Ordered specialty donuts through the app.. normally if certain donuts aren't available.. the app won't let you order them. I take donuts to my wife's work, and twice in a week, I went through the drive through in FWB and there were no donuts. The first time, I was in line for 27 minutes, the second time, I was in line 14 minutes. If you are out of your hallmark item, post a sign at the end of the drive through. I wasted over an hour between your line and then going somewhere else. I called and reported the issue, and was told the owner would call. Service is very slow here. I ordered 2 donuts and a cup of regular coffee. It took 20 minutes after they asked me what I was waiting on. They were not busy at all. This is not the first time this has happened. They are constantly out of the most popular donuts. I don't know how this place stays in business. read more

Terrible service. We walked up to the Dunkin with our two children and immediately noticed that two employees were sitting out front. They were both smoking, making the rest of the outdoor seating virtually useless. We walked up to the counter and waited 10 minutes. No one acknowledged us in those 10 minutes. Eventually my husband stopped the people working the drive through and asked whether anyone was working the counter. We were informed they were short staffed and they would eventually send someone over. Someone finally helped us and the girl was very sweet. It took forever to get our drinks. The dining area wasn't cleaned after the last guests. I went to check outside to see if the two employees were done smoking in the outdoor dining area so that we could sit outside. They were not. So we had to put our kids in the car to eat. Overall, I left Dunkin' Donuts grossed out and unhappy- the exact opposite reaction most people expect from a trip to the donut store. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I get coffee daily. If I am super early I will give this place a try. 9 times out of 10, no lie, I have left the drive thru because I waited 10 minutes and still not able to place an order. 3 days in a row this happen. Usually count 3-4 cars doing the same before I leave. Today was my last shot for this place. It was pouring rain. There is no awning for the drive through so I am trying to place my order without getting soaked. They could get my order right and repeating back slowly as the rain poured in. This would have been a 4-5 star review because the donuts were delish and it was probably the best iced macchiato I've ever had. BUT I got there at 6:50AM and pulled through the drive thru only to hear a rude voice come over the intercom and say "I'm not doing drive thru right now, you'll have to come in." So I go in and am met with 3 employees freaking out, cursing, complaining about other workers and slamming things. Literally the WORST dunkin I have ever been to. They're always out of something important (like sugar, straws, cups, etc), it takes at least ten minutes for them to take your order.. it's ridiculous. The amount of times I have to get them to remake my basic coffee (caramel, cream, and sugar) is insane. I've only been here less than a handful of times when the coffee has actually been good. If driving to Destin wasn't such a hassle, I would 100% go to that Dunkin instead. they have staffing issues, speaker issues, among a million other things. Every single time I go the donuts are never fully frosted. There is always this minuscule ring of chocolate on top that doesn't really cover the top of the doughnut like it should. I also got a chocolate frosted with sprinkles once and it only had seven sprinkles on it. They are doing whatever they can to cut corners and costs. I've been to other locations before and none of them are like this. Definitely not coming here anymore. But I will say if you go down the road, Publix has pretty good chocolate frosted donuts! read more

I have to disagree with the folks who say that the service is bad, having been there several times over the last several months I've always gotten prompt and friendly service from John behind the counter. Today I also met Bryce, the general manager, who was kind enough to inform me about their K-cup sale (my girlfriend loves the pumpkin spice). We also tried out some of their holiday coffees: the snickerdoodle latte which tastes a bit like a gingerbread latte from Starbucks, and the sugar cookie which was sweet but not overwhelming as I had feared it would be. While I've had better at some local coffee shops and even Starbucks, both were good bargains for the price. It's not always the best coffee, but it comes at a low price and with good service, so I can't complain and will definitely be back. read more

We recently pulled into the drive thru to get some donuts. At first when we pulled up I said to my son Wow there is not hardly anyone even here because we just came from Starbucks and Chic-fil-a and the lines were so long and would take forever to get served so I thought wow we are in luck because we are first in line for the drive thru at Dunkin. Okay so flash forward almost 12 minutes as we are still sitting in the drive thru without even a "hello". So after calling them on the drive thru speaker for a few minutes my son decided to pull up and ask them if there was a problem with the speaker system and the rudest skinny young girl yells at him and says "sir you cant order from the drive thru I will need you to pull around again behind the 2 other cars that have pulled up in the meantime." As he tries to just merely explain to her that we have been in her drive thru waiting to give our order she cuts him off and repeats her ignorant request to go back around. Of course we just leave and I decided to call the manager. So I call and a young girl answers and I ask for the manager. She puts me on hold for about a minute and it sounded like it was her that came back on and said what can I help you with? So ask her who I am speaking with since that is the right thing to do write down the names of who you speak with and her reply is sir I dont have time for anything right now just state your business. So I try to explain to her what happened and she cuts me off with her big mouth screaming without hearing what had happened and then hangs up. I called back several times and it was the absolute most unprofessional ignorant incident I have ever seen in a drive thru. I will be making this my life mission to do as many reviews for this store plus I really want to talk to the owner of this store,. My response to the owner would be I now know why that store did not have many customers. Normally the ignorance starts with either the boss or the owner. I understand it is hard to get good workers but just consider Chic Fil a, they have the best attitudes and their drive thru is always backed up. One last advice to the owner, Your bottom line will always reflect how you are running the place and I would love to put your bottom line beside other Dunkins and the local breakfast take out places in your area. Dunkin should never be on the bottom but I guarantee yours is. You might think its no big deal but again, your numbers can not be high at all. The coffee is so delicious and great with their donuts. Perfect flavor clash. I go here about twice to three times a week and the food never does me wrong. I use the perks card and get a lot of discounts. Also a free donut on every receipt. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because I never see the staff smile and they always look like they don't want to be there. It's kind of a buzz kill in the morning ya know. My markdown is because last week they apparently changed management and did not open on time at 5 am (because the previous morning manager quit without notifying anyone). They weren't even open by 530 am. Unfortunately, I was supposed to pick up 4 boxes of doughnuts and 2 boxes of coffee for a training day. I called the manager later that day and she apologized profusely (for understandable unforeseen circumstances) and stated that the next time I needed something they would provide a discount. I planned to pick up 2 boxes of doughnuts and one box of coffee for a training day the next Tuesday. While travelling through Florida I just had to stop to get my K-cup fix to bring back to California. This Ft Walton Beach location was awful! Ordered a breakfast sandwich which they forgot the cheese. Sent it back and the second time...the egg was ICE COLD! No need to send it back a 3rd time. Also a child notified staff that milk had been spilled, no one cleaned it up during our 30 min stay. Good News...I was only passing through. I love Dunkin' but this particular franchise was a little disappointing. First off, I could not hear the girl taking my order though the drive-thru speaker. Then, I got to the window and only then did she tell us that they didn't even stock chicken for the chicken croissant, even though she read it back to us through the janky speaker. Then, my coffee was the wrong size and wrong flavor, but I was so heated about the chicken, that I just brushed it off and made my way to McDonald's. However, I decided to give it another shot the next day, because I am the forgiving type. Some restaurants just have bad days and I am a psycho for dunkin and needed my fix. This time, I decided to go inside to avoid the janky speaker. Brian, who took our order, was very friendly, which was refreshing after the previous day. Go Brian!
