I ended up getting a "Kids Meal", which is 4 party chicken tenders and 1 side for $10. Does NOT include a drink. Sodas were an extra $2-3 The chicken was good, seasoned well. Large portions. I had the mashed potatoes and gravy, which was good too. I got a little side of Pretzel salad, for about $2.30. Tasty! We were standing at the counter for quite a few minutes, and no one came over to help us. We then went to a far side of another counter and someone said they would be over, and she was over promptly at that point. I wanted a smoothie, and there is a stand near the pastries. I had the Blueberry smoothie, $6.99. It was okay. I wanted something more refreshing and sweet, and this was not it. We arrived about 20 minutes after it opened. We are staying nearby in St. Michael's and thought we'd explore the area. Stopped by this Amish Market and got to die for soft pretzels! Only$2.50 for each large pretzel and $2.90 for a cup of cinnamon stick pretzels. OMG YUM! I would have bought more goods here but we had to run. Also bought a peach pie for Easter dinner. read more

Nice variety of prepared foods and bakery goods. You can get hot prepared food on premise, but I've never tried that yet.

This place is fabulous. There are a couple of restaurants here and the food is really good. One offers a breakfast buffet and then also lunch and the other one offers fried chicken and ribs, etc.. You can also find fresh produce here and very good Amish baked items If you love donuts, this is the place to get them. if you get a cream donut you get cream in every bite. If you get a chocolate donut you get chocolate in every bite. In other words they are old school and not the chintzy donuts she get elsewhere. The Amish bring butchered meet here, and there's no better place to get it. You can taste the lack of hormones. I would say their items are for the most part priced for the quality that you get. A nice adventure! I saw this market on Yelp and honestly I just wanted some Amish friendship bread (I could smell it in my mind) and fish (I saw the pic of fish on Yelp). I arrived here right at lunchtime and it was busy, nice flow of traffic. I was surprised at the selection. They had a lot of things. This is a flea market setup with a bakery, fresh produce / meats, and prepared foods. I didn't find fish or friendship bread! Well, I found fish but not what I was looking for. They had rockfish or cod fish (never had rockfish so I said why not). welp, check out the pics on that - it's basically the same texture as cod). Although they didn't have friendship bread - they had cranberry orange walnut bread (and lots of it - maybe a best seller). Everyone was so pleasant. The only thing is although I was hoping to find very fresh, made to order things - I was shocked to find many major brands like sour patch, bobs red mill, and pretzel crisps. Also things were pre-made and pre-wrapped. I was hoping for made right then and there. I was thinking what is the difference in shopping at the local Whole Foods Market. Maybe just for time because it's closer. I will go back for hard to find items but not often. I picked up some turkey bacon to try, so I will see if there is a difference in whole foods bacon. Everyone seemed so genuinely happy to work there (well, the Amish, anyway; the young girl selling socks didn't look too thrilled). Clean bathrooms. We came for breakfast, and the Kountry Kitchen offered a small, pay by the pound buffet. You can grab it to go, then sit down in a small dining area. Along with a big cup of coffee, those pancakes and sausages hit the spot. There's not only food offerings with typical Amish fare and a bakery, there's also some small stalls that feel more like a flea market. read more

Great selection of farm fresh hand made old fashioned whole foods! Love bringing my mom here - great place for the whole family. Service is friendly and prices reasonable for the quality you get! We just moved here three weeks ago and have already been five times! In the summer months they do a parking lot cook out so check ahead for that! I got the all-you-can-eat dinner buffet from Rose's Country Kitchen ($11). The food was all really excellent and the meats were so tender. The buffet included meatloaf, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, sweet potato, corn, lima beans, and several other items. You also get a slice of cake included, and they had chocolate cake, carrot cake, lemon merengue pie, etc. Can't wait to try the breakfast buffet for just $7! read more

I really wish I lived closer to the Amish Market. This market has everything you need, furniture, food, a deli, restaurants, fresh produce, candy, hot cheap tasty food, pretzels, an AYCE hot bar. Notice my trend, yes, I'm a fat lard :). We stopped by on our way to the beach. We roamed around to get some snacks and I'm glad we did. This one of the most amazing markets I've been to in awhile! Every kind of home style prepared food, cheeses, meats, bakeries, hand made furniture, household items all served and sold by Amish people of all ages who are incredibly nice. It is a large former super market now filled with unique foods and products that are made with obvious care and a commitment to excellence. Open Thursday through Saturday each week. "Deb B" must be some kind of crazy Yankee, because the Amish Market is probably the best farmers market experience in a hundred miles. First, the meat market makes all other butcher counters in Easton look foolish. You will not find better quality pork and beef products. If you need poultry, the family that sells turkey and chicken are super nice and very affordable. If you come in before 10am you even get a discount. The produce is quite nice, if you can get past the fact that it's not dressed up to look pretty the way most grocers do. "How terrible, there's dirt on the potatoes!" Yeah, stick to Acme if you want your produce bagged in California. Anyway, even if you shop somewhere else you should try the prepared foods. I'm about to go have breakfast there right now. Might grab a donut or eclair on my way out. Oh, and the fried chicken place will make you want to go home and slap your mama. read more

Large market with many stalls. They have all the items you would expect at an amish market and a variety of paintings, jewlery, shark teeth, and other fossils. They have about 30 tables where you can eat after getting food from a variety of vendors. The food vendors had an all ypu can eat buffet/take out and another had soup/salads and othets had cheese, meat, pasteries, ... At Roses Kountry Kitchen we had the all you can eat, breakfast or dinner. Enough for at least two meals. Very relaxed atmosphere. Visited here expecting something less much commercial. While we got what we wanted, it seemed like a mish- mash of locals selling their wares from rugs to pickles to cheese to candy. I wasn't all the impressed but I am not from the area and maybe my expectations were too high. read more

My family got sick after eating from here. We had mac & cheese (which literally tasted like nothing btw) and chicken....everyone had diarrhea and was vomiting that night. They should get shut down making people sick like this, i'm sure others eating there got sick that day too. read more
