Quite disappointed today. Placed a mobile order- went through the drive and was told that I have to come in since their registers in the drive were down. When paying with on-the-go I've never had to do anything at the window other than get my items, and since it was raining- this was a HUGE pain in the rear. Once inside, was told they didn't have the donut I ordered - no problem- I'll just take a refund - Except the first person waiting on me says that there is no way to do a refund. Thankfully there was a second person on duty who knew how to refund a missing item when the mobile app was the method of payment. Coffee tasted burnt & bitter- coffee quality is NEVER consistent at this location. my husband stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts on the way home yesterday because the one we typically go to closer to home did not have the kind of donuts I wanted and I'm currently pregnant. Well, when he got home and handed me the box, I found that one of the glazed donuts had a literal hair baked right into it! it was a long black strand of hair through the middle of the dough sticking out two different ends of the donut. my husband tugged on it and sure enough it was fully inside the thing. Service has gone downhill and there is no consistency in product. Tea with cream varies from very dark to white washed. Asking for extra to go gets you dirty looks. Six people working and all were focused on the drive through. Took quite a few minutes for them to acknowledge us. read more

I should've Google'd the reviews on this place. I usually get a caramel almond hot latte and went to this place for my fix. Paid $3.99 for something I wanted but instead got a cappuccino (plain). It was half full and the rest was filled with foam. I went back in and the conversation went verbatim: Me: Hey I think you made me a cappuccino instead of a latte. John: You want a cappuccino instead of a latte? Me: No, I think THIS is a cappuccino instead of a latte. John: We don't make cappuccinos here. Me: Oh? Ok. Well it doesn't taste like what I got before. John: No we don't make cappuccinos here but I can make the same one again. Me: Nevermind, it's ok. The donut racks were mostly empty and the munchkin choices were down to chocolate, glazed or pumpkin. The other flavors were not available nor were there labels for where they should be. I go to this Dunkin quite frequently as it's very close to my school and I have never experienced a problem until this morning. No matter what Dunkin I go to I order the same thing, a caramel iced coffee with liquid sugar & cream. When I recurved my iced coffee the ticket said "regular cream and sugar" so when the employee came back to the window I politely asked her. If there was in fact regular sugar in my coffee and she looked at me in confusion and had to have another employee look at me who then assured me there was liquid sugar in it. I shrugged it off and we left the drive thru. When I took a sip of my coffee however, it tasted off. The only way I could explain it to my fiancé was it tasted as if there was iced tea in the cup, the poured it out and then put coffee in it. This is the first time I've had a problem here but it was gross enough to make me not want to come back. read more

Very disappointed, as I am a fan of dunkin donuts in maryland. Everyday as a matter of fact. I ordered a. Croissant because they are so good. I asked. For ketchup and jelly. The packs were stuck together. I got no napkins, and nothing to spread my jelly with. I eat my sausage, egg, croissant with jelly and. Ketchup, thank you. My. We sat in the drive through for over ten minutes. Someone came on the speaker and asked for our order. We only ordered one of our drinks and then the person on the other end never came back to see if we wanted anything else. We pulled up the window after waiting for five minutes for her to come back on and finish taking our order and waited five more minutes for her to even open the window. She said almost nothing when she opened the window just handed us the one drink we ordered without a straw. The drink tasted terrible and we wasted a good fifteen-twenty minutes of our day. There's another Dunkin 7 minutes down the road i recommend going there or anywhere other than this Dunkin. read more

Honestly, I generally like dunkin donuts. Not this one. On several separate occasions while visiting this location, I have experienced rude employees and been given the wrong order. I usually go through the Drive through because I'm generally in a rush to get coffee for myself and friends in the morning for the start of the day. Everytime, the employee on the speaker is rude and sounds as if they hate her job. I understand this most of the time because we all have those days. They also seem irritated that I ever order more than two things, which again, I can understand it. We all have those days, but over and over again? I might've been able to overlook this, except my orders have come out incorrect more than correct. And even then, I'm confronted with an irritated attitude, as if I did something wrong by bringing it to their attention. It's happened so consistently I no longer visit this location. read more
