the inside of a paper bag

We have been very good customers for years but have noticed the quality slipping. Today my Boston Creme donut was thrown into a brown paper sack removing all frosting and it was definitely not fresh. Why frost them only to throw in a bag upside down?

Wake-up wrap when extra paper thin half-slice bacon for an additional $1.50. This place is a cheat.

So...Dunkin Donuts used to be my go-to place when I needed something to nourish my self before I passed out. They used to be reasonable, quick and friendly. That was then. NOW... you get half of what you pay for, and sloppy out put. Check out my photo of my recent wake-up wrap ($1.79 each)with extra half-slice paper thin bacon. They used to charge 50 cents for an extra half-slice of paper thin bacon, but now they are now charging $1.50. So unreasonable and I assume a mistake in their fees. So when I said something to the brain-dead 'manager', she fails to see my point and simply doesn't care...she just trusts the computer and doesn't share my issue or concern with her superior. Everyone has a boss, but my buck stopped with her. That's the reason they get one star. When I called corporate, they returned me to the brain dead manager. They don't care either. Good help is definitely hard to find at this place.

Slow service, multiple times when they've gotten my order wrong. They don't care about custom coffee orders, seems like they take your order and then just make whatever is easiest. Couple times I got breakfast sandwiches and the eggs + cheese was still cold + frozen. Ordered this latte and it's basically just iced milk. I wouldn't have gone here if the Starbucks hasn't been closed so much recently. Don't go here if you can help it.

    Bagel with EXTRA cream cheese

This is probably the 10th time this has happened so I'm leaving a review. When I order a bagel with cream cheese, I expect there to be enough cream cheese on it that I can actually taste it. This is not the case here. I have resorted to even ordering it with extra cream cheese in the hopes that I'll get a decent amount. This is my bagel with extra cream cheese that I just ordered. I will not be going back to this Dunkin' because they obviously don't know how to make their food. This went straight in the garbage.

Slow the heck down and actually try to get the meat inside the taco.

This is a large iced latte and this is how full it was when we got it! It also tasted like they messed it up.

Very rude. Messed the order up 3 times. Did not want to fix the order they messed up after we paid. Never again.

Is it kid friendly? Yes, very kid friendly and remembers me whenever I go here 4 coffee even after it has been awhile!

Its not kid unfriendly. But then again Dunkins is geared more towards adults, besides the donuts.

Thank you so much to the team at this DD and especially to the young man (with the long dark hair) who helped get my car to cooperate.

They made it through ok and were good the next 2 days.i wouldn't put them in a roller as i think they need to sit flat if they have a topping which most of mine did. Check their website or Instagram for seasonal/specialty flavors. They also offer lots of different coffees. They are heavy - the boston creme one weighed 9 oz but I would think that's the heaviest one. Plenty of easy, free parking. Half dozen is $30 with no upcharge for seasonal/specialty flavors.

"Listen. LIISTEN". These Donuts Are Different."…read more *Scouts Donuts is Located off Augusta Road, just minutes from Laurens Rd* These donuts go far beyond your average donut and straight into a new realm of flavor, layered, flaky, buttery pillars of excitement. This is not a grab-and-go situation. This is a donut experience, not a donut shop. When I walked in, the display absolutely did not help me narrow my choice down to 2-3. So naturally, I went full speed ahead and grabbed six. At five donuts I was already at $29, so a half-dozen at $30 just made sense. And honestly? Six donuts, zero regrets, Worth Every Cent. Flavors we chose: Coffee Cinnamon Chocolate Buttercream Boston Cream Vanilla Cream Blueberry Lemon Listen. LIISTEN. Do not drive and eat these. Be seated. Be still. Be present. These are the kind of treats that make you feel like a child seeing a valley of Christmas lights for the very first time. I couldn't even wait to get home, the anticipation overtook my patience, so I went straight for the Boston Cream. The filling was unlike anything I've had before: delicate, velvety, and rich, like old-school custard made by grandparents standing over the stove. The flaky layers were so perfectly executed that your mind actually pauses and asks... is this even a donut? And that chocolate topping? Oh, it understood the assignment. It gently whispers: "donut crack." Next bite: Cinnamon, again... donut crack. Then came my personal favorite: Blueberry Lemon. Absolute perfection. The flavors fold into each other without competing. First, the blueberry hits and you think, wait... where's the lemon? And just when your taste buds settle into the blueberry, that bright lemon slides in like, "Hey boo, I'm here." Balanced. Fresh. Memorable. Yes, $30 for six donuts may sound pricey, but trust me, it's worth every single cent. Women, grab that purse. Men, grab that wallet, Head to Scout's & Just thank me later.
