The employee initially ignored me and then said she couldn't do anything she went based on the ticket. I just didn't appreciate how rude she was. The name "Moona Moono" is a rough translation of two Korean words meaning "culture octopus," representing the various "tentacles" or facets of the Asian American experience. How COOL is that?
