This Dunkin is terrible. Mostly because of one guy who works here. He will take your order in the drive thru, make you wait 10 minutes at the window, and then ask you again what your order was. He is extremely unprofessional and just completely incompetent. This happens every time I come here it's insane. read more

If I could give a 0 score I would! I entered this DD at 8:10 pm on a Saturday night to buy my grandchildren some donuts and munchkins. A young girl was taking all the donuts and other baked goods out of the display case and removing them all and putting them on racks to take to the back of the store. I asked her what time they closed and was told it was 9pm. She Never asked to help me - just kept stacking the donuts out of the display area. I asked about acquiring donuts and was basically ignored. Obviously I bought nothing and promptly went to the next DD on Thompson Bridge Road and got excellent service there at 8:30pm. Poor management and customer service at the DD on Queen City Parkway and I will never go there again. Why pull product and ignore customers ? And the store still had 50 minutes left until closing time! read more

Stopped in for a quick visit with my business partners. Wasn't sure what to get. I just knew I wanted something warm that wasn't coffee. The guy recommended a chai latte, which i had never had before. Got it with oat milk and he also recommended adding caramel. It was prefect! Love great customer service! So I'm a loyal Dunkin' coffee fanatic. I love the Dunkin franchise and not a lot of people care to review franchises but then there are people like me. I want to give credit where credit is due. I know it's a long review but I promise it's worth it. I'm in Georgia for a short time and I happen to be in Gainesville. I want to give the Gainesville location dunkin some credit. There is a reason why, despite it being a small town, this store is still standing. I went one morning and it could've been an off day for an employee or something...we ordered two medium hot drinks and received them half-full. In the time I've been going to all sorts of Dunkin's all over the states, this was the first time I've experienced this. Feeling frustrated and cheated on paying for two drinks just to receive practically one felt unfair. I reached out via email about this concern...and like I said, it may seem like it's not a big deal and I actually wasn't expecting much out of this. But the next day, the director reached out to me and then the day after, the area manager reached out to me to make things right. She offered to correct this either remaking our drinks or giving a refund. Either way, I'll have to go in person to request this. I went in today to the location and it's actually a very nice location, fyi, clean and kept up. I told the store manager what was going on and he and his team quickly corrected this by making two drinks we requested. With all that being said, Dunkin showed me teamwork and client/customer satisfaction and support. I hope others will know that they are willing to go the extra mile. So, thank you Dunkin. I'll definitely be back if I'm in town. Till then, let's sip! read more

I love this dunkin, it's right by my work and all the workers are so nice and helpful. the other day i drove away without my breakfast and called to ask if i could pick it up the next day, they said no problem and i ordered the rest of my order and let them know i was picking up hashbrowns, my gift card declined and i asked if there was any way that was wrong because i just got it for my birthday and the manager said no so i paid cash. when i requested the hashbrowns he said i was holding the line and could come in, no problem i was late but this is my breakfast. he said without the receipt he wouldn't give me them and asked who i spoke with, i've never had an issue with this dunkin so i didn't think to get a name. He refused my 2 dollar breakfast that i didn't have the money to repay for because i wasn't expecting my gift card to be out of money. he could have told me adding cards to apps will make the card not work itself, as i've never seen that happen before- no big deal, just didn't know! My sister went in and said look we paid for them and the woman beside him told him to just give us them. i absolutely love coming here in the mornings and being able to say goodmorning and the small exchanges i've had with workers and the managers. so i didn't expect the one time i experienced a problem to ruin this store for me :( although the store is very clean and always makes my orders so good! read more

I'm surprised by the low rating. Our entire order was correct, fast, and the employee was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Trashcan outside was overflowing with trash, but that was the only issue. Our regular DD is in Dahlonega, and everything abt that place can be hit or miss. This location had already beat the one in Dahlonega in terms of service. You know what you're getting into with each DD visit. It's your average donut place with very good coffee. The coffee is the real reason to stop at DD. read more

Ordered a cold brew with cream through the Drive thru and my barista said that they needed to check and make sure they had enough. She told me that they did, but I have never had my coffee come out this light. This is my regular order and as a former Dunkin' employee it seems likely that they didn't actually have enough cold brew for a medium, gave me what was left, and filled the rest of the cup with cream. I ended up throwing it away because it was really awful tasting. I wish that they would have suggested an iced coffee instead. Would have been much happier with that. read more

So for the coffee and food, it's a Dunkin Donuts. Not much to really rate there. Their service is also pretty average for a Dunkin Donuts. The main reason for the 2 stars is their wifi. I'm pretty sure that this location has found a way to get dial-up in this day and age. The wifi is so slow that you can't even check the speed. I hope that they fix this problem and at least upgrade to a more modern form of wifi in the near future. read more

Wouldn't even give this place one star if I didn't have to. Worst customer service out of any place in Gainesville. The people working drive thru do not know the kinds of doughnuts that they carry & get attitudes when you tell them that's not what you ordered. Go inside to get it corrected, they get mad because you show them exactly what you said in the first place. I have had doughnuts slammed into trash cans in front of my kids multiple times & our order thrown on the counter because they cannot get the drive thru orders correct. Will not be back after last visit when the manager on duty just tucked her head & ignored the rudeness of the employee. Danny's Doughnuts just gained new customers. This restaurant is horrible! They make you wait if you walk into the store. I waited over five minutes for someone to wait on me! I even waved and got their attention. They said, "oh do you need to order?" Then then didn't even walk over! I was walking out and someone walked in and I told them the wait was ridiculous, and not to wait. This Dunkin is supposed to be open 24 hours. When I went out of my way at 8pm to order 4 large iced macchiatos they told me they were cleaning there macchiato machine. After pulling around there was no sign that they were cleaning the machine. I would of suggested they clean it later at night. Absolutely the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever because of the management. I am 9 months pregnant and was craving a frozen coffee so i drove to this Dunkin to get one since Starbucks was closed ...big mistake lol. I got there at 8:20 ( mind you they close at 9) and after placing my order i was told they only were making hot or iced coffee because they already cleaned the machine . When i asked for a manager the young man approached us at the window and told us high school kids worked here so in order to leave exactly at 9 so they could get to sleep for school they shut down early. 1) how is that my problem that high school kids work there and want to leave at 9 which isn't late honestly ? 2) shutting down machines 40 minutes before closing is unacceptable. When i asked for the guys name to talk ti his manager he refused and all the whole during our conversation he kept telling me to stop talking because it was his turn to talk . This is the worse Dunkin' Donuts every but, it's the closes one to my home. The general manager there is very unprofessional and needs to be sent to the chicken plant are something to work. They messed up my order and I called and told them that I received a chocolate donut instead of a glaze one she had the nerve to ask did I specifically say glaze. I get no one wants to work on thanksgiving. I don't either but on the way to work I went to get a $2 latte and not only was I charged $4, I was laughed at in my face when I asked why I wasn't given the deal....then had the window shut on my face after handed my drink. Donuts there are delicious. Love getting bagels in the morning. But they always mess up my coffee. When I ask for a latte with an espresso shot in it they are always rude, because it is made with espresso. But I want an extra shot because it makes it taste stronger. Then I get it and its almost white. That doesn't make any sense. I didn't ask for milk with a shot of espresso. Actually tried them about ten times before I gave up. read more
