some jazzy Duke Ellington Christmas tunes. This was a major win for our Saturday afternoon. There was a young gentleman working the window this afternoon- I am not one to speak up about service and complain, however when it comes to my life threatening nut allergy I need to let my voice be heard. I ordered an iced latte with brown sugar cookie syrup, the new winter flavor, yet I was provided with the signature holiday cookie drink with toasted almond (I did not order this.) So obviously I had to say something, this gentlemen gave me nothing but disrespect and attitude. I apologized many times as I felt bad for the inconvenience, he still came back with the toasted almond syrup and tried to prove to me that there are no nuts in it. What?? Ok so I've never had a bad experience here. But I've never been like, "Damn-- I couldn't live without this." My favorite thing on their menu is an iced macchiato. There's is so good, no flavors needed. My husband adores their iced coffee. I learned there's a reason why their iced coffees are so damn good. They double brew them. Twice the amount of coffee = never watered down! So Dunkin has a lot of donuts... over 70 live on menus around the country. Each store offers different ones obviously. I like the no frills chocolate munchkins personally-- but all of the donuts on their menu (regardless of size) hit the spot without being too dense or decadent. This location has good pricing, a quick drive thru-- ok service and it's own light to get on the strip. It's not the best coffee or donut in town but I'd leave with an iced macchiato and chocolate munchkins any day!? Plus, my kids always think I'm the coolest when we indulge at Dunkins! read more

I took my daughter to this Dunkin' Donuts to get her some breakfast. We walked inside and walked right up and ordered and didn't have to wait in line at all. The store was clean inside and outside around the parking lot as well. My daughter ordered a chocolate sprinkled donut. The person who helped us was friendly and efficient at their job. Wow. I am just in awe. Never in my life have I had an encounter such as this one. I was having a really rough day-my hamster accidentally got flushed down the toilet by my 2-year-old. I decided I needed to get out of the house and get a coffee to get my mind off things. I originally started out by going through the drive-through of dunkin and ordered my drink of a large iced mocha latte with almond milk and 3 packets of sugar, 2 pumps of vanilla and cream. When the employee handed me my drink through the drive-through window after I paid, something looked a little off but I still pulled away and into a parking space. I took a sip and almost spit it out it was so bad. I could definitely tell something was wrong. Now this was the part where I started to get worked up again. After the morning I had, the last thing I wanted to deal with was a mess up. Thank goodness they opened up the inside of the building because I decided to walk on in and order another drink or something. A nice lookin fella (I think by the name of Justin?) made my whole day. I placed a mobile order to pickup. When I get to the intercom, I'm not greeted, I'm asked "what is it?" To which I replied my name. The worker was extremely rude with attitude and mocked me for my name. When I pulled around to inquire who she was and why she gave me an attitude the worker at the register had no answer for me. The "manager" Bridgit was training and clueless, was of absolutely no help. She closed the window and I heard her and the staff laughing at me. I really want to like this place. We take the family here for a treat periodically, mostly because of the munchkins. After our last two experiences I think I'll go elsewhere for treats. The donuts seemed at least one day old, my coffee was undrinkable, I threw it away. We've been coming here since they opened...but it will be a while before we return. I have been to many coffee shops but this one went above and beyond. Specifically, a young nice man named Justin who took my order through the drive-through window was so nice and patient as I couldn't decide right away what to order. During a time that could be so stressful, he remained calm, cool and collected. Even when I got to the window, he greeted me with a smile and gave me my order through the tray to keep a safe distance. He definitely deserves to be promoted! Sadly, I'm one of the reviews that only review when I'm happy with something. My less than stellar experiences with most places are not so bad to where I would leave a bad review. The employee at this at the Drive thru of this Dunkin' Donuts was very rude to me this morning. I ordered a medium coffee extra cream extra sugar like I do every morning. I get to the window my normal price was lower so I inquired about the price difference. She thought I ordered a small. Long story short she gave me a REAL attitude for the easiest fix on earth you lose a styrofoam cup in the process. I will not be back. I would rather over pay at Starbucks or Caribou coffee. I was a bartender throughout college so I have pretty thick skin. Maybe, I'm just upset because of the attitude given, even if in her mind I said "small" I wasn't mad I wanted to pay for the more expensive drink I ordered and get that drink. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago so we have a ton of DD there but I have had bad quality drinks there! I have been to the one here twice now and it's been great! I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee the first time and today just ordered a vanilla iced coffee. Both times I have been upgraded to a large for free because they ran out of medium cups! Everyone here has been nice and the service has been fast. The way the employees interact with each other is a little unprofessional but other than that my experiences have been great! read more

Disappointed in drive in service. My order was given to the customer in line before me. He got out his car and returned my order. He was given the correct order and the order he bought back in the girls tried to give to me. I requested a new order and informed them they should not give the order to another customer once the wrong customer handled it. It is so nice to have a wonderful donut and coffee place back in town! Given the fact that it is a brand new business, the staff is super friendly and they have done a great job settling down after the huge opening and they do know how to make all of the varieties of coffees. As an ex-coffee server, I know that knowing how to make every single type of coffee drink that Dunkin offers can be a challenge (especially when the customer wants their drinks a very specific way) and I feel that most of the staff has met this challenge quite well. (However, you can tell who the new employees are though -as with any job anywhere.) It does seem that it is managed well. The general manager seems to know how to run the place and was very helpful when I had asked him about providing for a large event. The donuts are melt in your mouth and the breakfast wrap is quite tasty too. Haven't tried much else yet, but look forward to. The only complaint that I have is that there is not much seating.
