Rude asf! The cashiers were disgustingly rude. The cashier with blonde bangs, glasses, and a camo jacket made are ordering experience extremely uncomfortable. Stood at the counter while an employee was at the register. She never once acknowledged we were standing there and walked away to converse with another employee in the back. We tried to use the touchpad kiosk to order but it wasn't user friendly for what we wanted. We wanted coffee and donuts. How hard is it to turn around grab the donuts we want? Technology taking over real human interaction is becoming an increasingly annoying problem especially when you have a question for a real person. We ended up walking out after spending too long trying to order from the kiosk. $30 DD didn't get for something so easy to do. read more

If I could I wouldn't have a star. The hash browns tasted like OLD frying oil and were burnt and nasty! The sand which wasn't even warm it's cold and the cheese wasn't melted. Don't stop at this Dunkin. They don't have nitro cold brew at this location either. Waste of a stop!! read more

Road trips and coffee go hand in hand, so it's nice to have this little Dunkin' Donuts outpost on my route from Holden Beach, NC to Atlanta, GA. The place is clean, the coffee good and strong - although a little bitter if you like it black. I don't normally recommend cream and sugar, but my iced coffee needed it. While I can't eat anything at DD because of my gluten allergy, my driving companion got a coffee roll to go. He said it wasn't fresh, but it still hit the spot. My guess is the pastries are fresher first thing in the morning. read more

Headed on my way to Myrtle Beach, I had a bit of the afternoon doldrums. I typically avoid all caffeine after noon, but I was feeling especially sluggish and needed a quick hitter. The service here is always helpful and friendly but unless you catch the donuts at the right time, they're old and kind of stale. When they're fresh they're amazing but lately every time I've gone in they were old and often missing my favorite flavors. The cake donuts are okay even if they're old but ones that have the yeast raised dough are lackluster. Their drinks are good no matter what time you go in, especially their peach teas (my favorite). I haven't tried any of their muffins, bagels, or warm menu items but based mostly around their donuts I had to give it 2 stars, which is disappointing because when I lived further north Dunkin' was the best place to go for donuts. If they could keep their flavors better stocked I might come in here more but lately I haven't had much reason to. read more

I grew up going to Dunkin Doughnuts and I have ALWAYS loved the place. It brings back memories of my old friend saying the the commercial -- 'Time to make the doughnuts' My mother used to take me there for the doughnut holes. So I was disappointed in some areas, mostly service. I was not greeted when I entered. The cashier seemed like she wasn't happy to be at work. The employees were drinking sodas on the front line in front of customers. The first two tables I tried to sit at were dirty despite what seemed to be an overall clean appearance. The Chicken Bacon and Cheese Sandwich was awesome! Thumbs up to development for that! I've just been big on service no matter where I go because I believe that service is what brings customers back. Franchises train all their employees exactly the same so that the customer experience is exactly the same at any location. I will be back and hope that service has improved! read more

Drive-thru sucks. Waited at least thirty minutes for two coffees. Once we pulled up to the window the lady had to ask us three times what exactly we ordered. Very unprofessional. Stopped here on my way to the beach.....I pass by quite frequently and I understand that this is a high traffic intersection and very busy . However there was NO EXCUSE for the Rudeness of the worker at the donut shop. All I wanted was a coffee, but I received the worst service and encountered the most rude employee I have ever dealt with. (I am 63, so this covers a lot of people). We was on our way to Myrtle Beach and stopped at the Markette gas station. Bridgette, and the other sweet lady from Florence. Gave the absolute best service, and amazing coffee. I got a iced double Expresso mocha large coffee. It's the best I ever had. The restaurant was clean. Most of all the service was the best!!!! We also got us a dozen of assorted doughnuts. Arrived at this location to be told there was no coffee, so my original order of iced coffee could not be made. Now, I understand that this place sells doughnuts and such, but coffee is also on the menu...all day, everyday. I settled for an espresso. Unacceptable. My mom accidentally got the wrong thing and went to take it back (donuts were not touched) and the worker copped an attitude and told her that they would just have to throw it away and how next time she should order the right thing and was just rude.
