Used to be a major Dunkin fan. Food is ordered in advance, that way it's ready when I come to pick it up. Never is it ever ready. Quite literally what the mobile app is for. This place needs to shut down. Do they get the business? Yeah cause Starbucks closes way too early. But god they never get it right.

While slamming the window and giving me a death stare the whole time. Hopefully management does something about her attitude. I had someone contact the manager and she seemed like she was going to handle it! I understand customer service can be aggravating, I also work in customer service, but I'm not fixing to be rude for no reason? I was nice and respectful just asking if she knew what I meant... she obviously does not need to work in customer service. We have a little Saturday morning tradition where my husband picks up donuts before the kids wake up, and while we would love to have a go to spot closer to home like this, the price point just felt a little high for what we got compared to our regular spot.
