Whenever I'm in Eagan, I pass by this Dunkin' location. It's next door to a Speedy gas station that I frequent often. I hadn't had any inclination to visit a Dunkin' in my life. It wasn't until I had breakfast delivered to my hotel room in Niagara Falls that I wanted more. Almost a carbon copy of my delivery order in Niagara Falls, on my final day in the Twin Cities before flying home in the afternoon, I ordered breakfast on DoorDash from this Dunkin' location. Technically, I haven't visited this store yet. It is a Baskin-Robbins-Dunkin' combo store. It also has a drive-thru. I feel like I've been here, though. I placed an order for these items: - Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich - Sausage, egg, and cheese empanada - Jelly donut I got an estimated time of thirty minutes to have my food delivered. It was perfect. I asked that the Dasher knock before leaving my food at my door. He didn't knock. Ugh! Luckily, I was looking at my order status through the app. I saw a photo of my food at the door. I'm so glad that I was checking up on my order. I loved my sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. You can customize what kind of carb you want your sandwich to have, such as an English muffin or biscuit. I like getting a croissant. It elevates the yumminess of the filling. The trifecta of sausage, egg, and cheese is perfect. I also liked my sausage, egg, and cheese empanada. Although I was savouring it in my hotel room, I picture getting this handheld sandwich at the drive-thru and eating it on my way to someplace without making a mess. It's like a hand pie, but a breakfast version of it. It's not a traditional empanada, but it is tasty. I finally got a donut from Dunkin'! I got a jelly donut. The menu didn't tell me what kind of jelly was in it. It tasted like strawberry jelly. It was delicious and not overly sweet. The donut was the perfect size. It wasn't massive with a ton of dough. This location was extremely rude. I came in and told them my drink was made wrong and tasted weird. I ordered it through DoorDash, but Dunkin was the one who made it. When I went to them, the lady working there was rude and hostile from the start. After I explained my situation, she said, "I can't do nothing for you. You ordered it through DoorDash take it up with them." I told her the drink made at Dunkin tasted weird and off. I get this drink every day and know exactly how it's supposed to taste. I had a disrespectful Hispanic lady speaking broken English mess up my order and yelled at me when I requested to switch one of the donuts. A simple request made her flip off. This location is so convenient for me to get to in the morning before work. The drive thru line looks long at times but moves fairly quickly. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews, the tone of the employees is less than friendly and most of the time my order or drink is incorrect....However when it is right, it is great! My flavored cold brew seems to taste different every time I order it, even though my ratios stay the same. Not sure how that happens. Perhaps they need better training, even being low on employees. Steven, from your Eagan, MN store off Yankee Doodle and Washington, was very surley. I tried to order a treat after work. It sounded like the mike was having issues (kept clicking) so I asked if there was an issue with it. Response - WE'RE BUSY!!! I apologized and explained why I asked, again - WE'RE BUSY! THERE'S 5 PEOPLE AHEAD OF YOU! At that point, I was going to just drive off, but was stuck in the lane with no way to pass. I stopped at the window to calmly talk to Steven and let him know I'm just like him, a front-line worker. His attitude persisted. He finally said, "This is my 3rd job and I don't care. Ohhhhh Dunkin'! I love you..you are lucky. Dunkin is pretty good and I would rate them 5 stars for food/drink only. They get 3 because the service is TERRIBLE! Almost as bad as the Starbucks across the road...almost. When you order they are pretty quick, then you get to the window and they half ass your order....this frustrates me. Ordered pink frosted sprinkle donut? You will get something else. Order a Cinnamon Sugar pumpkin spice iced latte? Well, they won't make it like the picture but will charge you the extra. So in early April this year, my family hopped a plane to the land of sushi, came back at the end of April. So, on the way to the airport we passed the location this place is at,nothing was there. On the way back our cab again passed this location and I saw the DD and was like WTF! I quickly came up with the theory that somewhere out in the universe(the, uh, MCU) Thanos snapped his fingers, Spidey turned to dust, and in related and unintended consequences department, a DD popped up in Eagan. Nick Fury's loss was Eagan's gain! In the ensuing months I've gone to this place a dozen or more times. My little one has taken a shine to the plain old cake donut. I even brought a dozen for my team at work who seemed skeptical a DD really opened in Eagan and were similarly unable to google for themselves. The donuts disappeared before I could even get one (but I ate one in the car bwahahaha). I haven't ordered any ice cream products. I also make it a point not to come here at peak times because this location is small, the parking lot is really cramped and only has room for 5-6 cars. I've also noticed the donuts are a lot more fresh in the morning vs. evening (as one would expect). I wish they gave a discount if you bought them after 6 or 7 pm, because frankly by then they aren't fresh at all. Other than that I have no complaints. I have only ever experience nice customer service and never had to wait longer than a minute or two for service. Again, I've been here at least a dozen times probably lots more. I was thrilled to find out that they opened up a Dunkin' Donuts/ Baskin Robbins in Eagan. They opened around April 2019 apparently. There's only one way to get into the location, there's a lot of do not enter signs. They don't have a lot of the daily deals or happy hours yet probably because they're so new. I got a small caramel iced coffee and hash browns. They were both delicious! I went thru the drive thru and there seems to be a staff shorting because it took a while but the service was friendly. I have been disappointed many times by this Dunkin', but yesterday was the last time!!! I placed an order through the app for 2 spider donuts, an apple cider donut, and a pumpkin cappuccino. I went through the drive they to get my order and noticed a sign on the menu stating "The whole world is having staff shortages, be kind to those who showed up." So I'm like okay cool, I'll be nice. I stopped in for a birthday treat latte for my mom on Thursday 08/08. I was very disappointed both with the service and the product. It took ten minutes to even place our order for two lattes and took at least 5 minutes to receive the order inside the dining area. Once we got our lattes they seemed to be all cream no latte. Once i brought this issue to the attention of the employees they continued to argue that what I had received was the latte I ordered. The speaker is hard to hear from and they have messed up our order a couple times even after repeating what it was we wanted. I've been getting coffee here for the past 3 days. I ask for sugar free vanilla and almond milk, because I'm lactose intolerant. I've been feeling sick for the past three days. Today I looked at my coffee and on the receipt it said French vanilla swirl. I went back around through the drive thru and I asked if the sugar free vanilla was in this like I asked for. He immediately said no like he knew already. My coffee came out looking black. It was good, but that's what I should've been getting for the past three days. That means there's been real creamer and flavorings being added into my coffee. I thought my coffee looked whiter, because of the almond milk. But it was real dairy. The coffee is good - when they make your order correctly. I order the same thing every day, Mon-Fri, and the drink is never made the same - I've even been specific lately with what amount of shots I need, etc. Today I ordered my drink in entirety, specifying the shot amounts and such, and when I received my drink it was incorrect - I pointed it out and they took it back, then I was told I did not order the drink the way I was asking for it to be corrected to... I told them yes I did, and the barista once again said "no, you didn't". Like I said above, I order the exact same thing every day and I make it clear when ordering what I want because it's been messed up so many times - especially when there's a flavor shot and flavor swirl of the same name. All I wanted is some good coffee, but the less than pleasant customer service will push me away to coffee from home or another coffee shop. Well i don't where to start. First off i got a simple frosted donut with sprinkles (a little short on the sprinkles) and it had a finger print indented into it. A blonde teenage girl asked me what ice cream i wanted once. I placed and received a lot more than what i asked for. I got an ice cream and a donut because she was very nice. Thanks to that teenage girl my day has been made. But some of the others flirted with my wife while then lead to me finding a dunkin' donuts uniform in my laundry room. Keep in mind i have no kids and my wife nor I work at dunkin.
