Everything about this Starbucks is great. Bathroom is clean, service in the dot and atmosphere is great. But, it's not a great spot to stop by on the road while doing a cross country trip. You have to pay a$6 to get off the exit. Bleh. read more

I'll say that at this location it is really hit or miss with drink preparation, depending on the level of experience of your barista. Also, if you order ahead via the app in the AM like I do, be sure to order a solid 15-20 minutes prior to your arrival, as they're SO busy that it WILL take them at least twice the projected time to get to your order. But my visit today warrants my dropping to 1 star (I am only giving one star for correct drink prep). In addition to my morning coffee, I also ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheddar sandwich to eat for breakfast. I was late arriving to work, so alas I had to wait to eat my sandwich until my lunch. As I was pulling it out of the paper wrapper & separating the sandwich to microwave it, imagine my shock to see a bite taken ONLY out of the side of the sandwich with the sausage. Seriously, WTF Starbucks?!? So I gotta know.. did the sandwich come prepackaged like that, or did one of your employees help themselves to a bite of my sandwich? Needless to say, its going into the garbage. At least I have my chips for lunch. read more

Stopped in here on a Sunday morning and the drive through line was way too long and in to the street, so we decided to just walk in. Was not as bad in there. The person who took or order was nice, but took a while to recognize we were there. Each of us places our own order and we waited. Watching as each person before us received their drink. Then the friend that ordered after me received his drink. We waited, since we could see there were busy and thought it's got to be coming. After 15 min of waiting from order to asking and seven minutes or so of waiting after my friend received his drink, I walked up and asked what was going on. She looked down and handed it to me. She put it with the mobile orders and never called my name. I asked her why she did that and said just said "I miss read it." I'd just stay clear of this one. Also, at any Starbucks in the future if you feel like you are waiting too long, I know I will, should have to pay $6 for iced milk, only to have to wait because someone can't read. Also, the district manager (Emilie Wheeler) needs to be fired/demoted, I called her to talk about this and never received a call back, clearly she is not in the right job. read more

The drive thru is always slow and there's usually a long line wrapped around into the street. The parking lot is also poorly designed. Don't bother parking by the drive thru line because you'll more than likely be blocked in. Drinks are pretty consistent and the baristas are usually friendly. read more

SLOWEST Starbucks ever. Ordered drop coffee and Americano and it took 20 minutes. And the Americano was cold.

Usually quite cheerful people but extremely slow service. Today they have shut their lobby down with no explanation, with mobile orders to be picked up through the drive through. Not very useful for service workers in vehicles too large for the drive through. read more

Brand new location off of Cassopolis in Elkhart. This is a stand-alone location with a drive-through. Two thumbs up for having early hours, 5 AM, and open late, until 10:30 PM. Larger store with A decent amount of indoor seating and outdoor seating as well. The barista was friendly and attentive and drive-through was fast around the early lunch hour. read more
