She said yes but there are only two people working so we continued to patiently wait. In another few minutes a large family with kids arrive and the same worker starts taking their order. We walked up to the counter and ask if she was going to get our order as we had been waiting for over 1/2 hour at that point. She repeated that they were busy with only two workers and she would get to us and we needed to be patient. She then proceeded to take the new arrivals' order. At that point we felt totally disrespected and disregarded so we asked for and received a cash refund and left. About 40 minutes of our life we will never get back and my wife has no interest in Baskin-Robbins now. I would rate a 0 if that was possible.
