Last night I stopped at this location and ordered a hot decaf. I got an old, lukewarm decaf. It tasted like it had been made that morning and then sat around all day. I didn't realize it till I was 5 mins down the hwy and not able to turn around. Doughnuts were also pretty lousy. It was around 6pm, so that is somewhat understandable. I love Dunkin and got a great coffee at a different location today. I will not go back to this location. read more

Ordered an assortment of holes (24) count. Received powdered sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate, and all were stale. This was on a Sunday before 3 p.m. I stopped coming to this DD years ago for the same reason. Guess that's why they push their coffee so hard....you need something to soften the doughnuts so you can eat them......sad. Needless to say, I shall not be back to this store. read more

I LOVE Dunkin and have been to locations in 10 states. I tell you this so when I say this is the WORST location ever you understand in context. I have tried this location three times in the last year. They always get the order wrong. On yesterday's trip, black coffee with "a little" ice becomes Iced Coffee, munchkins with NO powder sugar become 70% powdered, half of which are smashed and look half eaten. Went here on Thursday 18th around 9 am. Sourdough sandwich with sausage added was really good. Hot and neatly put together. Red velvet coffee was good too. Young lady at the window was friendly. Drove up and out in minutes. 4stars because so much trash outside. read more

I went here apprehensive because of the reviews but didn't receive my order incorrect in any way at all. My coffee was great and so was my food. I went on a tuesday around 11 am, a bigger gentleman with a blonde beard served me and he was the nicest person ever. After mentioning that I forgot to scan for my rewards points before paying he handed me my receipt and told me I could get rewards that way. read more

This is my second time trying this Dunkin and it's pretty bad. My first time here I got a hot coffee with almond milk. It tasted like cleaning fluid. I threw it out and went to a different dunkin. I absolutely love Dunkin and I would pick it over pretty much anything, except not this location. It is the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. In every way it is bad. The service is horrible, every time I've gone I had to wait at least 15 minutes and that's not an exaggeration. They're always out of everything and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I try to be understanding of them given the circumstances (and people being sick). However, today was the last straw. I was in a short line which I thought would move along.... I was dead wrong. I got stuck in the line for about half an hour while the lady on the call box told me they would be right with me. They never ended up getting my order and just left me hanging. AFTER HALF AN HOUR OF WAITING. When I drove to get out of the drive through the workers were just standing there and eating. In past orders they have gotten things wrong and have been sassy but jeez! Hi, I'm new to Yelp but like this is important. Service people there are rude, they cop attitudes when you try to speak to them to fix a mistake and they throw your change at you. The drive thru mic is down most of the time and they get mad when you have to raise your voice to speak to them. I do NOT recommend, go to Starbucks for your coffee. Ten times better service. Sorry to the good employees who actually do care about their job, the bad ones ruined the experience several times in a row. read more

The staff was all very rude when we were ordering. I asked for my coffee with almond milk due to an allergy as did a friend I had with me. Her label said almond milk and mine did not so I asked if it was made with almond milk and the cashier snatched the drink from me and continued talking under her breath. She kept looking over into our car and talking to her other coworkers and giving us dirty looks then decided to write almond milk really big on my cup. Came here today for three iced mocha coffees. The line was long because it was Sunday but it moved fairly quick. I ordered all three coffees and then waited for my drinks for about 2-3 minutes. I was never informed by the cashier they were out of any flavors and more specifically mocha. Then a male yelled from behind the counter asking who ordered the mocha coffee. I raised my hand and he then proceeded to tell me they were out of mocha until 11am. Well that does me no good while I'm there and if that's such a popular flavor then why don't you order enough of it that you don't run out? Came through the drive thru, asked if they had croissants all day, they said it would take 20 minutes to cook. We ordered 2 orders of ham and cheese roll ups, 2 drinks and an order of the waffle breaded chicken tenders. Got to the window and the employee had opened the sealed chocolate milk container to put some she had "just made" in it. Then we are informed that they have discontinued the chicken tenders, and the employee didn't know. So they refunded the money, and proceeded to take an additional 10 minutes just for the ham and cheese roll ups. The good thing is that the food was hot and fresh. read more

Then I tried to order bagels and I was told the oven was down. The sign reflects they are open till 9pm. First off, let me say, I never leave reviews, but after having horrible service TWICE and leaving the drive through to go across the street to Starbucks, I am going to leave my review of this location. I do not work for Dunkin donuts, I don't know what donuts they have. But heaven forbid you ask the girls there. You can hear them moan over the intercom in disgust and annoyance that you even dared asked for assistance. After they let you know how annoyed they are with you, they sound like a disgruntled teenager pissed off you are asking them to clean their room. The tone of their voice is rude, their huffing and puffing in annoyance is rude, and I will never go back there. I would rather pay 2x the amount for one pastry at Starbucks and get a cheerful happy person then deal with the employees at the Ellijay Dunkin Donuts. People make the difference! read more
