I stopped in around 7:30 this morning and was immediately greeted with a smile from Mia. She was so kind and attentive - even when I ordered 3 dozen donuts without calling ahead!!! She was amazing and never made me feel like it was a bother coming in last minute. There was another worker there (I do know her name, but I'm going to refrain from using it) who was extremely rude and made a comment when I ordered the 3 dozen donuts "It never ends does it?" I immediately said, "Well, I can just go elsewhere." Mia immediately said, "I am so sorry for that comment. I can help you." Before I left, Mia apologized again for the rude comment. I'm not going to get this other gal in trouble - I'm going to give her grace and assume she has some things going on in her life that caused her to react the way she did. This is actually a -100 star review. The woman who works there in the mornings is incredibly rude and has a big attitude for no reason. She wouldn't let me take off the bacon (which I can't eat) on my $6 meal deal sandwich. Nowhere in the terms does it say I can't do that. I called another Dunkin and they said absolutely they can do that. She is being awful for no reason. I reported her before and all they did was give me a free meal. I don't want that. I don't know why anyone goes to this location. No matter the time of day, the drive thru line will be 7-8 cars deep and just not move. It's like they let one person order and we wait until they are completely out or the drive thru until the next person orders. Expect to wait 15-20 mins MINIMUM for a drink. On top of this, customer service is below par. The employees are ALL miserable. They also somehow are always "out" of something when I order a latte. I order the same thing from Dunkin everyday, with ONE cream in it (not too light). When my drink came out as white as paper obviously with the wrong amount of cream in it I asked very nicely if I could have it made with one cream. The employee looked me dead in the eye and said that is one cream multiple times and refused to make me a new one. I have never experienced such rudeness and literal refusal to remake my order right, let alone show any willingness to want to fix the issue. I walked out of there forced to drink milk water. When I did, a lady behind the counter yelled to all of the employees "under no circumstances are you to wait on customers who walk into this store until all of the drive thru customers get taken care of first!" I leave two stars only for the nice young lady that took my order at the drive thru. I don't normally go to a fast food place for breakfast but I was called into work early and my time was limited. The girl with piercings at the window looked absolutely miserable. I even tipped them two dollars to see if I'd get a thank you . I received no thanks or anything of the sort! My sandwiches were cold in the middle. My drink wasn't great but tolerable. It wasn't that early in the morning and there were two cars in front of me. Service was fast though. I truly feel someone out of high school should be there to over see the everyday function of that place. Corporate and or the owner needs to get in there and evaluate several issues asap! We waited 20 minutes in line and were the 5th car at the drive thru. When we finally got to the ordering kiosk we saw the sign "NO FOOD, DONUTS AND COFFEE ONLY". Horrible experience at this Dunkin yesterday! I tried to order an iced coffee in the drive through. Employee asked for my order, I gave it. After a solid 15 seconds of silence, the employee said something and I responded with "sorry?" He said, "you heard me." I said "um no I didn't which I why I said sorry." Just placed an online order, went inside store 10 minutes after it was placed. Not there!! Went to drive through, attendant tells me they don't have my order even after I told her I have the confirmation. Gives me an attitude to the point where she is telling me to order again. HONESTLY BAFFLED BY THIS PLACE I used to work at a Dunkin' donuts, and this location is truly, honestly without a doubt the absolute worst location I've ever experienced. I like to mobile order in order to save time- don't count on that. There must have been a staff change in the last year or so, because the quality of this location has rapidly plummeted. Even with a mobile order, I can't expect to go quickly through the drive through. Regardless of how many people are working at the franchise, there is always a massive line of cars that there is seemingly no rush to get through, especially during busy hours. There have been 3+ times where I have placed a mobile order and had to not even pick it up as I don't have the 20+ minutes to wait in the drive thru. The employees consistently sound like anything and everything you say to them is the most inconvenient thing they have ever heard, and don't seem to think that having 10-12 cars in the drive thru that are going into the street is a problem that they have control over. It's not too often that I indulge in a breakfast sandwich and when I do it's usually the bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle from McDonalds. But on this particular morning with time against me I popped in to see what they offered. Since I don't like Dunkin's coffee, other than the occasional cold brewed, and donuts are the same everywhere you, go I don't frequent Dunkin Donuts too often. Viewing their breakfast options didn't impress me either. So while I waited for my sandwich to be prepared, along with other patrons, one chilly morning at 6:30 I was stunned to witness the following event. A Terminex employee in uniform with full spray container in hand going around the restaurant actively spraying for bugs. Including behind the counter, while food was openly being prepped and only inches away from workers. I watched in horror as he lifted up the floor mats and sprayed in such close range to the cashier he would have fallen over him if he had he stepped backwards. While I appreciate their proactive approach to pest control I do not appreciate that my sandwich was there in open air being subjected to the harmful chemicals. Or that Dunkin has such little disregard for their employees that they put them at risk. I wanted bacon on my sandwich not a dose of carcinogens. read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin' anybody will ever go to. They are so incredibly rude and their attitude is by far the worst out of them all. I had a semi big order because I was ordering for myself, child and grandparents. When I was adding items I would hear the lady on the speaker huffing and puffing over my items. It was so rude and when going up to the front she was not friendly. Did not say a word and was just horrible with how she was acting. There is no reason why someone who works in customer service should be acting like that. I get it, we are understaffed everywhere, it is an early morning but this place is your job. Take it more serious. Be friendly , make someone's day rather than bring it down before it even starts.
