Sprinkles for everyone!!! My little great Niece specifically wanted Dunkin' Donuts on her Birthday so, of course, I delivered. This location is usually busy, and most often has a DT line to the street...if not IN the street. It's clean inside, my order is consistent, but the staff...meh...could use some help when it comes to HOSPITALITY. There's always a lot of staff behind the counter, but it's CHAOS. It's the only location in town...so, there's that. I think SERVICE there needs to be "runnin'" on Dunkin'. read more

Well thought we would try our local DD AGAIN! Well yet again we walked in one customer inside no one in drive through and six employees behind counter. One employee was getting donuts, bagels and muffins while five other employees stood around watching. One girl tried to help but said only one register was up and then we were ignored. My husband and I stopped here today and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants, small coffee, cup of water and a bacon egg cheese plain bagel and a cream cheese. We were given everything except the bagel. We were given another croissant instead and no cream cheese. Took the croissant back along with the receipt. The cashier wanted to argue that I didn't order a bagel or cream cheese. I showed her the receipt and asked for my plain bagel with bacon egg cheese and side of cream cheese. They said they would get it for me. After 15 minutes, my husband finished his meal. I went back to the register to tell them I wanted my money back for the bagel and cream cheese. I always complain about the Dunkins in South Carolina because they just done get it. It's not the same as up north. The quality isn't as good and the efficiency is awful. I generally expect the same from any southern Dunks, but not this location in Crystal River. They were super friendly and had a great selection even on Sunday morning. Great experience when it comes to Dunkin's, we went through the drive thru and the service was very solid, she was quick, polite, patient and understood everything spoken. The whole Dunkin was really nice quality, very lively, and quite pretty when you compare it to other Dunkin's in the franchise. Since I'm a Northerner at heart, wherever my travels bring me I'm always seeking out a Dunkie's. Well my trip to swim with the Manatees did not disappoint. I was in this shop for less than 10 minutes and their staff earned a five star review. Here's the high points. My coffee was deliciously perfect, my sesame bagel with ham, egg and cheese was toasted to perfection, the donut selection was plentiful, the merch was full and a fun collection, the staff was friendly, efficient, well trained and polite, and I had my order in my hand in record time. I went to the drive through and I tried to order and the person taking the order would keep talking over me. This has happened before and this the only Dunkin Donuts that I have had this problem at. They start asking questions before you finish talking. Second time I waited in their ridiculous drive through line and then drove away with nothing due to the person taking order talking over me repeatedly. read more

I always choose Dunkin' Donuts over starbucks. I came here on a Friday afternoon. Went thru the drive thru. There was plenty of parking and the drive through was a good size. Just keep in mind there is a one way only sign. We ended up going thru the one way sign to access the drive thru. I ordered a small hot tea milk and sugar. A guy took my order. When we pulled up a very friendly polite girl. Who seemed to have been wired up on caffeine lol. Asked is how we were doing today and quickly have us our change and my tea and said I hope you have a great day. Very friendly. They put 2 small cups together so I wouldn't burn my hand. Thank you! The only thing the lid was not on all the way because of the 2 cups. So when I picked the tea up the lid popped off. Luckily. I was holding on really good or that would have sucked. Today I went in to get my family a few breakfast sandwiches and donuts for my family. I decided to get one for myself as well. I got the chocolate covered vanilla fluff donut and a hashbrown. The hashbrown had 6 in the order and the top 3 were hot but a little undercooked, the bottom 3 were hard and stale. So I start eating my donut, but it was as if I was chewing on a sponge. The filling was such a small amount, and the donut itself was like a sponge. Very disappointing. The service was great, everyone was laughing and they were all very friendly. Awesome Dunkin Donuts and the best I've ever been to... Drive through you've got Crystal who always puts a smile on the customers faces with her excellent customer service, charm and wit...and then you have Andy who hands your yummy purchases to you at the drive-thru window, service with a wide smile. Best Snackin Bacon around because they serve there's up CRISPY (unlike the other wilted versions all around the county and outside the county). The coffee (iced, hot or frozen) is always 'spot-on' and you come away from ordering drive-thru with a smile. Try them out and see that you just can't find this level of service even in '5 star restaurants' in this area. My heart belongs to Dunkin Donuts Crystal River. Now, if I can remember NOT to throw away the receipt that apparently has a code to leave them a review on the website, that'd be GREAT!!! :-( Maybe next time. Ever since they got new staff they've gone downhill. They can't properly make a drink, they can't properly take an order and they're always out of donuts. Stood in line for over 5 minutes with no one at the register. The drive thru person came over to get his donuts and never acknowledged us. I had to ask if anyone was working the register. He said "yes, they're over there" pointing to the ice cream side. There were 3 employees on that side helping a family of 6 and not 1 employee on the coffee side. Always nice to find a nice, new, clean, full service dunkin donuts in the middle of nowhere. Service was great even being a very busy location. Everything was fresh and delicious. 2nd time I went did take a little longer to receive order, but they were very friendly during the process which makes a difference.
