I hate that I have to do this but it cannot go unrecognized. This location has absolutely the WORST customer service. No one was greeted, you just had to start talking to the cashier because she just stated.. The girl with braids just gave all the customers this awful stank look... Nothing about her should've been the first thing people see at the crack of dawn. Yes of course they were busy, but a simple "good morning, we will be right with you!" Is all anyone needed!! Of course, no one said good morning, thank you, I mean LITERALLY NOTHING. Just here's your coffee, now leave. Neither one of my coffees were correct, I waited 12 minutes for two Luke warm bagel bites..... of course I didn't get a receipt so I could put the names of the horrid cashier... this is absolutely unacceptable. This Dunkin' Donuts is very slow. Customer service response to me waiting at counter for 10 minutes we will be right with. So I kept waiting. The person behind counter was speaking very quietly and not very audible over the machine making the espresso. Three times I had to correct my drink while ordering. The mocha latte was not very good. Tasted mostly just like milk no real coffee flavor which I find happens at some Dunkin Donuts not real sure why it's almost like it is a difference in actual amount of Espresso. No I don't change how I order my drinks it's always the same and that includes food so I have a base on what it is suppose to be like. The food wise a different person made and he was audible. I had to repeat my order again I got to the window, and they forgot all the food I ordered. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a toasted bagel- it was barely toasted, tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The avocado toast came on a non-toasted piece of bread when it's supposed to come on a piece of toasted bread. They didn't give any condiments with the hash browns, and it was supposed to be triple point day but they wouldn't scan my app to give me any points. read more

Drive thru wasn't working... until I pulled up and caught her leaning out on the phone lol.. didn't have bagels, croissants, and or muffins. Charged me for 6 orders of hashbrowns haha- I ordered one order that contains (6) pieces. Sand which came out cold, she touched my eggs and yelled to get the food hot. Pulled around the side (15 min waiting still) she comes running out the front telling me she over charged me. I can understand with the rules and restrictions with the coronavirus and will have patience, as well as, tip extra to those that are working but this place is absurd! One worker - leaves you hanging at the drive thru speaker until its long enough where "I" have to say "hello??" and he says the drive thru is closed you have to come in! Are you kidding me? If I didn't love my ice coffees so much I would have left! I really did not like to have to go in and there was a line of cars behind me! They need to hire people who know how to do their job. If someone comes in and has a coupon to scan on their phone, don't lie when asked if the charged price is with the coupon. I've gone there 3 days in a row and they have messed up both my drink (iced coffee, soy, and 3 pumps of sugar- they forget the sugar!) and my husband's (he asks for a turbo shot each time and they always leave it out). They also got our donut order wrong- gave us a Boston creme filled instead of a chocolate FROSTED... They seem distracted at the drive through, don't pay attention to the orders. It's disappointing because we love Dunks, but not sure it's worth paying for orders they can't get right. read more

I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt but my experience was ridiculous.I ordered using the drive through and asked the lady for a medium dark roast coffee. She replied say "we don't do that no more" then after I read the menu to here that clearly said "dark roast" in fine print she just replied with "pull around". All I have to say abou this DD is RUN! The service is HORRIBLE! I was at this location a couple of weeks ago and the the female employee was on the phone with I assume was management I'm not sure but she was cussing and saying the F word a lot and it took at least 15 minutes or longer to receive my drink need I say I was the only customer at the time! I mean, it's Dunkin Donuts for goodness sakes. The coffee is good, the prices are reasonable, the staff is always friendly, and I'd say 95% of the time they're accurate with my orders. My 4 year old daughter is obsessed with their hashbrowns. The pumpkin donut is by far the best donut I've ever had. Not too sweet, very soft, and deliciously spicy (not hot). This location never has donuts made. Also, the coffees are never consistent and taste pretty bad. In a past visit, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and they served it to me cold. It's donuts! Can't go wrong with donuts haha. I went later at night, maybe a a couple of hours before closing so I was thinking the donuts might be a little eh but they were still delicious! Probably one of only a couple places you'll be able to find maple donuts. Haven't found them at the local grocery store bakery The service was awesome, staff was helpful in choosing what kind was good and certain donuts that weren't so good also and they were really friendly and were cracking jokes. After sitting for five minutes at the window, finally greeted by a girl who says she just got there and wasn't the one who told us to drive around and asks if we've ordered? She says she "doesn't know where her coworkers are, she just got there, and doesn't know how to make any of the sandwiches" after the lone girl makes our drinks (no sandwich because supposedly there is no one there and the girl who is doesn't know how to make one), we drive around to see four employees sitting out front on the patio chatting and laughing and smoking. This is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts we've been too. Every time we seem to come here something is always wrong. First time the drive thru wasn't working and my drink was made wrong, second time they had no ice-- yes no ice so they couldn't make any iced drinks, third time, they didn't have any donuts but 2 kinds, chocolate glazed and crueler... Worst! Absolute terrible service here. Let me tell you, I'm from New England so my Dunkin' Donuts expectations are pretty high. I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts nearly daily since it's opened just a few years ago and today was unreal. I wear no one in there listens.. in the last 30 days my coffee order has been wrong 8/10 times. I ordered an iced coffee at the drive thru today and they said "we have no ice". Okay so "stuff" happens.. I said just don't fill it and I'll go grab ice and add it.. they still gave me the wrong coffee and the wrong bagel (after she asked me two times what kinda bagel). This place is a joke. I placed a grubhub order earlier today. When My order showed up it was missing half of the order. So i called this establishment and whoever answered the phone only said Hello, like it was their own residence. I had to ask if this was dunkin. So i explained to them what happened and they obviously were mot listening because they said are you in the area where you can come by and get them. I said umm no this was a grub hub order I need it delivered. They said okay let me call my supervisor to see if we can get a grub hun to you. Never heard back. So a couple hours later since my daughter was expecting these donuts i decided to place another order....yes stupid me....instead of calling to tell me there were no donuts left they let the grub hub delivery lady come all the way there to tell here there were no donuts and canceled my order. So i called again. I said you had donuts 2.5 hours ago when I originally ordered and was supposed to be called back on if someone was going to bring the donuts to me or not. Yes we could have gone and picked them up my family is currently in quarantine getting over Covid. The supervisor i spoke to said he was not told about the incident as he just came on and if i come by tomorrow he would take care of it.
