I have a love hate relationship with this Dunkin. The staff is great, I never had any problems with them, and when I notice my order is incorrect in the store they do fix it for me right then and there. However, my coffee almost NEVER tastes the same. I feel like this is a trend across all Dunkin's. I went to this Dunkin heavily when I was in college because it was more affordable than Starbucks and I got it more frequently. I love Dunkin! It's so much cheaper and faster than Starbucks, there isn't usually as long of a line. They sometimes do get my order wrong, but they're always willing to fix it. The staff is very friendly as well. My favorite thing to get here is a vanilla iced coffee! They put in a lot of cream, which I personally really like. read more

My husbands first time going here. Poorly designed drive thru left him trying to get out. Said the exit was blocked by the dumpsters so he had to go thru the drive thru lane to exit? 9:00am Saturday. Tried to get 6 muffins but they only had 3 and they STUFFED them into a bag so he bought 3 apple fritters also.... Who ever runs this Dunkin Donuts has to be the most incompetent human in Western Pennsylvania. I thought Starbucks was slow. I promise to never return to this location. There is one worker who was very rude and not helpful. Customer service is big for me, if I dont like my experience, I discontinue my business. I pulled up to the drive thru to get 2 mocha cappuccinos. The worker barely greeted me as if I irritated her for placing a order. I ordered 2 medium mocha cappuccinos. She sighed and immediately said, "Is that it??" I asked for another moment to look over the menu because my daughter wanted a donut. She waited about 5 seconds and repeated in a irritated, louder voice, "Is that it?" So at the point, I can tell she probably hated her job and didn't care about customer service, so we pulled to the window. I got our cappuccinos and set them down. After I pulled off, I picked 1 up and noticed how light the cup felt. I opened the cup, it was maybe 3 oz of cappuccino and 9 oz of foam. Sipped it and it was disgusting. I just threw them both away. $6 down the drain. We ended up going to McDonald's across the street for 2 Mochas. read more

I hate giving 1 star reviews but I have to in the instance . There was no one in line at the drive thru and literally 3 people sitting down to eat. 5 people were in line waiting with 1 girl at the register working. The woman in front of us actually left from having to wait so long. We had to wait 20 minutes . The girl at the register was waiting on a guy who didn't actually order food, I believe , he was a vendor. Someone else working could have helped in instead of having all of us wait. After we were waited on, I heard girls laughing in the back so it's not like there weren't people there who could help . I will not be coming back. read more

The employees are always very nice and friendly, however they NEVER have the donuts that I ask for. Their selection is quite terrible. I keep giving them second chances and they always fall through. It is irritating when you are craving a specific donut! Hopefully this is something a manager can take over and fix or I will go out of my way to go to a different donut shop. read more

Consistency is key to a successful business. This place is never consistent. If you're going to sell a vanilla iced coffee or a coffee in general, make it the same exact way every time unless stated by your customer. Every time I get my iced coffee from this location (which is frequent, but I like to give places chances. Shit happens) it's just... consistently terrible. As a full time college student on top of holding down a job that I plan on turning into a career I wouldn't make it through any given week without regularly stopping by America's best donut shop at least 2-4 times to get my fix! Haha. Whether I'm just grabbing a bagel, an iced tea, a coolatta, a dozen donuts or any combination of the above I have consistently been greeted with an awesome attitude along with the patience if my order is slightly on the picky side. To put it over the top I have never been given an incorrect or mediocre product, even going the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied before driving off. But for me, a retired US Army soldier, it's absolutely humbling when an employee can recognize me and bless me with a discount on my order each and every time. My affinity for Dunkin Donuts began when I was about 14, maybe 16, years old. However, dealing with this particular location for nearly 2 years now has turned me into a diehard DD enthusiast! Worst customer service ever. Worst manager ever. If they give you the wrong or incorrect order be prepared to make all of the effort on your own to have it corrected. If you do need an order corrected prepare yourself for backlash. When I approached the manager with my incorrect order she rolled her eyes at my and slammed it on the counter, after that I just asked for a refund and that experience was just a pleasant. I'd suggest skipping this location and getting coffee and donuts from Sheetz, Get Go, Giant Eagle, Walmart. Starbucks and McDonald's are across the street from this DD as well, go there instead. The managers are not friendly. And way too long to wait for donuts. Not enough staff and consumers are rude and appalling.

There were only 3 individuals working and it seemed like there was only 1 of them who was seasoned, the manager... It felt like 10-15 minutes of waiting when you got to the drive through speaker and waited for them to engage with you. We ordered our drinks over the mobile app while in line, just to speed up the process. Once we got to the window we still had to wait for the drinks. Very appreciative of this location. I am always ordering several dozen donuts at the worst time (I think the university just started classes). They are always patient and get my order completed quickly. The quality of the donuts are good (compared to other Dunkin Donuts). Awesome place to go in a pinch. read more

When you have that coffee and doughnut craving, your mind says Dunkin. The staff is friendly and considerate, but they don't seem to like to serve decaf. The auto dispensers are nice for the cream and sugar, but don't allow for stirring and just pouring the coffee into the cup doesn't mix it very well either. It's difficult to swirl your drink without wearing it meaning you end up with a mouthful of sugar on that last sip from your cup. The doughnuts, oh how I wish it was more than the glaze that had flavor! The texture is like a cotton bath towel that's been washed too many times and there is no true doughnut flavor to enjoy. Tongue, you have been betrayed by the mind. I'm sure you will be betrayed again, maybe next time you'll settle for coffee and ignore the doughnuts. read more

Two visits, fail both times. Obvious employee issues. Can't get an order when it's an hour after opening time. The employees there can't put a sign on the drive through that says don't waste your time we won't serve you. After seeing another customer drive away after getting her food, I sat at the drive through order and got no response. After several minutes I waited at the window and watched ppl walk back and forth. Again no response. Finally I get a rude "we aren't open. We had a no show" it's 60 minutes after opening time and there are two ppl that I see inside working. The doughnuts are made. All I needed was dozen to go. Many others I work with have the same issue with not being ready to serve well after opening time. Maybe the ppl that start later in the day will have a better experience. I work nights five days a week and 3 out of five weeks I pick up coffee at Dunkin they get my order wrong and then I can't drink the coffee that I picked up and I don't have time to get another. Other times they get my order right but the coffee is cold when I obviously asked for hot! It's not that they give me iced coffee, but the hot coffee is actually cold! It's like they don't care. I always find the employees at this location are very nice. I never feel super rushed through or like I ordered "too much". The glazed croissant donut is really good. I love the iced butter pecan latte and there harsh browns are served all day and are hot crispy and extra seasoned. Can't go wrong for a quick breakfast or snack. read more
