The man who took care of our order was very friendly. There was a large selection of donuts to choose from at 3:00 in the afternoon. We were able to pick all of our favorites. The donuts were fresh and tasty as usual. We will be back soon. read more

Awful! Arrived to a long line of customers that was not moving at all. Several customers were already waiting a long time for their beverages. While I waited in line, multiple people gave up and left. When I finally ordered, I discovered they were out of numerous types of donuts. And when we finally got them, THEY WERE NOT FRESH donuts! I have been coming to this Dunkin for a long time. The family that runs this establishment has horrible customer service. They have given me the wrong order several times, make the coffee and food nothing like they are supposed too, and will argue with you if you ask them to make it correctly or fix any mistakes. I'm trying to take into consideration that we were there in the morning during a fairly busy time, but they got our order wrong and it took about 45 minutes in the drive thru before we got our items and were able to leave. O boy. The one and only time we ate here was late in the evening about 4 months ago. Unfortunately we ordered a couple donuts that clearly had been sitting out all day and were very hard and almost inedible to eat. I ordered Dunkin' on grub hub and they didn't have any donuts and are bagels were burnt we couldn't even eat them because they were hard and burnt. Wish I could give less than 1 star! Worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. Ordered my food online and couldn't go in to get it, had to wait in a 15 car line that did not move. Took 45 mins to get coffee!
