I'm probably biased because I grew up here but I LOVE this Krispy Kreme hot glazed donuts and their donut holes. Most Krispy Kremes have those cup full of donut holes but these are different. They are bigger, fluffier and super tasty. When I visit home, I make it my business to stop here and grab some. Totally plan to return in the future. read more

If I could give this Krispy Kreme location zero stars, I would. I placed an order through the app for a dozen of the Easter donuts and drove 20 minutes to the store, only to be told they were out. Fine, things happen. But what unfolded next was completely unacceptable. I was told that only the manager could process a refund. No associates could help me. So I waited... and waited... and waited. Over 30 minutes, I sat there watching the manager, who I was told was named Rose, although the receipt said Valerie, go about her tasks, blatantly ignoring the fact that a paying customer was sitting there waiting on a refund for an order they couldn't fulfill. It became painfully obvious that she had no intention of helping me. When I finally confronted her, she had the audacity to get an attitude, acting like I was inconveniencing her for simply asking for my money back. She outright refused to process the refund or provide a receipt. The situation escalated to a full-blown argument, complete with yelling and cursing, because of her refusal to do the bare minimum. She didn't even step out from the back of the store during this entire ordeal, instead, she finally sent another employee to issue my refund, as if she couldn't be bothered to deal with the situation herself. This was beyond unprofessional and downright disrespectful. If this is the kind of management Krispy Kreme allows to run their stores, then I strongly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. I've never felt so disregarded or mistreated as a customer. You've lost a loyal customer today, Krispy Kreme, and I'll be sharing this experience wherever reviews are read. read more

Donuts are delicious (normal for Krispy Kreme!) but the staff is awful. They ignored my mom for about 15 minutes and only assisted her when other people came in. They also had no manners- dead silence when she thanked them. We'll choose another Krispy Kreme next time we're driving up or down the coast. There's plenty to pick from! Put in an order at the drive thru and had to wait several minutes for someone to walk by the window and ask someone else inside what we were doing there. Apparently, according to the guy that came to ask us what we were doing there, the lady who took our order was in the bathroom when she was taking it and had not put it into the computer. How gross it is to be told that someone was using the restroom when they were asking what your food order is. And the guy thought it was funny. They make and sell the donuts here at this KK. When the light is on, the donuts are rolling off the line. Mmmm, yeah. Hot and fresh and melt in your mouth. SO MUCH SUGAR! My colleague wasn't a KK fan, so I though I might introduce him to this delicacy. He was pretty impressed with the whole process - proving, boiling, sugaring and then selling. One of these days, I need to see how they make the filled donuts. I just got two. A plain glazed and a custard filled chocolate covered. And a large coffee, black. probably the worst location i've ever been to. came in new year's day to receive nothing but attitude from all the woman on this shift. I wanted a coffee, and it was almost as if me walking into this store was irritating to these woman. i don't know what their issue was.. I requested an ice coffee with a little caramel, received an eye roll when I asked if they had 2% milk.. as if not being able to have whole milk bothered her.. asked for light caramel in my small coffee she gave me 3 pumps!!! EW ! hardly any ice. got a dozen donuts and they were just about raw inside. It's been a long week around these parts, and some times that calls for a major sweet fix. We stopped in Krispy Kreme after 8 on a Wednesday night. We needed dessert and breakfast pastries for 2 families. We purchased 3 dozen. 1 box of the traditional Krispy Kreme glazed, and 2 mixed boxes. We were eager to try the seasonal pumpkin flavors! No disappointment here! My Mom and I both found the pumpkin cheesecake and glazed pumpkin doughnuts to be delish! Slicing them in half and sharing is the way to go. They had 16 flavors in the case while we were there and the only one we skipped was Apple. Not sure why! Let's be real- it's Krispy Kreme. They are good. We wrapped the box in Saran Wrap overnight to help keep them fresh and soft. ( Yes, it's been less than 12 hours since my check in. Yes, there are still a few left.) Some KK's have a Hot Now light, but are not actually making the doughnuts- they just glaze them freshly. This KK? They DO make the doughnuts. So if you've never noticed or never been to one where this is the case, get in here!!! They are better! There was a short line when we arrived, but it went quickly and the staff was very friendly. The Hot Now light came on while we were there! Having grown up in this area, I can highly recommend this place. If you have never had KK, give them a try. If you are old hat, get back in and treat yourself especially for the seasonal flavors. read more

My favorite coffee and doughnut stop in the Pee Dee. They even have stevia for your coffee if you ask! It has been locally owned and operated by the same family since inception and they truly care about service. I ended up coming to this Krispy Kreme after reading the positive reviews. The other two in town to pick from either had no reviews or poor ones. Well even though I like Krispy Kreme and I know the sign isn't on ALL the time... this one was a disappointment. I understand not being able to always have warm doughnuts, but ours seemed a bit old. The glaze had hardened and was crumbly. My daughter wanted to try the frozen strawberry lemonade, and we were told they didn't have anything with lemonade in it. I thought I misunderstood the lady, thinking it was just that particular drink. A bit louder she stated again that they didn't have anything with lemonade in it. I asked her about the pictures of the drinks on the menu, and she said they don't have them. So I'm not sure if they were "sold out" or they "don't carry them any longer".. your guess is as good as mine. read more

This was my first time ever going to an actual Krispy Kreme Store. We go to Florence all the time and was craving a glazed doughnut like no other. Let me tell you the parking lot was busy! Need I remind it was nearly 7:00 at NIGHT ! I loved the fact that when you walk in you can see the doughnuts being made which made my craving even worse ! My boyfriend and I went to Krispy Kreme on Sunday, January 31, 2016. I had to place our order through the drive thru. The woman told me I would have to speak up, I didn't mind and proceeded to order. She continued to laugh as she messed up my order. (I work at a restaurant, I understand it can get frustrating). But, when we pulled up and I told her I had a coupon, she got irritated and told another worker that she was, "going to start whipping customers". I was offended that she wouldn't at least wait until we pulled off to express her feelings, but I was even more irritated when she continued to show blatant disrespect towards me and my boyfriend. I was really offended by her actions and her disgusting attitude that continued even after her loud, rude "whipping" comment. We go there all the time, and we've used coupons often. We are almost always told to just mention the coupon at the window, not at the menu through the speaker. read more
