My first experience at a Dunkin' Donuts was complete with terrible customer service and an attitude that could service the entire greater Dover area. I went through the drive-thru as a first time customer and was rushed by the attendant. Further, I was unfamiliar with the menu and was given unnecessary attitude when asking questions about the menu. Finally, I was given attitude again after clarifying an incorrect quantity on my order. It's really not that hard to withhold your frustration given that I can't even see your face. Tone of voice was all it took, and Taylor P. couldn't even keep that under wraps. read more

I visited this morning and purchased a chocolate chip muffin. When I got to work and took a bite it was actually blue berry which I am severely allergic to. I called the store back just to let them know, not expecting anything. I talked to a manager named Amy and explained to her what happened, her response was "that's all you needed? Thanks" and hung up the phone on me. I am very upset with the level of disrespect she gave me and how she had no concern about my experience. I did not expect anything just a simple I'm sorry. I have been going to this shop for more than 25 years. Many different management over the years, but the current one is the worse. Four girls waiting on drive thru and one slow girl on counter. Cash register locks up and manager said..."it does that sometimes". Little consolation to us who have been waiting more than 15 minutes for coffee. She didn't even try to fix the register. It has been a busy location but that will change soon as manager doesn't appear to care. She thinks she is too important to wait on customers. What a shame. read more
