A fellow diner was given the wrong type of eggs. Another friend was missing the meat in her meal, and her pancakes were plain instead of being blueberry. The waitress swore it wasn't her fault and we believed her. It was just unfortunate because our wait time was extensive, and the food mistakes were extensive. I would not stop here again on a road trip.

If I had not attended the funerals myself, I might have suspected my great grandma, grandma, and momma were back there in the kitchen, keeping an eye on the pots. Forgive me, Mammaw G, Mammaw, and Mom, but Peggy's had the better day with that chicken. I say that with love, respect, and a willingness to dodge a lightning bolt if one has been set aside for me.
