I gave my order but I was almost and realized that they gave me the wrong drink. And then they wouldn't answer their phone.

I ordered in the drive-through customer service was not very good I handed the lady my money check in forever to get my change and then when they did, it was a different girl even worse. Customer service from her no smiling no facial reaction was not a good experience at all. read more

It's great that the Shipshewana area finally has a coffee shop! And one with a drive-thru at that. I hadn't had Five Lakes Coffee before this visit, but I've since learned that they are a chain. My review is based only on a drive-thru experience. They remind me of a Starbucks of the great lakes regions, with similar drink options and prices. I wasn't a huge fan of their coffee, however, it was decent. I just normally prefer non-chain coffee shops and roasters, as my personal preference. The barista, however, was fabulous and super friendly! And the service was fast. read more

Great family-owned coffee shop, I am a little confused by others who have provided negative reviews as the shop is not quite, where is it written that a coffee shop needs to be a romantic and secluded place? This a perfect coffee shop, my wife and I were able to sit and talk, without having to yell. The coffee was very good, actually, I bought 3 lbs of it to take home. I come down here once a year for a horse show event at the MEC so typically, I only frequent the drive-through. The coffee is always delicious and hot, service is great, and the folks who work the drive-through window are always very friendly. Only 3 stars. Great coffee, smoothies and baked goods. The service at the counter was friendly and helpful. The chatty employees made me thankfull when the mixer was grinding ice. The best conversation was about someone's baby daddy. FYI he was cute but didn't tip well. They also don't always call out when your order is ready. Definitely worth a stop, support local. I was running behind but decided to stop anyway thought it would take a little bit longer than a Starbucks or Big B since it was a local Lyons shop and I was pleasantly surprised that it was extremely fast in the drive-through, my coffee is really good, and my cranberry orange muffin was delicious! Highly recommend this incredible local coffee spot where the coffee is amazing, the service is 5-star, and the atmosphere is perfect for "working from home", socializing with friends, or driving through on the go. The modern vibe is clean without feeling sterile, and the windows provide great, natural light. Also love that there are plenty of booths; each with an outlet for convenient above table charging.
