the manager teyonna is very disrespectful and literally told me to f off so she can service one of her 'regular' customers before she serviced me. when i walked in, she immediately looked me up and down in disgust. my husband ordered through the drive thru and found a fly in his sandwich! this place is sooooo gross. i saw the larger employee go to the bathroom without washing her hands and serve donuts!! mind you i was in the establishment for maybe 10-15 minutes max. i'm never coming here again i hope they get shut down! i did manage to get one of the managers numbers, please call them and report this disgusting place. Located off i20 is an easy access Dunkin Donuts attached to a gas station. Tip: Use the Dunkin gas station bathroom. It is much cleaner We order drinks and breakfast for our long ride. The place was nice and clean. The order got a bit confusing. One worker handling the bagel. Another worker handling the donuts. another worker handling our drinks. Overall my drink was surprisingly memorable. I would go back to Dunkin for more of my coffee. The service was less than desirable. read more

We come here often when In town. Service is always nice. Inside is decent. They can take a little while but for the most part really efficient. Drive through is fast and they've always made our orders how we ask and pay close attention to detail if we ask for something different. Only complaint which would be with the main Dunkin- the bagel bites, especially the plain ones, taste almost chemical or you can taste something funny in them. Visited on June 2nd at 9:10 am. The young lady Samantha at the window laughed and played at the window with fellow coworkers. It was like a party in there all these people playing on the clock. All the while she could not remember what order i placed and i had to repeat it at the window once again. After initially ordering it twenty minutes prior !! I can tell she's new but definitely needs a retraining in mannerism and professionalism. Waited patiently in drive thru for about twenty minutes, figured they were under staffed. When i got to to the window that was not the case. Received a burnt bagel with barely any butter. Unacceptable will definitely patronize the Salem road here on out. read more

Wow. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. We came to this Dunkin' at 11:30 on a Sunday. It was not busy. We used the drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of us and it took us around 8 mins just to get to the speaker to order. The lady then asked us to hold on a moment. We then sat for another 10 minutes with her not acknowledging us, even when my fiancé said hello multiple times. She finally got back on and said one moment, and it took another 5 minutes for her to take our order. When we finally pulled around the other two cars were still in line waiting for their order!! We're still in line as I type this, it's coming on 25 minutes but the way the drive thru is set up, we're unable to get out. We're literally stuck in this Dunkin' drive thru line. This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I went through this morning at 5:50 & was told "we are only serving hot coffee and donuts".... last week when I went through at 5:45-5:50 am they told me "we can not make any food because our "cook" hasn't gotten here yet." I used to work at Dunkin' and there were plenty of times we opened with out a "cook" and still could make bagels, sandwiches etc. There is no "cook" it's just a worker on that station that throws together sandwiches and puts them in the oven for 60 seconds.... but okay. But this morning y'all couldn't even do lattes? Iced tea? Iced coffee? Just plain hot coffee. That's just ridiculous to me. And then I asked for ice water and y'all want to charge me $2.04??? No. It's $0.25. This location is just terrible and I keep giving second chances but I'm running out of patience. read more

I've gone to this Dunkin' since it opened, they have fast service, very good accuracy with my meals and my coffee is served hot and filled when ordered. Something that is admirable about this Dunkin' is the people who work there, I've noticed they're really positive, hard working and patient. Wished owners would stop being so lazy and would actually manage their locations versus running around acting like big shots. Been going here for a couple of years and this is about par for course. This is one of the worst, dis functional and overall terrible Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. After ordering, a large Charli, Large Vanilla Ice Coffee and two chocolate donuts. Everything was going good until I waited for 30 minutes in a line with only 4 cars. When I pulled up to the window they were playing with fellow staff and doing something on their phones. After a few minutes I finally got someone to come serve me at the window and they made me repeat my order several times before actually putting it in the system. I got a small Charli instead that was basically just a coffee, 2 burnt donuts and a vanilla ice coffee with no sugar. I am really disappointed sun how this Dunkin' is presenting itself. I've gone here ever since it opened and the service and mannerism of the workers has severally decreased. Take the extra few minutes and go to another one down the road because it's not worth it. read more
