They charge $5 for their croissant, which was where it falls short. If it were the best croissant I ever had, perhaps. No substitutions. Always hated this rule for every restaurant, but I get it if you have a special and hundreds of customers. We were one of 3 parties on a weekday brunch, super slow. We also ordered the traditional breakfast and a kids breakfast. But instead of bacon, we wanted a croissant for the kids meal. They are both $5 in the menu when ordered separately. First the server said they didnt know (weird) then said they would check and left for 5 minutes. The answer was no. So I paid an extra $5 and added a croissant. I ate the bacon, which improved my salmon Benedict. But neither the croissant nor bacon felt like $5. Kids meal is now the cost of a regular. So I recommend if you dont want any substitutions, try this place. I wont be coming back. It really irks me that you cant just put bread instead of bacon on a kids meal. You aren't a robot, and you are not busy. You are also not getting me as a patron anymore. P.S. the Croissant alone was not worth $5. I rate it a 3 out of 5 on its own.

We decided to join their waitlist online, which was a great choice--it significantly shortened our wait time, and we appreciated receiving a text when our table was ready so we could head right in. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, so I definitely recommend joining the waitlist or making reservations ahead of time if possible. I've heard they also have another location in Atlanta, Georgia, where parking is required and they offer specialty lemonades. The vibe here was really nice--great music, friendly staff, and beautiful decor. We especially loved the thoughtful touch of flowers on the tables in honor of Mother's Day. Our waitress was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the menu, including specialty items and pricing. For food, we ordered the shrimp and waffles, chicken tenders with waffles, and the catfish plate, which comes with two sides--we chose potatoes and eggs. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. We also tried their lemonades, which come in a variety of flavors like strawberry, pineapple, and blueberry, and they are refillable. The only downside for us was that they only offer bottled water--we would have preferred the option of having a regular cup of ice water at the table. Overall, we had a great experience. The food was flavorful, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. Pricing is around $20+ per person. I just wish they had a location like this in Arizona!

Every dish was perfection!! Our server was awesome! She knew the menu and I gave her the 3 items that I had narrowed down to what I may want for her to pick for me... the quiche of the day with andouille sausage, shrimp, peppers, cheese and the most delicious light Flaky crust served with gouda grits that were outstanding! My plate looked like it had just came out of the dish washer I cleaned it so good ! Another person had the Eggs Benedict with the grits and he cleaned his plate as well. 3rd person got the turkey sandwich but on a croissant bc the sweet server said that was her favorite and boy it didn't disappoint... the 4th person got the strawberry pecan chicken salad that was massive! We lucked out by going on a Wednesday which is 20% off for seniors 65+ so we all received the discount! The coffee was great. The place is not huge but it is very clean and cozy feeling. Just slightly smaller than the First Watch we usually go to but the food was better and that's an accomplishment! It's in Sugar Hill, GA about 45 minutes from my house but definitely worth the drive. I already know what I'm having next time...creme brulè French toast with vanilla pudding... then the next time a banana Nutella crepe . This is a very cool spot with creative, upscale flavors and excellent presentation. We ordered the bacon biscuit with grits and the avocado toast, and everything was absolutely delicious. The grits were the standout item for me. We learned they are made with locally sourced grits from a North Georgia mill, and the cheese combination created an incredibly creamy texture and rich flavor. The coffee was excellent as well and was served in a large mug that we really appreciated. We also discovered that the coffee is sourced from a small local roaster in Johns Creek, which fits perfectly with the restaurant's commitment to supporting local businesses. The dining area is somewhat small, but there is bar seating and outdoor seating available, which provides additional options. We also found out they have a second location in Johns Creek near our neighborhood, so we'll definitely be giving that one a try soon. Great food, excellent coffee, and a strong commitment to local sourcing make this a place worth visiting. We'll be back! BAM!

I've also had the chicken cutlet and the corned beef hash, both super yummy and decent sized portions. The inside can be a little overstimulating- too many lights, music is just too loud and could be lowered so if weather permits, I recommend sitting outside. We'll be back!

Easily one of the most disappointing brunch experiences I've had in Georgia. They both had a 96-100 minutes wait time at 8am while this place was 15. The place was packed, but packed doesn't equal good. The table to my left had 6 people and barely anyone finished more than 30% of their food. The table to my right, another group of 4, also left most of their plates untouched and didn't even bother asking for to-go boxes. That honestly should've been my warning sign. Both were Korean customers which I suspect is also the owners and hostess. The 6 people left $5 cash tip. I ordered the "English Breakfast," which didn't feel authentic at all. The jam tasted off, and the pancake was bland and forgettable. My mom ordered the salmon eggs Benedict, and she almost never leaves food unfinished, but she couldn't even finish the two Benedicts. She's a pretty frugal person. The coffee was another disappointment -- almost $9 for two drip coffees that tasted like gas station coffee. Service was also painfully slow from start to finish. I can name several brunch spots in Georgia that are miles better: Hen Mother Cookhouse, Egg Harbor Cafe both in JC, Buttermilk Kitchen, The Select in Atlanta , and Mama's Boy in Athens ga . All of them have better food, better consistency, and are actually worth waiting for or even driving there. I believe the all star breakfast at Waffle House tasted better.

The system in…read morethe cafe is weird everyone is scrunched up I didn't feel comfortable talking because we were so close to the other table. Ambiance is way too crapped if you're claustrophobic you're probably not going to be able to stay here. System is whack because the drinks aren't on the menu you have to GET UP and go up and figure out what drink you want. Then they can only make it one way you can't asked for something cold/hot. Not to mention the floors were nasty, tables not wiped, and in general I hated the experience. The food looked like something you heat up in the microwave. Specially the croissant because it looks like jimmy deans croissants from Walmarts freezer section. Then to top it all off there was a 12-14 INCH HAIR PIECE In our food. I was disgusted. The chai latte tasted like straight up cold milk with some cinnamon on top. I've had tons of chai in my life but by far that one was the worst. I wouldn't come back and I pray that they get everything back in order. I see the business owner replied to my review. I will like to say as a customer if I share a review then I truly believe that things should be fixed, not excuses or "seen footage". If I had Gotten all the way up and went to the counter and said "I just found a 12-14 hair piece in my food" things still would not have changed due to us already being done with our experience and wanting to leave . Now with the cleaning situation there was tons of food under the tables and the tables weren't wiped. No one came to clean at all so the comments on the cleaning was way off for me, everyone was working BEHIND The counter. I also believe with the drinks I am not talking just about the Tiramisu Latte. I originally was not planning on getting the Tiramisu but when I asked for something else hot they said only iced. And no it is not a personal preference of a Chai latte a Chai latte should not taste like cold milk with cinnamon dust. Thank you for taking time to reply to my review. We also did NOT finish our food and the "seen footage" accusations is a bit harsh. As a Yelp Elite member it is important to be 100% REAL with my reviews. I take passion and respect for every business out there but I genuinely am concerned, especially with how defensive the owner is to my review. The rude server at the front also made us not feel comfortable coming up and doing something. Now seeing how the owner is acting I am even more worried.. A chai is suppose to be BROWN not PURE WHITE. If you truly looked at the footage you would've seen me pull that long hair piece out.
